Agent for treatment of animals with arachnidism

FIELD: veterinary science, chemical-pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of veterinary agent used for treatment of animals with arachnidism. Agent for treatment of arachnidism comprises 11.6% of Trichlorfon (Dipterex) alcoholic-oily solution and sea-buckthorn oil in the following ratio of component, ml per 100 mk of preparation: 11.6% of Trichlorfon (Dipterex) alcoholic-oily solution, 4.3-25.8, and sea-buckthorn oil, 74.2-95.7. The preparation shows improved permeability and prolonged positive topical effect and its toxicity is lower as compared with the known preparation of the same designation.

EFFECT: improved and valuable veterinary properties of preparation.

The present invention relates to the field of medicine, section of pharmacy, and the development of veterinary drugs for the treatment of Aronson animals (Sarcoptes, notoedres, otodectes, demodicosis), consisting of hypodermin-chlorophos and sea buckthorn oil.

Principles of treatment of the above diseases and used similar tools. Mainly used acaricide funds by drawing on the body parts of animals affected by mites. Also one of the most effective parasiting funds are drugs ivermectina series, administered by subcutaneous injection. The use of drugs ivermectina row cause significant adverse reactions of the organism of animals, are not specific for the treatment of dogs and cats that develop resistance to the drugs, not give a stable treatment effect, lead to the deaths of dogs breeds collie, old English Sheepdog, etc.

The most effective organophosphorus compounds as acaricide are chlorophos and hypodermin-chlorophos [Worms D.K. Drugs in veterinary medicine. The Handbook. - M., 1977, 459-462 C.]. For the treatment of Aronson chlorophos is used in the form of a 1-2% aqueous solution and 3% oil solution prepared with fish oil, in the form of hypodermin-chlorophos - 11.6% spirit-oil is actor of chlorophos [Demodicosis in dogs (manual) Peacelove, Acquerello. M., 1997, 39-43 C.]. The last of these funds is used as a prototype. The disadvantages of using 1-2% aqueous solution of chlorophos are: a short period of local acaricidal action, does not penetrate into deep tissue, has no systemic effect, does not destroy all pathogens.

Hypodermin-chlorophos has a systemic effect, but due to the large concentration of chlorophos has high toxicity. In addition, chlorophos in these forms is “one-sided” acaricidal action, not bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, regenerating, immunostimulating, multivitamin actions.

The objective of the invention is the creation of medicines, in addition to possessing acaricidal actions pronounced anti-inflammatory, regenerating, immunostimulating properties, low toxicity, easy to use.

The technical result when using the invention - improving the bioavailability of the tool, the depth of its penetration, duration of local action, reduction of toxicity, aim to increase the regenerative properties of the body of the animal.

This technical result is achieved in that the means for the treatment of Aronson contains hypodermin-chlorophos (11.6% of spirit and oil solution of chlorophos) and is oblepihovoe oil in a ratio of components, ml 100 ml

Hypodermin-chlorophos 4,3-25,8

Sea buckthorn oil 74,2-95,7

The proposed drug product is easy to use and eliminates the disadvantages of the most well-known acaricides used in the treatment of Aronson animals. Sea buckthorn oil reduces the toxicity of hypodermin-chlorophos, increases bioavailability, penetration depth, the duration of local actions, stimulates epithelization, accelerates regeneration of damaged tissues. In addition, sea buckthorn oil is a multivitamin preparation that improves trophism of the internal organs, the power of damaged tissues [Handbook of medicinal plants (Phytotherapy). 3rd edition - M.: metallurgy, 1990, 144-146 C.].

Authors in the patent and scientific and medical literature is not found information about the popularity of the combination of components of the proposed drug for the treatment of Aronson. Thus, the claimed invention meets the criterion of “novelty”.

Clinical trials showed that the proposed tool has acaricide effect on various extensiveness of invasion, the degree of destruction of the bodies of animals colonies of mites. The use of the proposed drug compared to conventional acaricides can reduce the treatment time of Sarcoptes, notoedres, otodectes, local demodicosis up to 15-30 days, generalizes the frame of demodicosis 2-5 months with prolonged remission up to 6-12 months.

Only clinically tested drugs on 37 animals of which: 12 cats, 15 dogs. By types of diseases: Sarcoptes - 7, notoedres 6 otodectes - 17 (mixed infestations), demodicosis - 14 animals. When clinical recovery animals were performed microscopy of scrapings on the absence of ticks.

The authors have been clinically proven to these components in combination are synergistic and enhance therapeutic effect in the treatment of Aronson. Thus, the claimed invention meets the criterion of “inventive step”.

The proposed tool is prepared by mixing the components at room temperature in a beaker.

Therapy animal patients arachnothera with the use of the proposed drug in the usual way [Disease of dogs. Compiler Washkansky. M, Rosagropromizdat, 1988, 376-379 C.]. The drug is chosen individually, depending on the severity of the disease and is applied to the lesions with capture adjacent healthy areas on the width of 2-3 cm the product is applied by pipette 1 every 4-5 days until complete recovery of the animal.

The proposed tool is simple in manufacture, when it achieved the specified technical result. Thus, the claimed invention meets the criterion of “industrial applicability”.

For the treatment of Aronson containing 11,6%spirit-oil solution of chlorophos, characterized in that it additionally contains sea buckthorn oil in a ratio of components, ml 100 ml product:

11,6%Spirit-oil solution of chlorophos 4,3-25,8
