The present invention is a fundamentally new way to diagnose disadaptive processes in the modified menstrual cycle to enable adaptive programs syntaxchecker type, defined by the coefficient activation of adaptation programs (CUSP), which objectively reflects the degree of dominance of adaptation programs during the first 21 days of the menstrual cycle in normal women and the absence of the latter in women with altered menstrual cycle.
