SUBSTANCE: drilling rig includes frame and guiding means pivotally connected to frame, rotary supplying system arranged on guiding means and anchoring members. Drilling rig is provided with support member displaceable relative guiding means and anchoring members secured to the support member through clamps. Guiding means has clamps of anchor members. Secured to lower side of support member is grouser. In the case of inclined well boring drilling rig is provided with drill steel support. Drill steel support has pins, tension bars secured to pins by clamps so that tension bars may to perform adjusting longitudinal movement and adjusting rotation about the pins. Another tension bar ends are provided with clamps. During inclined well boring frame extensions secured to the frame are used if required. Guiding means and support member have means for alternate drill steel support fixation.

EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads applied to drilling tool, increased drilling rig stability and increased drilling rig weight utilization ratio.

The proposal relates to techniques for drilling wells, mainly for light and ultralight drilling machines.

Known drilling machine comprising a frame, pivotally connected to the guide frame, placed on the guide rotary-feed system connected to the guide anchor elements are movable relative to the guide supporting element with lugs and clamps anchor elements [1]. When using this device you can create an axial load greater than the weight of the machine (coefficient using the weight of the machine is greater than one).

However, the known technical solution has the following disadvantages.

During drilling guides are positioned at a considerable distance from the wellhead. Therefore, a drilling tool affected by significant pressures that cause vibration of the drilling tool, which significantly reduces the efficiency of drilling.

The technical result, which seeks the solution is to reduce the dynamic loads on the drilling tool during drilling while increasing the stability of the machine and increase the utilization ratio of the weight of the machine.

This result is achieved due to the fact that the drilling machine, comprising a frame, pivotally connected to the frame direction is shining, placed on the guide rotary-feed system connected to the guide anchor elements are movable relative to the guide supporting element with lugs and clamps anchor elements with a lunette is made with axes, rods, mounted on the axis of the steady rest with the possibility of installation of longitudinal movement and rotation relative to the latter, and additional tabs for adjustable fixing rod relative to the frame, and a guiding and supporting element is performed with devices for alternately latching the rest.

Figure 1 presents the proposed device, figure 2 and 3 supporting element with lugs and anchors, figs.4 - 6 - installation of the centralizer accordingly, when inclined and Fig.7 - 8 - vertical drilling.

The drilling machine includes a frame 1, guide 2, by means of a hinge 3 is connected with the frame placed on the guide rotary-feed system 4 and the anchoring elements 5. The drilling machine is equipped with made movable relative to the guide 2 of the supporting element 6, which by means of clamps 7 fastened with anchor elements 5. Guide 2 is provided to the latches 8 anchor elements 5. On the underside of the support element 6 is fixed lugs 9. When drilling deviated wells the machine is provided with a case 10, which is made with the axes 11, the rods 12, which is s fixed to the axis 11 with the possibility of installation of longitudinal movement and rotation relative to the latter by means of clamps 13. The other ends of the rods provided with tabs 14. When drilling deviated wells, if necessary, apply the extensions of the frame 15, which are attached to the frame 1. The latch 13 may be performed, for example, mounted on an axis fixed to the thrust sleeve 12 with a threaded hole in which is installed the bolt 16. The latch 14 can also be made in the form of bonded with the thrust sleeve 12 with a threaded hole in which is installed the bolt 17 and posted by a split sleeve 18 with the clamping device 19. Guiding and supporting element is performed with devices 20 and 21 to alternately fixing the rest.

Preparation for drilling produced as follows.

Install the anchoring elements 5. Depending on the properties of soil anchors can be screwed (in soft soil), or can be installed in pre-drilled holes (hard rocks). Then the anchors fasten with the supporting member 6 (latches are provided 7). Then connect the anchors to the guide by means of clamps 8.

When drilling deviated wells fasten the extension frame 15 frame 1, on the supporting element 6 is fixed to the case 10, set thrust 12 on the axis 11 of the lunette and fix them by means of clamps 13. The other ends of the rods is fixed by means of clamps 14 with extension of the frame 15. The latch 13, which is exeroise on the axis of the bolt 16, provides the installation longitudinal displacement and rotation relative to the axis 11 lunette rods 12. The extension of the frame 15 are in the form of channel bars, as shown in Fig.7. The sleeve 18 is positioned so that its slot was put on the shelf channel and is fixed by a clamping device. Next, the sleeve 18 is fixed in the sleeve by means of bolts 17. This design allows execution to capture the thrust relative to the extension of the frame regardless of the position of the latter.

Guide 2, the anchoring elements 5, the supporting element 6, rod 12 and the extension frame 15 form a rigid closed system, increasing the resistance of the installation in an inclined drilling in General.

When drilling vertical wells case 10 is fixed on the rail 2 by means of the fixing device 20 of the lunette. When this thrust 12 is fixed on the axes 11 and freely rest on the frame 1.

During drilling, the axial reaction force from the shaft and torque perceived by the anchors and the anchor element. Anchor elements are located directly near the axis of the drilling and construction of the machine is not passed for more torque. The weight of the machine to create an axial force is maximum.

Thus, this solution will allow you to:

to reduce the dynamic load on the drilling tool during the drilling of inclined the wells;

to increase the stability of the machine while increasing the utilization ratio of the weight of the machine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves serially treating bed with hydrocarbon-based solvent and acid. Alcohol-benzol solvent or alcohol-benzol-phenol solvent or nefras-phenol solvent is used in above method. The solvent is injected in bed as directed jets with 200-300 m/s velocity. Device has flow string with circulation valve installed inside the string and connection pipe arranged in upper end thereof. Erosion perforator is installed upstream the connection pipe. Erosion perforator has side nozzles and lower seat with circulation valve arranged thereon. The circulation valve is hollow cylindrical piston with spherical ends. Catcher chamber for circulation valve with outlet valve is installed at flow string head. Circulation valve is filled with heat-expandable material, for instance with liquefied gas or alcohol.

