The scope of the invention

The aim of the present invention is to develop a foaming aqueous composition for temporary road markings and delineation of regulatory distances on the sports courts and fields, suitable for sport competitions, during which you want to immediately delineate the distance by rapid application without any damage to places where there is competition, meeting the terms and conditions of matches in order to avoid any doubt or debate about the location of competing in those cases, when required to comply with the minimum distances.

Background of the invention

U.S. patent No. 5711790 and 5735940 (Cooler) describe the marking composition on the basis of water that can be removed from the surface of the substrate. Such compositions contain water, a water-soluble salt or mixture of water-soluble salts and the dye (dyes) and are used for color temporary markings on surfaces, especially on snow or ice. However, such marking does not disappear from the surface spontaneously. If you want to delete them flushing, for example, rain or their disappearance along with the snow or ice as the melting of the latter.

U.S. patent 6077898 (Flores) describes water, aerosol, coloring compositions comprising film-forming polymer, the approach is a first for the temporary marking of tunnels and roads. Like the markup obtained using the compositions described in U.S. patent No. 5711790 and 5735940, these markings are temporary, but they do not disappear by themselves and must be removed by water, such as rain.

U.S. patent 5174571 (Aubusson et al.) describes a method and device for obtaining a temporary visible line on the surface with the use of laser beams. They are primarily meant to get the delimiting lines on the playgrounds and fields for various sports on multi-territory, which, however, during any one period of time are visible only to delimit lines for any one particular sport.

Documents NL 8801010 and NL 8800622 (Nijenhuis) describe a system of lighted markings, consisting of bundles of fiber optic cables located under the play area and associated with the generating light equipment. This system is used to obtain the delimiting lines playgrounds and fields so that the same location could be used for different games.

The purpose of the invention

In sports, for example, in football, there are rules limiting the distance barrier ("wall"), formed by players of the opposing team when taking free kicks. This "wall" should be on the regulated distance from the ball and should not add the rely, reducing this distance. As the referee of the match, limiting the distance that has no point of reference, it is almost impossible to check the movement/approach players, forming a "wall"to the ball and, therefore, cannot apply the necessary sanctions.

In addition, it should be noted that such situations are controversial all over the world and because there is no total control, many teams damage and match or competition loses its artistry or talent, turning into carelessness and good luck.

In view of these problems and with the aim of overcoming them was designed foaming aqueous composition suitable for temporary road markings and delineation of regulatory distances on the sports courts and fields, the application of which is limited not only sports, but it can also be used for application messages and greetings on the walls, the grass, the trees, the cars, pavements, asphalt as a manifestation of freedom of speech.

Brief description of the invention

The present invention discloses foaming aqueous composition for temporary delineation of regulatory races in the sport, containing as an activator foam, at least one nonionic or amphoteric surfactant and as a regulator of foam, at least one amphoteric surfactant, from the ranks from used as activator foam, in combination with at least one propellant.

The present invention also relates to the use of this composition for marking and delineation of regulatory distances on the sports courts and fields, in particular on the football field.

Another objective of the present invention is a temporary way of regulating differentiation of races in the sport, including the stage of spray on-site Playground or field foaming aqueous composition in accordance with the present invention.

Detailed description of the invention

In accordance with the present invention, preferred nonionic surfactants used as activators foam, are ethoxylated vegetable oils, in particular ethoxylated castor oil. To resolve its characteristic smell when ethoxylated castor oil is present in the composition, it is preferable to add a masking scent or flavoring substance. Preferably specified masking scent or flavoring substance selected from essential oils.

When used as activator foam amphoteric surfactant, it is preferably an oxide alkyldiphenylamine.

Preferred amphoteric surfactants, when anaemia as foam regulators, are the betaines, in particular betaine of cocoamidopropyl.

The combination of activator/regulator foam is present in the composition in accordance with the present invention in proportions effective to provide flying foam, but which remains active and stable over a period of time sufficient to ensure visual perception to the end of the acts, for example, prior to the adoption of a free kick in a football match. This period of time will depend on the sport and committed action. In addition, more rapid or slow decomposition of the foam will also depend on atmospheric, climatic and weather conditions of that place, in which there are sports. Usually a foam composition remains visible during the period of time from 40 seconds to 3 minutes.

In practice it is possible to consider, for example, a free kick during a soccer match. The judge, counting steps, determines the place where you want to have "the wall" in relation to the position of the ball, in order to permit the free kick. Through tubes containing composition for marking and delineation of regulatory distances on the sports courts and fields in accordance with the present invention, it presses the ejector tip to release the flying foam on the grass, drawing in the appropriate the natural line for the location of the "wall". In that case, if a player comes on the specified line, marked by the foam, and the foam, the latter will stick to his shoes, after which the judge may impose for that appropriate sanctions. If the player will not come on foam, and crosses it, the judge will be able to visually determine the proximity of the player towards the ball, because its starting point is marked on the field, also allowing you to apply appropriate sanctions.

