The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular for the diagnosis of gynecological diseases in animals, leading to infertility, and can be used in the study of various forms of obstruction of icepronav animals.

The prototype of the invention is a method for the diagnosis of obstruction of icepronav by entering them in the air under positive pressure and is judged on the cross-pressure drop [1].

The disadvantage of this method is the need for pumping air from the vagina through the cervix, which does not allow to control the tightness of this process presents significant difficulties associated with the need for fixation of the animal and the insertion of a catheter into the cervix. In addition, this method does not allow differential diagnosis relative obstruction of icepronav.

The invention allows to obtain a new technical effect - increases the efficiency of diagnosis can help you diagnose not only the absolute but also the relative obstruction icepronav at a pressure below 300 mm RT. Art., simplifies the equipment due to the lack of machine for fixing of animals, and increases the science of studying forms of obstruction. This new technical effect is achieved by the fact that aizprua separated from the uterus and is immersed in a container of liquid and air is injected through the funnel alcaravea and judged on the cross output air from the uterine end and the extent of the pressure drop.

The method includes immersed in the vessel 1 with fluid aizprua 2 with uterine end 3 and the funnel 4, in which the catheter 5 with hose 6 connected to the syringe 7 and 8 gauge. When this hose 6 from the side of the funnel 4 alcaravea 2 is equipped with a clamp 9. From the side of the syringe 7 between it and the pressure gauge 8 can also be set in the second clip.

The method is as follows. Aizprua 2 is separated from the uterus and is immersed in the vessel 1 with the liquid. When closed, the clamp 9 and open the clamp 10 with a syringe 7 air pumped into the system, the hose 6 and 8 gauge up to 300 mm RT. Art. and put the clamp 10. In the course of esophagogastroduodenoscopy one should evaluate the degree of mucosal lesion in pyloric gastric department, and, also, the presence and degree of duodenogastric reflux, in case of which one should introduce a flexible catheter into duodenal bulb through biopsy canal of a gastroduodenoscope followed by aspiration of duodenal bulb's content under visual control followed by direct microscopy of this content with the purpose to detect helminthic eggs. During sampling the content of duodenal bulb one should introduce a catheter there being at 1-1.5 cm against pyloric bagasse and up to the major duodenal papilla one should perform slipping movements above mucosal surface. Aspiration should be fulfilled into a 10-20-g-syringe for 2-3 min. The method enables to detect infection with opisthorchiasis at low intensity of opisthorchiatic invasion.
