The invention relates to the field of pulp and paper industry and can be used in the manufacture of paper.

A known method of manufacturing a protected paper, containing security elements in the form of colored fluorescent fibers (EN 2170788 C1, D 21 H 21/40, 2000).

The disadvantage of this method of making paper is a low secure the strength of the protection elements, which leads to the fall of the fibers of the paper and the contamination of the printing equipment.

The closest technical solution to the present invention is a method of manufacturing a tamper-resistant paper with colored protective fiber with a high degree of security obtained from twisted yarns (EN 2190716 C2, D 21 H 21 H 44 B F 1/12, 1999).

The disadvantage of this method is a complex system of training woven fibrous yarn, which complicates the process of preparing fibers. In addition, the curved fibers increases the roughness of the paper and print quality problems.

The problem solved by this invention is to create a fraud-resistant paper with elevated quality.

Technical result achieved with the use of the invention is to improve the reliability of the fastening of the protective fibers in the paper with a simultaneous increase of the printing properties of paper, including in the line is the use of paper for the microprinting, increase the life of the paper and reduce costs of preparing the protective fibers.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the implementation of the method of manufacturing a tamper-resistant paper web, which consists in the introduction of the paper web of protective fibers having predetermined chemical and/or physical properties, in addition, the material of protective fibers using a polymeric material with additives that give the fibers corresponding to the predefined properties, then in the material of the paper web is injected fixing composition which is an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol with the addition of the emulsion, of at least one copolymer having a chemical affinity to the material of special fibers, followed by drying the paper. Thus the solution can be introduced in a paper by impregnation of the paper web.

When using the method, it is optimal to use an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol content of polyvinyl alcohol is from 1 to 4% by weight, a content of at least one copolymer of from 0.05 to 0.5 mass%, the content of other copolymers, having a chemical affinity to the material of the fibers is from 0 to 0.5% by weight and the content of water - the rest.

When used as a protective material the fibers of polyamides, as the copolymer can be used acrylate copolymer.

When used as a material of the protective fibres of polyurethanes, as the copolymer can be used polyurethane dispersion.

Examples of embodiment of the invention.

Example 1. Paper made from fibers sulfate bleached softwood pulp and containing 0.05% protective polyamide fibers treated with the surface of a two percent aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol with the addition of a copolymer of methacrylate, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid in an amount of 5% by weight of the absolutely dry substance is polyvinyl alcohol. As a result, the strength of paper in the gap increased to 77.5 N, the resistance of the paper fracture increased to 1620 hours D.P., and the coupling strength of the fibers of the paper increased to 1.17 N. Example 2. Paper made of fibers of bleached sulfite pulp containing a filler and a protective polyurethane fiber in the amount of 0.025% were treated with the surface of a 4%solution of polyvinyl alcohol with the addition of a polyurethane dispersion in an amount of 5% by weight of the absolutely dry substance is polyvinyl alcohol. As a result, the strength of paper in the gap increased to 75,N, the resistance of the paper fracture took ilos to 1670 CDP, as the coupling strength of the fibers of the paper increased to 1.02 N.

The obtained results are explained by the fact that the strength properties of paper, consisting of vegetable fibers, due mainly hydrogen bonds.

Present in the polyvinyl alcohol of the group-HE is able to form hydrogen bonds, and protective fiber, as a rule, do not contain these groups, and consequently cannot form hydrogen bonds with either cellulose or with polyvinyl alcohol. When using a binder, which has a chemical affinity to the material of special fibers, together with polyvinyl alcohol, which is an intermediate agent, a reinforcing agent, a power connection, the special fiber paper becomes comparable with the power of connection with the paper pulp fibers.

Data supporting the improvement of the paper when using the invention are summarized in the tables.

1. A method of manufacturing a tamper-resistant paper web, which consists in the introduction of the paper web of protective fibers having predetermined chemical and/or physical properties, wherein the material of the protective fibers using a polymeric material with additives that give the fibers appropriate for what anee specified properties then in the material of the paper web is injected fixing composition which is an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol with the addition of the emulsion, of at least one copolymer having a chemical affinity to the material of special fibers, followed by drying the paper.

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing composition is an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol content of polyvinyl alcohol is from 1 to 4% by weight, a content of at least one copolymer having a chemical affinity to the material of the fibers is from 0.05 to 0.5 mass%, the content of other copolymers, having a chemical affinity to the material of the fibers is from 0 to 0.5% by weight and the content of water - the rest.

3. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the fixing composition is administered by impregnation fixing composition of the paper web.

4. The method according to any of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the material of the protective fibers used polyamides, and the copolymer using at least one copolymer from the group of acrylate copolymers.

5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 as the material of the protective fibers used polyurethanes, and the emulsion copolymer is a polyurethane emulsion.