Foaming aqueous composition in accordance with the present invention may optionally contain other conventional components of pins, such as thickeners foam and/or foam stabilizers, which can be selected from alkanolamides, much of an ionisable salts, anionic surfactants, or mixtures thereof. As thickeners and/or stabilizers pins preferably used diethanolamide fatty acids coconut, sodium chloride, matrilateral or mixtures thereof.

To control the growth of bacteria that destroy organic compounds in the presence of water in the foaming water of a composition in accordance with the present invention can also be used antibacterial agents. Preferred antibacterial agents for this purpose are selected from the group including triazine, compounds triazines, benzisothiazolinone and chloromethylisothiazolinone or Messi. Especially preferred is a triazine.

The propellant is preferably used in compositions in accordance with the present invention, are selected from gases propane, butane, nitrogen, CO2or mixtures thereof. Especially preferred is propane gas, used in quantities of from 4 to 6% wt.

To improve the visual perception of the composition in accordance with the present invention may optionally contain one or more pigments. Quantitative changes in the components along with pigmentation allows you to apply the composition in accordance with the present invention in very hot or cold weather, in rainy or Sunny days, snow, night or day, according to weather exposure and intensity of application.

A preferred composition in accordance with the present invention contains 10-30% by weight. ethoxylated castor oil, 0.1 to 0.5 wt.%. betaine of amidopropyl coconut, from 0.05 to 3.00% by weight. triazine and 0.2 to 0.8% wt. essential oils, while the balance are water, propellant and, optionally, a pigment.

In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention the composition contains 0.5-3% wt. oxide alkyldiphenylamine, 1-3% wt. betaine of cocoamidopropyl, 10-30% wt. matricariifolium, from 0.01 to 0.20 wt.%. sodium chloride, 1-5 wt.%. di is trolamine fatty acids coconut, from 0.05 to 3.00% by weight. triazine and 4-6 wt.%. propane gas, while the balance are water, propellant and, optionally, a pigment.

The composition in accordance with the present invention can be packaged in tubes, preferably made of aluminum, with ejector tip, which when pressed releases the foam, laying out on the Playground or field separation distance, the previously designated by the judge. The shape of the ejector tip depending on the diameter or shape of the tube, which is Packed composition, provides a selection of foam to a greater or lesser width and thickness. Foaming aqueous composition in accordance with the present invention is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, leaves no residue, do not damage the skin, grass and other cover. The gas propellant does not affect the ozone layer because it does not contain chlorofluorocarbons.

Moreover, the composition in accordance with the present invention does not change any of the rules in the sport in which the om used. On the contrary, it provides the necessary assistance to each judge, athlete, sports fan or a sports commentator, confirming that the rule applies is one for all.

The following illustrative examples are intended to better describe the present invention. However, the illustrated data and methods apply only to variants of implementation of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting its scope.

Foaming aqueous composition in accordance with the present invention, containing as an activator foam amphoteric surface-active substance alkyldiphenylamine and as a regulator of foam amphoteric surfactant betaine of cocoamidopropyl have the following physical and chemical properties:

Although the present invention is illustrated by examples of its implementation, it should be understood that the present invention covers and other options, limited only by the scope of the attached claims.

1. 6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the composition additionally contains thickeners and foam stabilizers.

9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the composition further comprises a bactericidal agent.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the bactericidal agent selected from the group consisting of triazines, compounds of benzisothiazolinone and chloromethylisothiazolinone or mixtures thereof.

11. The method according to claim 10, characterized in that as a bactericidal agent used triazine.

12. The method according to claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the propellant is chosen from gases propane, butane, nitrogen, CO2or mixtures thereof.

13. The method according to item 12, wherein the propellant is a gas propane.

14. The method according to claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the quantitative ratio regulator/activator in the composition is sufficient to ensure the flying foam, but remains active and stable during the period of time from 40 seconds to 3 minutes

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the composition contains 10 to 30% wt. ethoxylated castor oil, 0.1 to 0.5 wt.%. betaine of cocoamidopropyl, from 0.05 to 3.00% by weight. triazine and 0.2 to 0.8% wt. essential oils, while the balance amount to the water and propellant.

16. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 15, from which causesa fact, the composition contains 0.5-3% wt. oxide alkyldiphenylamine, 1-3% wt. betaine of cocoamidopropyl, 10-30% wt. matricariifolium, from 0.01 to 0.20 wt.%. sodium chloride, 1-5 wt.%. diethanolamide fatty acids coconut and from 0.05 to 3.00% by weight. triazine, and the balance are water and propellant.

17. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the composition additionally contains one or more pigments.

18. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that it is designed for marking regulating distances on the football field.
