The invention relates to the field of preparation of bitumen emulsions and can be used when the device bezrulonnaya roofing and waterproofing protection in road construction as a binder for organo-mineral mixtures, cold asphalt.

Known bitumen emulsion using emulsifiers prepared with the use of high molecular weight fatty acids and their esters contained, for example, in hoipolloi resin (see the description of the invention to the author's certificate of the USSR No. 612925, MPK 07 WITH 51/52, publ. 30.06.78, bull. No. 24 [1]), residues in the production of fatty acids of tall oil, tall the pitch (see the description of the invention to the author's certificate of the USSR No. 933857, MPK E 01 C 7/24, publ. 07.06.82, bull. No. 21 [2]), distillation residues of synthetic fatty acids or products of their oxidation in adipose mass, with the addition of alkali solution (see the description of the invention to the author's certificate of the USSR No. 731999, MPK B 01 F 17/00, publ. 05.05.80, bull. No. 17 [3]). In the described emulsions these substances reacting neutralizing with alkali to form a salt having surface-active properties, the molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the partition of the droplets of bitumen, form protective layers around them and prevent their coalescence (merging) and separation of the emulsion. These analogues have the tendency to rassle the Oia, insufficient storage stability.

The closest analogue is the asphalt emulsion in accordance with the description of the patent RF № 2185878 C1 IPC 7 B 01 F 17/00, publ. 27.07.2002, bull. No. 21 [4], which contains bitumen and emulsifier with a secondary product of the refining of cottonseed oil (OPM), formed after distillerie fatty acids of cottonseed oil, lye - caustic soda or caustic potash in the following ratio, wt.%:

Bitumen50-55
A secondary product of the refining of cottonseed oil0,5-1,0
Caustic soda or0,15-0,3
Caustic0,2-0,4
WaterRest

The disadvantage of this bitumen emulsion is the lack of stability in storage due to the impossibility of obtaining a sufficiently finely dispersed emulsions due to the high surface tension of bitumen particles contributing to the significance of their size. Another disadvantage is the length of the saponification process of the emulsifier component three or more hours, the low productivity of the installation for the production of bitumen emulsion, high energy costs and high consumption of bitumen.

A method of obtaining bitumen em is lsii, when fat mass - tall peck (waste pulp and paper industry is the residue of distillation or fractional distillation of tall oil containing oxidized and polymerized fatty and resin acids, phytosterol) introducing heated to 90-100°With bitumen, the mixture is stirred, the temperature was raised to 120-130°and then produce emulsification in mechanical disperser sodium hydroxide solution, heated to 70-80°With (see the description of the invention to the author's certificate of the USSR No. 933857, MPK E 01 7/24, publ. 07.06.82, bull. No. 21 [2]). It allows you to partially reduce the consumption of bitumen by adding to the bitumen tall oil pitch. However, obtained in this way bitumen emulsion is not sufficiently stable in storage due to lack of stability.

Also known is a method of obtaining bitumen emulsion (see description to the patent of Russian Federation № 2185878 C1 IPC 7 B 01 F 17/00, publ. 27.07.2002, bull. No. 21 [4]), which first obtained the emulsifier of the secondary product processing cottonseed oil (waste cotton oil OPM) by stirring, heated alkali solution for three hours until complete dissolution of OPM, and then in the prepared aqueous solution of the emulsifier being thin stream of heated bitumen under stirring at a speed of 300 rpm, However, this method also does not allow you to get enough ostoich the first emulsion due to the formation of large particles of bitumen in the emulsion due to the high surface tension of the particles of bitumen. Another disadvantage is the duration of the process of saponification fat emulsifier constituting three or more hours, the low productivity of the installation for the production of bitumen emulsion, high energy costs of such production. The above method is the closest analogue.

The objective of the invention is to improve the stability of the bitumen emulsion during storage, reducing the saponification process of the emulsifier, the reduced flow of the bitumen.

The task is solved by a composition of bitumen emulsion comprising bitumen and emulsifier derived from fatty waste in the form of secondary processing product of cottonseed oil (waste cotton oil - OPM) with caustic soda or caustic potash, in which the fatty waste further comprises flatulation (FG) - distillation residues of distillerie fatty acids of vegetable oils, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Bitumen47-50
The mixture of secondary product of the processing of cotton
oil floragatan3,0-5,0
Caustic soda or0,6-1,0
Caustic0,3-0,8
WaterRest

The ratio of the secondary PR is the product of the refining of cottonseed oil to flatulator is 40-70:60-30.

