The invention relates to nuclear energy, in particular to dismantle the corps of radioactive equipment of nuclear power plants.

Known methods of dismantling corps radioactive equipment [Kravchenko P.D., etc. solution dismantling corps radioactive equipment NPP //machine-building and technosphere of the XXI century: proceedings of the VIII International scientific and technical conference in Sevastopol, September 10-16, 2001, In 3 volumes - Donetsk: DonNTU, 2001 T.1 - 303 S.] suggest the use of continuous milling of the housing or cutting it into separate blocks with additional non-standard equipment.

The existing scheme of outboard equipment involves the use of one block of several configurations of actuators cutting, filing and fixing, which complicates the design and reduces its reliability.

In the proposed method, a schematic representation of the simplified design concepts in figure 1, 2 and 3, it is assumed the use of only three individual drives: feeding, cutting and pinning, which greatly simplifies the schema.

The method consists in the use of two cutting blocks, suspended by a flexible link (hoisting rope), using, for example, as a lifting machine MP (machine overload) or existing GRU is obodjanova equipment, used during installation and operation of the corps of radioactive equipment.

In the proposed method for ensuring biosecurity applied collapsible cover is presented in figure 1, which, moreover, can serve as a base for the installation of additional lifting equipment.

Through the slots 11 in a radially-movable removable gasketed cover 2 mounted on a rotating folding the cover 3, passes the rope 1. Cover 3 mounted on ball bearings 6 may be rotated by means of gear transmission 4 wheel drive rotation of the cover CPD 5. To the node 12 of the suspension 8 are connected cutting blocks-modules for fragmentation of radioactive housing 7. The biosecurity, in addition to the cover 3, is carried out using movable in the direction L of the radial slit of the cover 10, overlying the slit 11 in any position of the rope. The dimensions of the cover 2, its design depends on the radioactivity of the housing 7, size: external diameter ⊘D, wall thickness t, the gap b between the outer surface of the object and the surface 9 of a security fence and is determined using the known methods of construction.

Scheme application block for trimming the fragments are presented in figure 2.

In the housing 13 with an external diameter of ⊘Dtoand wall thickness t opuskaetsya-module-beam 14, suspended on a rope in the node 12 suspension. The block 18 is fixed inside the housing by the spacer elements 15. Cutting fragments of height hfmade circular saw blade 20 with a diameter of ⊘Dpthe actuator 19 which moves in guides by means of the screw 17; feed drive 16 is fixed to the beam 15. Move the blade 20 is limited by the gap b; stroke and diameter saws ⊘Dpdepend on the width of the cutting segment.

Scheme application block for trimming the object on the vertical slices petals is presented in figure 3.

On the top edge of the object 31 is lowered, the body 22 of the block-module, which is fixed on the object by means of clamps 23. On the housing 22 of the block-module in the guide 28 moves the block cutting, consisting of a circular saw 25 with drive 26; fed by means of the screw 27 and the feed block 29 rigidly mounted on the housing 22. The stroke S of the cutter is determined by the height hfpetal, diameter ⊘Dpthe saw is determined by the thickness t of the wall of the object and the gap b between the outer surface of the object and the surface protective sheath 30. The housing 22 of the block is suspended by a rope in the knot suspension K.

Design and configuration calculations are made using known design techniques and design in mechanical engineering.

The proposed method is based on simple is that which greatly increases the reliability of operation.

The way fragmentation corps radioactive equipment using a standard cutting tool, characterized in that use rotating collapsible base cover biosecurity, in the slots which moves the rope, suspension blocks-modules and lifting machine with a flexible load-carrying element in the form of a rope, to which is connected a removable block-modules for pruning and cutting corps radioactive equipment into fragments and blocks-modules are based on the inner surface and the edges of the specified vessel equipment, and consist of blocks of cut with rotary cutter, power supply, providing linear movement of the block cutting guide and nodes fastening units.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method used in particular for dismounting spent defective fuel assemblies disposed in store of floating technical depot includes removal of shielding plug from charging port of swivel slab combined with one of concentrically arranged rows of subchannels in tube plate holding fuel assemblies and detection of all defective fuel assemblies in this row. Upon removal of shielding plug swivel stab is rotated, charging port is aligned with head of box holding defective fuel assembly, and annular drilling is made in tube plate body through this port through depth exceeding weld penetration in tube plate, inner diameter of this drilling being slightly greater than outer diameter of bushing. After that box holding defective fuel assembly is separated from tube plate by blasting through its thickness value followed by its lifting from subchannel together with bushing over height of about 0.8 m from bottom edge of box bushing to top plane of swivel slab. Then auxiliary snap ring is fitted onto cylindrical surface of box, outer diameter of this ring being slightly greater than that of bushing, whereupon box is moved back downward and placed in same subchannel of tube plate. After that charging port of swivel slab is sequentially placed above each box holding defective fuel assembly in this row, and all above-described operations are resumed.
