The invention relates to the production of polyurethane-bitumen compositions used as sealants, coatings for waterproofing and corrosion protection of various surfaces (metal, concrete, wood, plastics etc).

Known to produce polyurethane-bitumen compositions by dissolving the bitumen in a solvent, mixing the resulting solution with a polyol as one component with the subsequent introduction of the isocyanate component - MDI. As the solvent used carboxylic acids and their derivatives. [1] - USSR author's certificate 587725. 30.01.1980,

The disadvantage of this composition is a restriction on the choice of polyether and grades of bitumen.

In addition, based on the known composition of the final material, characterized by low tensile strength, low elongation.

Closest to the claimed invention is a polyurethane-bitumen composition obtained from the solution of bituminous shale mastic and prepolymer on the basis of a mixture of polyoxypropylene with a molecular mass of 250-5000 and toluylenediisocyanate, when the mass ratio of polyoxypropylene: toluylenediisocyanate (75-80):(25-15), respectively. [2] - RF patent №2208025 from 31.05.2001,

This composition makes it possible to obtain coatings of varying degrees of hardness of the elasticity with good performance properties.

The disadvantage of this composition is that obtained on its basis material is not sufficiently high tensile strength and relative elongation at rupture. In addition, the resulting material is characterized by high absorption and not long lifetime.

These drawbacks limit the use of the material on the basis of such compositions in the fields of industry, which provides a mechanical load, waterproofing and corrosion protection.

The technical purpose of this invention is the increase in the relative elongation at break of the material, increased tensile strength, reduced water absorption, reduced abrasion, adjustable degree of hardness and elasticity of the coating.

The technical problem is achieved by the fact that the polyurethane-bitumen composition consisting of bituminous shale mastic and prepolymer on the basis of a mixture of polyoxypropylene and isocyanate component, as prepolymer used a mixture of two prepolymers: the first is based on a mixture of polyoxypropylene with molecular weight of 300 to 6000 and diisocyanate in the ratio (80-85):(20-15), respectively, and the second is based on a mixture of polyoxypropylene with molecular weight of 300 to 6000 and hexamethylenediisocyanate ratio (65-80):(35-20), with which the compared in a mixture of prepolymers (80-50):(50-20) with the following content of components composition, parts by weight of:
