SUBSTANCE: tool has body, packer module with blind connecting pipe and hollow cylindrical weight suspended by logging cable and immersed in production string. Outer surface of blind connection pipe is ball-shaped. The hollow weight consists of a number of members connected one to another by cardan joints. Membrane with orifices is installed on lower end of the hollow weight. Diameter d of ball-shaped connection pipe surface exceeds membrane orifice diameter and width of gap between inner production string surface and outer hollow weight surface. Each member of hollow weight has length L defined as L≤2(D-d)tgα/2, where D is inner diameter of production string, cm, d is outer diameter of hollow weight, cm, α is maximal angle of production string deflection, deg.

The invention relates to the oil industry and can be applied for selective isolation layers in the completion of oil and gas wells.

The main method of zonal isolation in oil wells is the creation in the annulus of the wellbore to replace the destroyed during the drilling of natural water jumpers artificial, typically a shell of hardened cement paste (Gaivoronsky A.A., Tsybin A.A. Mounting holes and separation layers. - M.: Nedra, 1981, p.76). However, the cement slurry for cementing casing penetrates into the reservoir, polluting it. This, in turn, leads to reduced productivity drilled hole.

This disadvantage is eliminated in the known device for selective well completion, consisting of a body packer module with a hollow cylindrical fitting and a cylindrical hollow articles, the descent into the production casing on the logging cable. (U.S. patent No. 5203412, MKI E 21 In 23/04, 06.06.1991, (prototype)).

The tool contains 2 packer module with rubber packers, which are triggered when the supply pressure of the drilling fluid through the opening facing the inner surface of the production string in the original closed position cutting g whim fitting.

Slice the deaf fittings are produced at the shock of the descent of the cylindrical hollow articles, mounted on a logging cable.

The main drawback of the known device is the low reliability associated with the possibility of extended cargo in the bend of the production string, and zalingi cargo at the back of the rise cut blind fittings, penetrating into the upper part of the cargo and fall into the gap between the production column and the load.

The objective of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device.

This task is solved in that the tool for completions, including the casing, the packer module with a hollow fitting and a cylindrical hollow load, the descent into the production casing on a logging cable, according to the invention the outer surface of the rear fitting is made spherical shape, a cylindrical hollow cargo consists of parts that are connected between themselves by means of universal joints, the lower end part of the hollow load installed membrane with holes, and the diameter of the spherical surface deaf fitting is larger than the diameter of the holes in the membrane and the clearance between the inner diameter of the production casing and the outer diameter of the cylindrical hollow articles, and the length of each of the an integral part of the cargo is determined by the dependence of L≤ 2(D-d)tgα/2,

where L is the length of each part of the cargo,

D - inner diameter of the production string,

d - outer diameter of cargo,

α - the maximum angle of bending of the production string.

This design cutting deaf fitting and composite cargo eliminates emergency operation on disclosure packers and significantly increase the reliability of the instrument.

Figure 1 presents the proposed device, figure 2 is a diagram illustrating the selection of the optimal length of each component of the cylindrical hollow of the cargo.

The device consists of a casing 1 in which are located packer module 2 and a hollow fitting 3. The outer surface of the rear nozzle 3 is made spherical shape.

Cylindrical hollow load 4 consists of parts, connected by a cardan joint 5. The load 4 is lowered into the well on a logging cable 6.

On the lower end of the hollow cargo 4 installed membrane 7 with holes 8. The diameter d of the spherical surface deaf fitting 3 is larger than the diameter of the holes 8 in the membrane 7 and more clearance between the inner diameter D of the production casing and an outer diameter d of the cylindrical hollow articles 4.

The length of each part of the hollow load 4 is determined by the dependence of L≤ 2(D-d)tgα/2,

d - outer diameter of cargo, cm;

α - the maximum angle of bending of the production string, hail.

The device operates as follows.

The housing 1 of the device together with the packer module 2 and the nozzle 3 is embedded in the production casing and with it descends into the well. To open holes in the nozzle 3 and bring the packers in working condition in the well logging cable 6 descends hollow load 4. Under the pressure of the load 4 is the cutoff valve 3 and opening holes in podarennuyu zone. Under the action of fluid pressure in the production string is spacerowa casing annulus packers module 2.

Upon completion of this activity, hollow load 4 rises to the surface. The execution of the outer surface of the fitting 3 spherical shape will allow you to exclude emergency operation on disclosure packers.

Due to the fact that the diameter of the spherical surface deaf fitting 3 is larger than the diameter of the holes 8 in the membrane 7 and more clearance between the inner diameter of the production casing and the outer diameter of the cylindrical hollow of the goods are excluded emergency situation associated with getting cut blind fittings in hollow load and the gap between the production column and hollow loads./p>

The execution of hollow articles from component parts, and the length of each component hollow articles in accordance with the dependence of L≤2(D-d)tgα/2 will eliminate zaklinsky hollow articles during its descent and ascent from the well (figure 2).
