SUBSTANCE: invention relates to priming aqueous-dispersion compositions designated for protection metallic surfaces against corrosion in exploitation both under atmosphere conditions and subjected for effect of different liquids. Invention proposes anti-corrosive aqueous-dispersion priming-enamel comprising the following components, wt.-%: styrene-acrylic dispersion as a binding agent, 30-50; calcium molybdate phosphate as an anti-corrosive pigment in the following ratio of molybdate and phosphate ions from 1:0.01 to 1:100; color-forming pigment, 1-10; phosphate dispersing agent, 0.1-10; thickening agent, 0.05-0.2, and water, the balance. Applying calcium molybdate phosphate in priming-enamels provides the passivating activity in interaction 0f phosphate-molybdate ions with metallic backing of both ferrous and nonferrous metals and exhibits the additional protecting effect.

The invention relates to paints, varnishes and lacquers, namely priming water-dispersed compositions intended for the protection against corrosion of metal surfaces, operated in atmospheric conditions and exposed to various liquids. Can be used as a primary primer, as well as individual paintwork.

Known use as a water-based primer composition comprising butadienestyrene latex, surfactant, phosphoric acid, acetylcellulose, polyphosphate of sodium and water [USSR Author's certificate No. 1004432, MKI C 09 D 5/02, 1980].

The disadvantage of this composition is a low film strength and low corrosion properties of the coating.

Closest to the claimed invention and taken as a prototype is a water-based primer, including the best choice latex copolymer, phosphoric acid, cancellativity pigment, surfactant, red iron oxide pigment, acetylcellulose, polyphosphate of sodium and water [RF Patent №2063409, IPC 6 C 09 D 109/08, publ. 10.07.96].

This primer has increased (compared with no 1004432) mechanical strength and a few high anti-corrosion properties when exposed in the s due to the additional introduction of the composition to orthophosphoric acid circulationaha pigment.

However, primer such composition has a low resistance to mineral oils, alkalis, NaCl, gasoline and other solvents.

Object of the present invention is to provide a water-based primer-enamel with high resistance to static action of the above liquids, which allows it to be used effectively in the chemical, machine-building and automotive industry.

The invention consists in the use as an anticorrosive pigment instead of orthophosphoric acid and circulationaha pigment, phosphate of calcium molybdate, and the molar ratio of molybdate and phosphate ions can be from 1:0.01 to 1:100.

The technical result of the use of phosphate molybdate calcium in the water-dispersion primer-enamel is the formation on the substrate phosphomolybdate film under the influence of corrosive environment, which causes passivation of the metal surface and, thus, has an additional protective effect.

Thus, the use of phosphate molybdate calcium in the primer-enamel provides high piscivorous activity in the interaction of the phosphate-molybdate ions with the metal substrate of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, providing cathodic and anodic protection.

Rostovka-enamel, as a prototype, and claimed, consists mainly of a binder, anti-corrosive pigment, color-forming pigment, dispersant and thickener, the rest is water, which is used as a solvent.

In the prototype as a binder is the best choice latex copolymer in the present invention it is proposed to use this as a styrene-acrylic dispersion, which improves the firmness and elasticity of the coating. Qualitative characteristics of styrene-acrylic dispersions are shown in table. 1. Its quantitative content in the composition of the primer-enamel - 30-50%, which is installed in the result of conducted research. This characteristic is distinctive from the prototype.

In the prototype as anticorrosive pigment used phosphoric acid and cancellativity the pigment in the present invention, as was proved above, is used phosphate molybdate calcium content in the primer-enamel 0.1 to 20% depending on the metal cover of this primer-enamel.

In the prototype as Kohler applied pigment red iron oxide, which stains buildings surface of a reddish-brown color. However, in this kind of priming enamel can be applied to other color-forming pigments such as yellow iron oxide pigment, p is gment blue phtalocyanines, chromium oxide, aluminum powder, etc. that without changing the chemical effects on the coated primer-enamel metal, changing only the color of the coating. In the prototype as a thickener used acetylcellulose, which belongs to the group of cellulose ethers. To this group belong also: carboxymethylcellulose, cellulose diacetate, azeotroping cellulose, Tolosa, maculosa, but can be used and polymers of acrylic and methacrylic acid or polyurethanes (polyhydroxyether, sewn with isocyanate groups), which by its action in the composition of the primer-uh who do the same, therefore, these substances applicable General term "thickener", especially considering that its content in the primer-enamel for all substances in this group - 0,05-0,2% gives the effect.
