The known method bioadaptive correction of human functional state (patent RU 2096990), namely, that the external sound influence is carried out in the form of generation of musical sounds by parametric changes their pitch, volume and duration criteria based on changes discretely-current value characteristic of the generalized parameter of the frequency spectrum of the converted biosignal - bioelectric potential. The drawback of the method according to patent US 6540664 is that the effect on humans is only through the visual receptors, so it is necessary to increase the intensity of the light pulses for the efficient operation of the device. In addition, in the method according to patent US 6540664 for self-awareness in a phase of dreams the use of rectangular pulses at the moment of crossing the threshold for sensory organs intensity values arising associations can have adverse effects on the patient's condition.
The invention is directed to a method and device that can be used for therapeutic purposes during sleep the patient to improve his mental and physical state during periods of wakefulness and improve the result quality of his life.
The solution of this problem is achieved by the method in which exposure is carried out by periodic simultaneous switching of audio signals representing music, and bright flashes of red light in accordance with the calculated periods of occurrence and durations of certain sleep phases, namely phases of dreams (FS).
