The invention relates to the leather industry and can be used for finishing of chrome leather for various purposes of different types of raw materials.

There is a method of finishing of natural skin by drawing on their obverse surface coating paint acrylic-based film, followed by drying by high-frequency current with a rated power of 2000 watts for 360 (SU inventor's certificate No. 312874, CL 14 With 11/00, 31.08.71).

The disadvantage of this method is that obtained when using the leather coating have a shrinkage in the range of 2-4%.

The closest analogue of the proposed technical solution is the way to finish genuine leather by coating on the front surface layer coating paint, followed by drying in the electromagnetic field of the microwave when the field strength 155000-285000/m and power 3000-10000 W within 15-125 (SU inventor's certificate No. 1052538 And CL 14 With 11/00, 07.11.83).

The disadvantage of this method is that it provides coverage only for the skins natural outer surface and are not suitable for finishing polished leather. In addition, the high field strength of the microwave and kept in it can lead to sintering of the film coating and distortion of the skin.

The technical result of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities the spines of the way and improving the quality of the coating on the skin.

This result is achieved in that in the method of finishing of natural skin, comprising applying a layer of coating paint and drying in the electromagnetic field of the microwave before applying coating paint on skin put a layer of impregnating soil after application of the coating paint is a layer of fixing agent, and drying in the electromagnetic field of the microwave is performed after application of each layer when the field strength 10000-15000/m and capacity 300-350 watts for 5-50 C.

A distinctive feature of the proposed method is that the application of the skin which soaks into the soil before applying the coating paint and fixer after her, followed by drying each layer in the electromagnetic field of the microwave at the stated characteristics of the field allows to obtain a film coating on the front and polished leathers with high performance properties.

Conducting drying each layer of finishes in the microwave with intensity less than 10000 V/m and a capacity below 300 W with less than 5 does not allow to obtain a film coating on the skin with high performance properties. The increase in field strength over 15000/m, capacity of more than 350 watts and increase drying time more than 50 can cause sintering of the film.

The method is as follows:

On the semi-finished chrome tanned leathers are obtained by standard methods, applied PR is pitiayumi the ground, then produce drying in the microwave with tension 10000-15000/m and a capacity of 300-350 watts for 5-50 C. Then spray applied coating paint, followed by drying in the microwave with tension 10000-15000/m and a capacity of 300-350 watts for 5-50 C. the obtained film coating applied top coat and dried in the microwave with tension 10000-15000/m and a capacity of 300-350 watts for 5-50 C. Further processes and operations carried out by standard methods.
