A disadvantage of known composition is the lack of anti-icing properties. After application to the surface of this composition creates the buttery, contaminating the surface of the sight glass layer. The mixture includes, in wt.%: as the organic solvent is isopropyl alcohol or solvent ER-1 - 40,0-80,0; surfactant - alkylsulfonate sodium - 0,02-0,1; glycerol - 1,0-4,0; the blue dye Indigo Carmine brilliant - 0,0005-0,001; odorant of 0.05-0.4 and water - the rest.

The disadvantages of the known mixture of [RU 2112006, FROM 09 TO 3 /18, 1998] is the following. Known mixture only dissolves the ice layer formed on the viewing glass surface, but does not prevent the process of icing. Known mixture does not protect the entire viewing surface from fogging, so as to 15-30% processed this mixture viewing surface fogs up in the first 5-10 seconds after contact with warm moist air. Known mixture does not provide antisabotage protective action when the temperature of the glass surface below minus (10±2)°C. It is characterized by a short time of protective action, as it is easily washed off from the surface to be protected together with water formed by condensation, therefore, to ensure that protective actions neo who need constant updating of the protective layer, what complicates its application and leads to increased consumption of the mixture. Also known mixture contains from 60 to 80% water, therefore solidifies at ambient temperatures below minus 40°C. the Use of a known mixture to protect the inner surface of the sight glass from the driver's cab, where the danger of fogging the most likely, is difficult, because its application requires special mechanical spray device sivatel windscreen.

The technical aim of the invention is to provide a composition that has protivospalitionami and anti-icing properties, provides two-way protection of the sight glasses of vehicles and means of individual protection at cooling the protected glass surface to minus 40°With, has a long-term protective effect, does not freeze when the ambient temperature is below minus 40°and for the application of which on the glass surface does not require any special technical devices.

The technical problem of the invention is solved by the use of a composition comprising, in wt.%: surface-active substance (SAS) - polyoxyethyleneglycol ether of synthetic primary higher alcohols fraction C12-C14(sintana ALM-10) - 6-25; urea or ti is urea, or a mixture of urea and thiourea, taken in any proportion with their individual or collective content 1-20; glycerol - 5-25; thymol blue indicator of 0.0005 to 0.02; ethylene glycol - 5-41; it comes in the form of a solution in an organic solvent - propyl alcohol (propanol-1 or propanol-2) - the rest. The composition is applied in drops on both sides of the glass surface and then RUB with a soft cloth over the entire surface.

Polymer surfactant - sintana ALM-10 is selected to reduce slavemaster from the surface of the sight glasses of water condensate and, therefore, increase the term of protection of the entire composition. Sintana ALM-10 available, it is produced by the domestic industry on THE 6-14-864-88, with var. 1, 2, 3, 4. Using cintanya ALM-10 fewer than 6 wt.% reduces the time of the protective action of the composition, leads to higher freezing temperature of the glass; and above 25 wt.% - does not give significant advantages.

Urea or thiourea, or a mixture of urea and thiourea are introduced into the composition with the goal of thickening and, thus, reducing its solubility in water. Therefore, they prevent the flushing of the protective composition to the surface of the glass, which allows to increase the term of its protective action. However, the introduction of urea or thiourea in the amount of above 20 wt.% reduces the transparency of sight glasses in the initial period after treatment, and their introduction into a number below 1 wt.% may entail a reduction in the duration of the protective action of the composition.

The thickening polymer surfactants urea or thiourea, or a mixture of urea with thiourea is carried out by short-term, within 10-15 minutes, stirring the components at a temperature of from 60 to 200°C, preferably 85-105°C. carrying out the process of thickening at temperatures below 85°makes a stirring mixture of cintanya and thiourea due to its high viscosity and increases the duration of the process of thickening dozens of times. At higher temperatures, the time is reduced, but the process may be complicated by the decomposition of the source components - urea (thiourea) or polymeric surfactant - cintanya with the formation of low molecular weight product is, worsen the quality of composition.

Introduction to the composition of glycerin helps to strengthen protivokorabelnye properties. When using glycerol in the amount of below 5 wt.% protivokorabelnye properties of the composition deteriorate. When using glycerol in the amount exceeding 25 wt.% increases the lower limit temperature and the freezing of glasses.

Introduction to the composition of ethylene glycol allows to strengthen its anti-icing properties and to lower the lower limit temperature and icing glass to minus 40°C. the Use of ethylene glycol in the amount of below 5 wt.% increases the lower temperature limit freezing of glasses, and use the number above 40 wt.% - does not change the properties of the composition.

The use of dye, for example, thymol blue indicator driven by the desire to make a song appealing (trademark) appearance. The choice in the present invention the acid-base indicators as coloring substances due to the high intensity created their color and, therefore, the low flow of the dye. Bright, beautiful color is obtained by adding to the composition from 0.0005 to 0.02 wt.% the coloring matter. At a lower concentration of dye coloring composition becomes pale, and at a higher - extremely intense, dark. Choice of thymol is the first blue indicator arbitrary. When using the same concentrations of other acid-base indicators can give a song the other colors. For example, when using thymol blue indicator is obtained composition bright cherry color, using methyl orange indicator - bright crimson color, but when using the indicator of alizarin - intense-yellow color.

An additional advantage of introducing into the composition an acid-base indicator is its ability to change the characteristic color of the composition in contact with water and, thus, to warn the user about the deterioration of the protective properties of the composition.

Introduction to the composition of an organic solvent - propyl alcohol (propanol-1 or propanol-2) allows to form on the surface of the glass protective layer with high uniformity and transparency. Use for this purpose other alcohols impractical. Methyl, butyl, pentalogy and other alcohols possess toxic properties, ethyl reports the composition of specific alcoholic smell, it also is highly volatile, which will reduce the warranty period of storage of the composition.

The proposed solution is demonstrated by the following examples.

Example 1

The composition is prepared according to the following scheme. intenal ALM-10 of 12 wt.% (12 g) is heated with urea in the amount of 9 wt.% (9 g) under stirring and a temperature of 60° C for 60 minutes. The mixture of surfactants with urea is cooled to room temperature (15-30° (C) and add in any order: 20 wt.% (20 g) glycerol, 25 wt.% (25 g) of ethylene glycol, 0.02 wt.% (0.02 g) thymol blue indicator, an organic solvent is isopropyl alcohol to 33.98 wt.% (33,98 g). The mixture is stirred until the formation of homogeneous colored solution, which is the composition against fogging and icing of the Windows.

Test compositions performed according to the following scheme. To clean the outer dry surface chemical glass with a height of 10-15 cm at ambient temperature at 2 cm from the bottom put 2-3 drops of the resulting composition. A piece of soft cloth size 3×3 cm composition is rubbed over the surface of the glass in the area of a square with the size of the sides 5 cm is Poured into the Cup to 2/3 of its volume of acetone, and add in small portions of dry carbon dioxide in an amount necessary to create the inside of the glass of the desired temperature. The composition does not harden when cooled to a temperature of minus 50°C.

The proposed composition against fogging and icing glasses are not described in literature, so it has novelty. The roadway ice covering suppressing reactant may additionally contain a fired limestone in amount of 3-5 mass % in terms of calcium oxide.
