The invention relates to medicine and can be used for diagnosing the health of humans and animals.

Closest to the proposed is a clinical diagnosis method [1]based on palpation of the study of the physical condition of the body. For diagnostic use mapping multiple physiological characteristics. However, this method requires practical experience and a good command of the techniques of orthopedic and neurological examination of patients and are based on subjective assessments, which often leads to difficulties in interpretation of the survey results and diagnostic errors.

For the prototype device taken Termometr [2], containing the angular velocity sensors and logger that allows you to measure the micro-vibrations of the limbs (tremor) and to carry out the calculation power of the tremor. In the inventive device instead of the angular velocity sensor uses an electronic stethoscope. The technical result of the present invention is more accurate and rapid identification of the localization of the pathological process in humans and animals by taking into account changes in the power of micro-vibrations islebe the th area.

The technical result is achieved in that in the method of detecting the localization of the pathological process in humans and animals, based on the measurement of physical characteristics of the body surface, for 0.5-5 min on the examined part of the body at rest to measure the capacity of micro-vibrations, determine its average value and its deviation from the norm is 40% or more is judged that the area of the pathological process.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the device for measuring the micro-vibrations of the body surface of a human or animal containing the sensor micro vibrations and coupled with the spectrum analyzer, sensor micro vibrations made in the form of an electronic stethoscope with a bandwidth of 1-300 Hz, and the spectrum analyzer further comprises a device visual registration of the change of the total power spectrum micro vibrations in time.

Doing professionally for many years the study of micro-vibrations, including registration on the surface of the body of living organisms, we found that power and it has a characteristic distribution in different parts of the body and depends on the condition of the body: sleep, wakefulness, rest, stress. Ratio micro vibrations between different parts of the body in normal has less dependence on the state of the body. the connection to the objectification of the obtained data we have carried out measurements at rest. We found that in the presence of any pathological process in the human or animal power micro-vibrations in the area of localization increases significantly, thus increasing power of micro vibrations correlated with the severity of pathological changes.

This phenomenon and the basis of the proposed method of identifying the localization of the pathological process. To implement this method, a device for measuring micro vibrations on the surface of the body of man or animal.

To obtain the total power micro vibrations is the total power of the electric signal is multiplied by a normalizing factor, dependent on characteristics of the sensor micro-vibrations and obtained empirically as the ratio of the total power of the electric signal obtained by measuring the reference source micro-vibrations to the normalized value of the power of micro-vibrations. Then calculate the average value of the micro-vibrations and the deviation of its values from the norm is judged on the presence of pathological process.

The method using the following device is implemented as follows. The method and the device was tested in 15 patients (volunteers) with various pathological processes in the lungs, spine, prostate adenoma) and 30 healthy persons.

Figure 3 shows the block diagram of the device for measuring the micro-vibrations of the surface of the body of man or animal and for processing the received measured values. The device includes a sensor 1 in the form of an electronic stethoscope with a bandwidth of 1-300 Hz, the spectrum analyzer 2 and the visual recording device 3. Sensor 1 senses the microvibration on the surface of the selected area of the body, converts it into an electrical signal, which is fed to a spectrum analyzer 2. The value of the total power or power of a signal in the selected frequency band of the above range is passed to the and the device is its visual check in time and calculate the average. The results of the calculations can be displayed on the computer monitor (computer)equipped with software for data processing and/or printed in the form of charts or tabulations. Thus, the proposed diagnosis method and device for its implementation extends the scope of application of the method of screening assessments of health status, enables high-precision and quantitative assessment to identify the region of localization of the pathology and the severity of the pathological process. The device was developed in LLC "Vitafon" (St. Petersburg), passed technical tests, tested in healthy persons and volunteers and is ready for release.
