The mechanism for cutting comprises shaft of the knife holders which are arranged on it with equal angular step, crankpin mounted on the driven pinion of the drive, double-arm lever mounted for permitting angular rocking about the pin of the shaft of the knife holders, and tie pivotally connected with the double-arm lever of the cutting mechanism. The second end of the double-arm lever of the mechanism for cutting is connected with the frame through a flexible member. The double-arm lever of the cutting mechanism has drum in the plane of which mutually spring-loaded braking friction shoes are oppositely arranged. The blocks are connected kinematically with the other double-arm lever rigidly connected with the pin of the knife holder shaft. The mechanism for locking blade of the knife with respect to the drum has double-arm lever. The frame is provided with additional drum whose space receives mutually spring-loaded braking friction shoes kinematically connected vie ties with the mechanism of locking knife blade with respect to the drum. The mechanism for cutting and mechanism for locking knife blade with respect to the drum are mounted oppositely at the ends of the shaft of the knife holders.

The disadvantages described are the design complexity, the low quality of the cutting roll material, a large error in the linear length tolerances of the workpieces, low productivity and labor-intensive maintenance and adjustment of the mentioned mechanisms.

The essence of the claimed invention is as follows.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, is increased productivity.

The technical result is to simplify the construction, increase the operational reliability of the spine, reducing labor costs, improving the accuracy and quality of cut.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Device for cutting the roll of material on the sheets and packaging (see figure 1) contains a frame 1, a drum 2, the actuator 3, the cutting mechanism 4 with a movable knife 5 and pettirossi cut sheets. The device is equipped with a fixation mechanism 6 blade 7 knife 5 relative to the drum 2. Due to the popularity of constructive elements of the compacting machine cut sheets 1-5 are not shown.

The drum 2 is mounted on the frame 1 by means of shaft 8, the trunnions 9 and 10 which are located in the bearings. The drum 2 has a detachable polyurethane coating.

The actuator 3 of the drum 2 and the whole device has a motor-reducer 11. The motor gear motor 11 is connected with the industrial network power supply voltage of 380 V and 50 Hz by a frequency Converter. Mechanism 4 with a movable cutting knife 5 and the mechanism 6 of the fixing blade 7 relative to the polyurethane coating drum 2 mounted on the opposite ends of the shaft 22 niederaula 23. Mechanism 6 of the fixing of the edge 7 of the knife 5 has a shaft 22 with trunnions mounted in bearings of the frame 1. Each niederriter 23 in the cutting mechanism 4 is made with a groove for accommodating a removable blade 7 of the knife 5. Niederhasli 23 of the cutting mechanism 4 is placed on the shaft 22 with equal angular increments through the flanges 24 and 25 (see figure 3 and 5). Each niederriter 23 in the cutting mechanism 4 is installed with the capability, the capacity of changing the position in the radial plane of the shaft 22 niederaula 23.

The cutting mechanism 4 has a crank 26. The crank 26 is mounted on the hub of the driven gear 20 of the drive mechanism 4. Mechanism 4, in addition to the crank 26 has a craving two shoulders 27 and lever 28. Rod 27 are connected pivotally with two shoulders lever 28. Each niederriter 23 in the cutting mechanism 4 with the knife 5 is mounted for changing the position in the radial plane of the shaft 22 with screw mechanisms 40 (see figure 5). The device is provided with a compacting machine cut sheets and their counter.
