SUBSTANCE: proposed device has load truck and its motion mechanism including crane to set truck in initial position. Load truck on base of which container for ballast and end facing shield are rigidly secured in installed on guides arranged at angle to horizontal platform. Said horizontal platform carries second end facing shield and receiving chute. In initial position load truck with ballast is pulled by crane to clamp and is fixed. After release of stop arrangement, truck moves under its own weight and weight of ballast, along inclined guides in vertical plane, and its end facing shield cones in contact with end faces of logs, thus aligning them.

The invention relates to the logging industry and can be used on wood stores for aligning the ends of the logs with their subsequent shipment to the cars IPU.

Known technical solutions (A.S.№1443236, 130843, 192066, 406783, 477085), consisting of two tortuosa shields with arms, the ends of which are welded to the girders, and tortuosa shields rely on axle truck and have the opportunity to turn in a vertical plane.

Known devices are bulky and bulky.

Known technical solution for aligning the ends of the logs (A.S. 10493938 prototype)containing rail carriage, mechanism for moving and hard walls.

The known device is complicated to manufacture and maintain.

The purpose of this invention is to simplify the manufacture and operation of structures for aligning the ends of the logs, as well as increased reliability.

This objective is achieved in that the device is manufactured in the form of a trolley, on which is rigidly fixed to the tank for ballast and tartousi shield that is installed with the possibility of changing the position in the vertical plane on the guides placed at an angle to a horizontal platform on which is mounted the second tartousi shield with bin.

The invention consists of a cargo truck 1 on the basis of which the top is rigidly fixed tartousi shield 2, the capacity for ballast 3 and the retainer 4 with the hook 5, and the bottom of the wheel 6 truck 1 is installed on the guides 7, placed at an angle to the platform 8, which on the one hand is fixed clamp retainer 9 and the other tartousi shield 10 with the receiving tray 11 having a cross section with a semi-cylindrical shape.

The device operates as follows. To ensure the normal end of logs capacity 3 cart 1 is filled with ballast, in such an amount that force end was sufficient. The carriage 1 along the guide rails 7 is lifted by crane through the rope 13 to the terminal 9 of the locking device and is fixed. In the receiving tray 11 by using the same crane placed the bundle of logs 12. Then the retaining device 4 open and the trolley 1 under the action of its own weight and the weight of the ballast along the guides 7 rushes down. Tartousi shield 2 when it comes in contact with the ends of the logs 12, their shifts and aligns.

This device, compared to, for example, with a hydraulic tortenelem, easier to manufacture, and its operation is not dependent on climatic conditions.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for collecting and storing wound wood in water reservoirs. Proposed boom contains cross and longitudinal parts. Longitudinal part includes sleeper connected with bank and bottom supports. Sleeper is made of assembly sections in form of floating pontoons of triangular form with side crossmembers hinge-secured on side walls of adjacent pontoons. Pontoons are hinge-connected to each other both inside section and to pontoons of adjacent sections. Free hinge joints of extreme section are connected, in their turn, by wire ropes with bank supports. Each assembly section is provided with separate bottom support. Bottom supports are fastened by wire ropes to middle part of assembly sections and are arranged at a distance from each other equal to length of one section.
