The invention relates to coatings industry, namely, modifiers, rust, used to cover the rusted metal surfaces.

Known primer-rust EVA-01-gisi based polyvinylene-Tatnai dispersion, phosphoric acid, yellow, and red blood salts, excipients OP-7 and ethyl silicate. A modifier is a two packages system consisting of a base and a 70% solution of orthophosphoric acid. On 100 wt. parts of the foundations take 5-7 wt. parts acid (Illustrated and other Protection of metals from corrosion coating. - M.:Chemistry, 1987, 164).

The disadvantage of this primer-probe is the impossibility of its use as an independent coating and deposition in polluted or oily surfaces.

The closest technical solution chosen for the prototype is modifying primer containing (in wt.%) epoxy Dianova resin 32,8-41,5; dibutyl - 3,3-7,4; pigments - 2,5-7,4; fillers 18,4-35,6; amine hardener - 6,2-7,8; pyrocatechin - 0,3-0,5; modifying admixture of 0.3-4,6; solvents 12,4-18,9 (A.S. USSR №895073 A1, "Composition for priming corroded surfaces).

The disadvantage of this modifier rust is also the impossibility of its use as an independent who CSOs coverage and deposition on oily and polluted metal surface.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to create a drug that can effectively convert the rust in aggressive corrosion in respect of compounds with low moisture permeability and, consequently, be used as an independent floor without the use of water-resistant paint materials as additional film-forming agents.

The technical result obtained using the proposed coating corrosion modifier is the efficient conversion of rust in neutral soil, long time operation in corrosive and wet environments, and in an open atmosphere without additional overlapping paint materials and application to polluted or oily metal surface without degreasing, which generally leads to significant savings in both material and labor costs.

The task and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed anticorrosive coating modifier, including film-forming, pigment and filler, complexing agents and modifying additive, unlike the prototype contains as the film-forming acrylic dispersion of the Deacon - 11, as a pigment and is omnitele - graphite GE-3, as complexing agents - 8-oksihinolina; as modifying additives - phosphoric acid and further comprises polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5, excipient OP-10 and contraol AD-1 on the basis of an aqueous solution of poly-N - vinylpyrrolidone in the following ratio of components (in weight. %):

phosphoric acid 25,0-35,0

graphite GE-3 14,0-23,0

acrylic dispersion the Deacon-11 36,0-48,0

polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5 5,0-10,0

excipient OP-10 0,2-0,5

8-oksihinolina 0,5-1,8

contraol AD-1 on the basis of an aqueous solution of poly-N - vinylpyrrolidone - 0.5 to 1.5

The deacon-11 is a copolymer of butyl ester of acrylic acid with methyl ester of methacrylic acid at a ratio of 1:1, which is about 50% of this variance, using water as the diluent; graphite GE-3 - graphite shell, made from natural flake crystalline graphite; polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5 is a mixture of polymers with linear structure with the General formula [-O-Si(C2H5)2-]n; excipient OP-10 is a product of processing of a mixture of mono - and dialkylphenols ethylene oxide with conventional structural formula

where R is an alkyl residue containing from 8 to 12 carbon atoms; n 10-12; contraol AD-1 on the basis of an aqueous solution of poly-N - vinylpyrrolidone.

The anticorrosive coating modifier was prepared as follows: sifted through a sieve with the hole diameter 0.125 mm graphite brand GE-3 GOST 7478-75 pour into a glass and add the excipient OP-10 GOST 8433-81, then mix thoroughly. Then in the same glass pour polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5 GOST 13004-77 and stirred until complete homogenization of the mixture. In the same glass filled acrylic dispersion "Deacon-11 TU 2241-039-07507802-2001 and mix thoroughly. To the mixture is added contraol AD-1 TU 9365-001-13802623-2003 and all components are homogenized.

In another Cup pour phosphoric acid GOST 6552 - 80 mark "h" and fall asleep in her 8-oksihinolina GOST 5847-76 and stirred until complete dissolution of the 8-oksihinolina in acid. Then the contents of the second beaker was poured in first and mix thoroughly until complete homogenization of the finished product in dark gray with metallic luster, having a density of 1,250-1,260 g/cm3.

It should be noted that when changing the order of mixing the components of the drug may collapse and become unfit for use on the treated surface.