The problem is solved in a method of producing bitumen emulsion, which first obtained the emulsifier of fat mass is a secondary product of the refining of cottonseed oil by stirring, heated alkali solution to dissolve fat mass, followed by the introduction in the prepared aqueous solution of emulsifier a squirt of hot bitumen during mixing, which further before preparation of the emulsifier in fat mass is a secondary product of the refining of cottonseed oil add flatulate in the ratio of 40-70:60-30, the alkaline solution is injected only one part of the obtained fat mixture (about half of the fat mixture) for the preparation of emulsifier, and the other added to the hot bitumen with stirring prior to its introduction into the emulsifier in the following ratio, wt.%:

Bitumen47-50
The mixture of secondary product of the processing of cotton
oil floragatan3,0-5,0
Caustic soda or0,6-1,0
Caustic0,3-0,8
WaterRest

Separation of fat mass into two parts can be done in a fairly wide range, for example, 1/3÷2/3:2/3#x000F7; 1/3, but the optimum is to divide it roughly into 2 equal parts.

We used the following components:

- Bitumen road GOST 22245-76 different fields: Nizhnekamsk and Karabash brand BND 90/130;

- A secondary product of the refining of cottonseed oil TO-108-95 Resin gossipology Tsh 86-38:2001;

- Flatulation Technical conditions TU 18 of the RSFSR 744-77;

- Caustic soda GOST 4328-77;

- Caustic GOST 24363-80;

The water is soft with rigidity index not greater than 3 mEq/L.

The use of a mixture of secondary product of processing cotton seed oil floragatan allowed to increase the number of longer aliphatic radicals Monomeric and oligomeric carboxylic acids in the mixture of OPM and FG starting from s17to C20, i.e. to increase the number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon radical of a mixture of OPM and FG and the degree of polarity of the functional group COOH in OPM and FG. This has led to the reduction of surface tension of bitumen particles, preventing their coalescence, and to ensure the preparation of fine-particle emulsions. Finely dispersed emulsions are more stable during storage, they reduced the propensity for delamination.

Separation of fat mass in two parts with their subsequent use

- to add to the bitumen prior to its interaction with cooked emulsifier sposob the question of the increase of the acid number of the mixture of bitumen, OPM,FG and enhance its interaction with the aqueous solution of the emulsifier alkaline nature, which has led to a more intensive reduction of the surface tension of the particles of bitumen and a more finely dispersed emulsion, bitumen became more emulsified,

- to prepare an aqueous solution of emulsifier to connect with bitumen emulsifier contributed to the stabilization of the finished emulsion, i.e. pressline its reduction of the coalescence of bitumen, i.e. allowed to obtain emulsion a stable and sustainable at the same time, with longer retention time.

At the same time, the saponification mixture of OPM and FY decreased, and the required quantity of bitumen to obtain emulsion also decreased.

In Table 1 revealed the possible options bitumen emulsions depending on the concentration of their components. Table 2 shows the properties of the obtained emulsions depending on the concentration of their components.

Technology of production of bitumen emulsion specified qualitative and quantitative composition is reflected in the following examples.

Example 1. 46 grams of distilled water heated to 70-80°and add to 0.8 grams of alkali NaOH. Pre-prepare a mixture of secondary processing product of cottonseed oil and flatulation in the ratio of 70:30 respectively in the amount of 4 gra the MOU by stirring for 20-30 minutes. In the resulting alkaline solution injected 2 grams (half received amount) the above-mentioned mixture of the secondary product processing cottonseed oil and flatulation. The resulting aqueous solution of the emulsifier, which stir paddle mixer for 2.5 hours at a rotation speed of the stirrer at 100 rpm While preparing an aqueous solution of the emulsifier, the heated bitumen Karabash copper deposits in the amount of 50 grams to a temperature of 120°and enter the remaining part of the mixture of waste cottonseed oil and flatulation in the amount of 2 grams, stirring for 20-30 minutes. After completing the preparation of an aqueous solution of the emulsifier in him entered in a thin stream preheated to 120°bitumen with a mixture of secondary processing product of cottonseed oil and flatulation, increasing the rotor speed of the mixer until 300-350 rpm and mixing bitumen emulsion for 3-5 minutes. Bitumen emulsion finish.

Examples 2-11. The order, sequence, time and temperature are the same as in the first example, only the qualitative and quantitative component values correspond to their content in accordance with examples 2-11 Table 1.

The finished emulsion is stored in tightly closed containers at temperatures below 5°avoid freezing of water in the emulsion.

As can be seen from Table 2, in comparison with what rotation the bitumen emulsion in accordance with the invention has improved uniformity across the screen and the stability during storage. Slightly decreased the consumption of bitumen from 50-55 to 47-50 wt.%. Additionally, decreased cooking time emulsifier.
