Its disadvantage is the fact that for its implementation, it is necessary to use sophisticated equipment for bio-measurement. So about the time, the method cannot be implemented in a relatively simple, portable devices.

A device management functional state of the nervous system (patent US 4289121)containing the sources of light and sound pulses whose parameters are set by the patient and used a programmable computing unit. Its disadvantage is the need to use external devices, registering the biorhythms of the nervous system, such as electroencephalographs. Such devices are complex and expensive, in addition, they suggest the use of contact devices for recording bioelectric potentials that can interfere with sleep and imposes additional requirements for the maintenance and operation of such systems.

A device according to patent US 6540664 selected as the prototype for the realization of dreams is an integrated module containing a programmable computer for controlling the operation of the detectors. The device generates pulse signals in accordance with the calculated probable time of occurrence and durations of the phases of sleep. Way impact on the patient, implemented by the device according to patent US 6540664 is the closest to the present invention. At the time of the onset phase of dreams led is beginning to emit pulses of a prescribed frequency, amplitude and duration. The drawback of the method according to patent US 6540664 is that the effect on humans is only through the visual receptors, so it is necessary to increase the intensity of the light pulses for the efficient operation of the device. High intensity signals leads to the awakening that may adversely affect the patient's condition. In addition, in the method according to patent US 6540664 for self-awareness in a phase of dreams the use of rectangular pulses at the moment of crossing the threshold for sensory organs intensity values arising associations can have adverse effects on the patient's condition.

The invention is directed to a method and device that can be used for therapeutic purposes during sleep the patient to improve his mental and physical state during periods of wakefulness and improve the result quality of his life.

The solution of this problem is achieved by the method in which exposure is carried out by periodic simultaneous switching of audio signals representing music, and bright flashes of red light in accordance with the calculated periods of occurrence and durations of certain sleep phases, namely phases of dreams (FS). SUBSTANCE: method involves concurrently acting upon patient auditory system with acoustic signal produced by a musical composition selected on basis of patient health state and electric signals of the same musical composition acting upon patient skin. The electric signals amplitude-modulated with depth of 15-85%, act upon the patient via adhesive skin electrodes during 15-40 min. Hearing-add device is subjected to acoustic signals amplitude-modulated with depth of 15% and higher. Amplitude-modulation frequency is selected within the limits of 1.2-9.8 Hz. Modulation is carried out with frequency corresponding to patient disease frequency and action power is chosen on basis of subjective patient sensations. The video film being over, the students do dynamic physical exercises composed of rhythmically repeated movements coordinated with breathing.