Example. To obtain 100 g of the coating corrosion modifying the beaker with a capacity of 250 ml Clos is with 17.0 g (17,0%) grade graphite GE-3 GOST 7478-75 with a particle size of not more than 0.125 mm and add the 0.3 g (0,3%) excipients OP-10 GOST 8433-81 and uniformly mixed. This poured a glass of colorless syrupy polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5 GOST 13004-77 in the amount of 7.0 g (7,0%) and mix thoroughly. After that, the glass is filled with white acrylic dispersion "Deacon-11 TU-2241-039-07507802-2001 in size 43,7 g (43.7 per cent) and mixed with other components. Then to the resulting mass is added 1.0 g (1.0%) of a viscous yellowish cooncreole AD-1 TU 9365-001-13802623-2003 and the whole mixture evenly homogenized in a glass.

In another Cup pour 30.0 g (30,0%) orthophosphoric acid GOST 6552 - 80 mark "h" and there poured the powder 8-oksihinolina of 1.0 g (1.0%) GOST 5847-76, which slowly dissolves in the acid under stirring, forming a yellow solution. A solution of 8-oksihinolina in the acid poured into the first glass, and all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed before the formation of homogeneous syrupy mass of dark gray with metallic luster and density of 1,250-1,260 g/cm3.

Other compositions are prepared in the same way.

For testing, the results of which are presented in the table, was taken from a well known drug and offered.

Testing is carried out as follows. On a rusty steel plate size 50×100×2 mm thick rust from 50 to 220 μm brush in one layer, put the known drug and the proposed coverage. The samples are dried for three su is OK then determine the adhesion method of lattice cut GOST 15140-78, transforming ability, hardness of the film upon impact ISO 2815 and porosity of the coating by electrochemical method.

If the graphite content of the GE-3 in the composition is less than 14%, this leads to reduce the working viscosity of the drug and reduce its opacity.

When the number of graphite about 23% of composition becomes viscous and hard, which makes its application to the metal surface.

When the content in the product phosphoric acid is less than 25% dramatically weakens its transforming ability, decreases the plasticity of the composition.

Increasing the concentration of phosphoric acid over 35% leads to dilution of the coating and reduce the opacity.

When reducing the content of water dispersion of the Deacon-11, representing a complex system of various substances based on acrylic polymers, less than 36% thinning of the polymer film on the treated surface, which causes the penetration of water and other corrosive compounds to the metal substrate.

If you increase the concentration of acrylic dispersion over 48%, it drops the transforming ability of the drug decreases its working viscosity and opacity.

The decrease polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5 below 5% leads to a weakening of the Hydra is Pobierowo effect of coating resulting in deteriorating its protective properties.

If the concentration of the liquid PES-5 concentration exceeds 10%, then reduced the transforming ability of the drug is rapid delamination during storage, decreases the adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

When the content of 8-oksihinolina in the composition is less than 0.5% reduced fungicidal ability of a coating to resist formation of fungal structures on a polymer film, and, consequently, decreases the ability to quantitatively bind free ions of Fe2+and Fe3+in the insoluble complex compounds.

By increasing the concentration of 8-oksihinolina in the preparation of more than 1.8% leaching of the excess component in flooded environments of the coating, resulting in increased porosity phosphate and polymer films. In addition, the excess content of 8-oksihinolina in the composition may cause the emergence of a second metal corrosion under the coating.

Reduction excipients OP-10 less than 0.2% lead to termination of the emulsification is not miscible with each other components, such as orthophosphoric acid, acrylic dispersion, contraol with polyethylsiloxane liquid PES-5. In addition to this greatly decreases the penetration of the drug in oil and oil pollution, available at rusty p. the surface of the metal, decreasing the transforming ability and adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

When the content of excipients OP-10, which represents a surface-active substance, more than 0.5% may occur partial blanket acrylate polymer film from the surface of the substrate.

Reducing a concentration below 0.5% cooncreole AD-1 on the basis of an aqueous solution of poly-N - vinylpyrrolidone the drug loses its homogeneity and splits into components with sediment.

The increase in the concentration cooncreole AD-1 in the composition of more than 1.5% depletes it from cover in water-saturated environments with the formation of pores in the layer of film formation.

In addition to the above basic properties, we offer the drug can be operated in the temperature range from minus 70 to 200°s at the temperature of application is from 5 to 60°C.

In addition, having in its composition fungicide - 8 - oksihinolina, simultaneously complexing agents, the proposed drug is able to prevent the emergence of fungal structures on the surface of the polymer film, and to make available ions Fe2+and Fe3+in insoluble compounds.

This modifying anti-corrosion coating can be used in various fields: oil and gas, shipbuilding, agriculture as well as in everyday life.