SUBSTANCE: composition comprises binding agent, additive, structure-forming agent and water. Binding agent is polyurethane hydrophilic pre-polymer, structure-forming agent is sodium chloride free from hydration water, additive is sand. All above components are taken in the following amounts (% by weight): polyurethane hydrophilic pre-polymer - 7-15, sodium chloride - 18-48, sand - 24-55, water - remainder.

SUBSTANCE: composition includes oil-well cement used as binding agent, structure-forming agent, hardener and mixing liquid. The composition additionally includes filler, namely quartz sand, and structure-forming agent, namely sodium chloride used in granular form with granule dimensions equivalent to that of quartz sand. Hardener and mixing liquid is saturated sodium silicate solution. All above components are taken in the following amounts (% by weight): oil-well cement - 25-48, quartz sand - 10-15, sodium chloride - 21-57, saturated sodium silicate solution - remainder.

EFFECT: reduced cost of composition ingredients, provision of necessary filter permeability and strength parameters, increased oil recovery from reservoir, possibility of composition usage in high-temperature wells.

FIELD: earth and rock drilling, particularly for treating colmatage solid body surfaces, namely for cleaning filters and water and oil well walls by cavitating high-pressure liquid jet, as well as for underground cavitator creation.

SUBSTANCE: cavitator comprises through channel with profile defined by coaxially arranged and connected in series inlet contraction tube, cylindrical channel and outlet diffuser. Cavitator is located in cylindrical channel of well filter. Liquid flow stabilizer arranged in cylindrical channel of the cavitator is formed as cellular body composed of equally sized longitudinal plates having ℓ2 lengths defined as 2<ℓ2<2.6dk, where dk is diameter of inlet cylindrical channel part. Plates form even number of cells having equal areas. Distance ℓ1 from inlet cylindrical channel end to liquid flow stabilizer is determined from 2.8<ℓ1<3dk. Distance ℓ3 between outlet cylindrical channel end and liquid flow stabilizer is defined as 2.4<ℓ3<2.6dk. Inlet diameter of the outlet diffuser dD exceeds outlet channel diameter.

FIELD: mining, particularly to construct horizontal or inclined wells by rotary drilling in fissured rock with the use of rotary drilling rid and adapted to be used during exploration drilling in pits and mines for iron-ore mining.

SUBSTANCE: prior-art rig is provided with artificial head comprising a number of sections secured one to another and fastened to frame pivotally connected to support frame of drilling rig. The rig also has throttle located at drainage cavity of cylinder to provide drilling rig installation outside dangerous zone so that the drilling rig may be displaced in horizontal plane from drilling axis due to artificial head usage. The artificial head is installed on ledge extending from drilling rid to face along drilling axis and is assembled out of dangerous zone. The artificial head is provided with head string. Drilling assembly passes through the head string. Predrilling is performed in drilling regime at minimal advance speed. The advance speed is controlled by throttling of discharge cavity of advancing cylinder and at high rotational frequency for depth exceeding fissured rock zone thickness.

EFFECT: increased safety and productivity of horizontal or inclined well construction, reduced labor inputs for equipment movement and enhanced technological effectiveness of drilling operation, provision of drilling direction control and drilling rig arrangement at safe distance from slope, increased well construction capacity, extended functional capabilities.

Centraliser contains actuator actuated with fluid medium under pressure for closing of feedthrough hole, channel for fluid medium under pressure is connected between feed cylinder chamber, to which fluid medium under pressure is supplied during drilling to move the drilling machine in the drilling direction, and actuator of centraliser so that pressure of fluid medium under pressure makes the actuator close the feedthrough hole.

EFFECT: automatic closing of centraliser hole.

SUBSTANCE: downhole centraliser for a tubing string is mainly rigid and has a tubular plastic body with opposite ends and at least one lock ring mounted at the tubular body end. The lock ring or every lock ring is also made of plastic and has elastic modulus that does not exceed elastic modulus of the tubular body. The lock ring or every lock ring is engaged with the tubular body by shrink fit. Close to the tubular body end there is at least one opening, and close to the lock ring there is at least one respective ledge or vice a versa. In operation process the ledge and opening are engaged with each other, and in result the lock ring is engaged directly with the tubular body.

EFFECT: galvanic corrosion is excluded.

The wireless two-way electromagnetic communication with the ground control unit includes a transceiver and a dipole transmitter of electromagnetic waves controlled by an electronic functional block diagram.

EFFECT: simplified process of guidance and delivery of flexible pipe in the side wellbore and reduced labour costs.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices of deflecting wedge and methods of addressing a male hub in a multilateral well. Device of deflecting wedge consists of upper deflecting wedge, located inside main hole and having a guide spring with inclined surface, lower deflecting wedge, located inside main hole and defining a first channel and a second channel, one of first and second channels is in communication with lower part of main hole and other of first and second channels is in communication with side hole. Upper and lower deflecting wedges are configured for addressing male hub either into side hole, or into lower part of main hole depending on size of tip of male hub.

EFFECT: technical result consists in accurate addressing of male hub in one of shafts of a multilateral well.
