The invention relates to structural elements of heat exchangers.

Known spacer grid for tubes of heat exchangers (1), containing the rim with two rows of slats arranged in parallel in its row and the next row is at an angle relative to another range in education in terms of cells rhombic shape.

The disadvantage of such gratings is zataskannost annulus, the inability to obtain uniform distribution of the coolant flow across the section of the annulus.

Known spacer grid containing ring with two rows of bars on the sides which made deeper (2).

The drawback of such grid spacers is the inability to achieve a uniform distribution of fluid over the cross section of the heat exchanger.

The closest technical solution known is the spacer grid containing ring with two rows of slats (2), adopted for the prototype.

The objective of the invention is to enhance reliability of the spacer grid. The technical result of the invention is to achieve a uniform distribution of fluid over the cross section of the heat exchanger.

This result is achieved in that the spacer grid holds the rim with a series of slats, ispolnennyh with recesses in the form of arcs of circles, and the sizes of the circles and arcs of the grooves is made variable. The sizes of the circles and arcs of the grooves are made with increasing from the periphery to the center of the heat exchanger.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where

figure 1 shows the spacer grid heat exchanger;

figure 2 shows the cut spacer grid channels for flow of coolant;

figure 3 shows the axonometric projection of the spacer grid.

The spacer grid 1 contains: rim 2, the strap 3, which are the tubes 4 and channel 5.

The spacer grid 1 may have a rim 2 with several rows of slats 3, at least not less than two rows. The strap 3 is made wavy to reduce the hydraulic resistance of the spacer grid 1.

Figure 2 shows the channels 5 for the flow of coolant, and the sizes of the circles and arcs of the grooves of the channels "a" is less than the size of the circles and arcs of the grooves of the channel "b", and the sizes of the circles and arcs of the grooves of the channel "b" is less than the size of the circles and arcs of the grooves of the channel "c".

The spacer grid 1 is as follows. The flow of coolant is fed through the channels 5, through which the fluid washes the rim 1, the strap 3 and the heat exchange tubes 4. Circulating in meet obnam space coolant redistribute depending on the hydraulic resistance of the spacer grid. On the periphery of the heat exchanger sizes of the circles and arcs of the grooves is lower than in the center, and consequently, there is less coolant. Thus by varying the sizes of the circles and arcs recesses achieve uniform distribution of the coolant in the annular space along the section of the heat exchanger.

Typically, such a Spacer grid is made of solid workpiece by means of mechanical processing.

SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange apparatus has housing, heat-exchange pipes arranged vertically and fixed in pipe grates. SUBSTANCE: the inventions are intended for heating water and-or steam and may be used in heat power engineering. The boiler plant contains a cylindrical boiler having one course of gases and an internal cylindrical shielded furnace chamber, an air heater, controlled circuits of heating of a heat carrier and fuels, one and more rows of heat exchange pipes, a ring-shaped cylindrical sectional header and a contact economizer. The finned heat exchange pipes are made U-shaped or coiled and form in the end part of the furnace chamber a radiation-convective beam. At that the gas-tightness of the furnace chamber may be ensured either by heat exchange diaphragms connecting the heat exchange pipes or by a heat exchange cylindrical surface. The heat exchange diaphragms, as well as the heat exchange cylindrical surface, which is sealing the furnace chamber and the convective part of the boiler, are spread to the frontal collector. On the collector there are outlet branch-pipes for withdrawal of the heat carrier, from which it is simultaneously possible to take the heat-carrier of several parameters. The boiler plant is countercurrent in respect to a temperature pressure of the furnace chamber and has one and more supporting devices. The back butt of the furnace chamber serves a part of a heating surface of the air-heater together with a branch-pipe of the outlet of the combustion products. The boiler and its heat-exchange pipes are made with in an series heating of the heat-carrier at the speed of its movement in the heat-exchange pipes of 2.15 m\s.
