FIELD: anatomic embalming facilities.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the field of morphology, and is intended for the manufacture of polymer-containing anatomical preparations.

Traditionally known methods of preparation of anatomical preparations to polymeric embalming are dehydrating them in cold acetone and then degreased in the same solution at room temperature (G. von Hagens, K.Tiedemann, W.Kriz. The disadvantage of this method is the increase in the duration of the process of degreasing, because acetone has no good degreasing properties at low temperatures. In addition, reuse of acetone in the above purposes by regeneration requires expensive equipment and considerable energy consumption.

The aim of the present invention is to accelerate the preparation of anatomical preparations to polymeric embalming by combining the processes of dehydration and degreasing in the same solution and the reduction of toxic effects on the body.

This goal is achieved by applying the drying and degreasing agents in the same solution, which does not have harmful properties and after regeneration may be re-used.

The solution was prepared as follows. To 70 kg of acetone added to 30 kg of hexane, mixed well and cooled to -5°C. the Prepared anatomical preparations are placed in a bowl of the right size and pour the prepared chilled solution. The solution flow rate is 10 kg anatomical preparations 25 kg of solution. Dehydration and degreasing preparations was performed at room temperature with a three-fold replacement solution after 3 days.
