The invention relates to substances for application to the surface to prevent or reduce the buildup of ice, fog or water; to prevent icing, in particular for de-icing reagents.

To prevent or eliminate snow and ice formations on roads, runways and other surfaces in the Nordic countries are widely used in various formulations against icing.

These compounds are the basic requirements: they must not have a harmful impact on the environment, should not spoil as roads, and the contacting surface, such as the sole of the Shoe pedestrians and cars. In addition, these compounds should not cause corrosion of the equipment in which they are stored, transported, and through which is applied to the surface. Another important factor is the price.

There are many substances and formulations currently used for such purposes. However, its main drawback is its ability to damage the road surface, thereby causing extensive damage to the infrastructure of highways, surface roads and sidewalks, vehicles and the environment. The relatively low solubility of sodium chloride causes the clogging of soil, water pollution, harm the green space - and these are just some of the negative manifestations of its impact on the environment.

Known [RF patent 2169751, C 09 K 3/18, op. 27.06. 2001] the anti-icing composition of an aqueous solution for surface treatment of roads (Prototype), which contains, wt%: calcium chloride 20-30, urea 2-5, corrosion inhibitor (polyaniline or polyvinilpirolidone chlorides) 0,02 - 0,04, the rest is water. The introduction of such substances as corrosion inhibitor can cause problems when the evaporation or decomposition in the soil, and also increases the cost of the composition.

The objective of the invention is to develop deicing composition for de-icing road surfaces, including sidewalks, etc. that has no harmful impact on the environment, does not destroy the road surface, reduces corrosion of metals is an economical and highly effective. Such a composition should be less corrosive than salt chloride in pure form.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the composition of the de-icing reagent for surface treatment of roads, including calcium chloride and urea, characterized in that it further contains sodium nitrite in the following ratio, wt.%:

The content of calcium chloride in the solution depends on the ambient temperature, at which it is calculated.

The application of the composition completely harmless for people and for road pavement, and provided the opportunity to clean the road surface at temperatures below 25°C.
