The expanded end of the groove is in coincident with the origin of the guiding part. The groove that ends at the last deformable tooth of the working part has radius-shaped cross-section.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering technology, namely the processing of the mating parts of the drawing, in particular to the mandrels, and can be used for processing svartnik sleeves with concave edges and to obtain press join swerdna sleeve - case".

Known the mandrel containing the guide, working from deforming teeth and calibrating part (see Press-fit connection. The technology of manufacture and repair. Barnaul, Alt. kN. publishing house, 1977 p.83).

The disadvantage of this mandrel is low quality press-fit connection, due to the possibility of obtaining a leaky joint handled covered in detail, in particular smertnoi sleeve, with further disclosure of it in the middle part.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result the prototype is the mandrel containing the guide, working from deforming teeth and calibrating part, tapering groove, located on the guide and the working parts, the advanced end coinciding with the beginning of the guide part. When this groove is made wedge-shaped with an angle corresponding to the angle formed by the concave edges of the processed bushings (see USSR author's certificate No. 429906, M. CL. 23 D 43/02, 23 P 3/08).

The disadvantages of the described mandrel are low quality press-fit connection, stipulated by the ing donovania holes covered parts in particular, smertnoi sleeve, with small tightness in deforming the teeth of the working part due to the location of the wedge-shaped groove along the length of the working part, and a narrow field of use due to the burnishing limited number svartnik bushings, whose angle formed by the concave edges, corresponds to the angle of V-groove.

The invention solves the problem of improving the quality press-fit connection and extension of field of use.

To achieve the technical result of the mandrel contains a guide, working from deforming teeth and calibrating portion and tapering groove, located on the guide and the working parts, the advanced end coinciding with the beginning of the guide part, and the groove, ending at last deforming the tooth of the working part has a cross section with a radius shape.

Improving the quality press-fit connection is provided by donovania holes covered in detail, in particular smertnoi sleeve, with a large preload on the last deforming the tooth of the working part, made without groove.

Expanding the field of use due to the possibility of burnishing covered in detail, in particular smertnoi sleeve, regardless of the angle formed by the concave edges, due to the fact that the groove has a cross-section of radius f is the NDB.

The present invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which figure 1 shows Dorn, General view; figure 2 - cross section a-a figure 1.

The mandrel contains (figure 1; figure 2) guide 1 working 2 from deforming teeth and calibrating 3 parts. Tapering groove 4 located on the rail 1 and the work 2 parts. The groove 4 advanced end coincides with the beginning of the guide 1 part and ends with the groove 4 of the last 5 deforming the tooth working 2 part. The groove 4 has a cross-sectional curved shape (figure 2).

The proposed Dorn works as follows.

Procurement covered in detail, in particular smertnoi sleeve, is placed in covering the detail, such as the case of a sliding bearing. Thus, the use of the present invention provides a high quality press-fit connection and extension of field of use.

SUBSTANCE: press includes П-shaped housing; adjustable table mounted in struts of housing and fixed to said struts by means of pins; power hydraulic cylinder with axial motion of rod; rotation drive of precession head; pumping station of hydraulic drive unit. Rotation drive of precession head includes electric motor and belt transmission. Power hydraulic cylinder is rigidly mounted on cross piece of housing and it carries plate on end of spring-loaded rod. Said plate supports two plungers spaced in parallel relative to axis of rod and spring-loaded relative to housing. Pulleys of belt transmission of rotation drive are mounted in casing. The last is secured to plate in such a way that driven pulley is mounted on spindle coaxially relative to rod of hydraulic cylinder and driving pulley is mounted on the same axis as shaft of electric motor placed in cross piece of housing.
