FIELD: covering and packaging materials.

SUBSTANCE: covering synthetic material is three-layer polyethylene film. Two layers define hermetically sealed cylindrical cavities secured with each other along generatrix lines. Third flat layer is attached to cylinders along tangent generatrix lines. Return valve is built into each of said cylinders for filling, retaining and relieving of air. On maximal filling of cylinders with air, material obtains constructional properties helpful in constructing of flat and three-dimensional temporary sheds providing "hot-house" effect. Upon complete relieving of air from cylinders, material is wound into compact roll.

EFFECT: improved heat-insulating and physical properties of material without affecting solar radiation permeability.

The invention relates to the field covering and packing materials.

The level of technology.

Known from [1, 2] the materials constituting the fibrous woven or extruded strip thickness up to 5 mm (industrial samples No. 1 and No. 2 are presented in Appendix 4). They are not suitable for protection against moisture, dust and mechanical damage. They do not have a greenhouse effect, bad retain heat, require additional supporting frame to eliminate contact and mechanical effects on the covered surface. In this case, all operating characteristics are fixed.

Known from [3] materials-foam: expanded polystyrene, polyethylene (industrial samples No. 3 and No. 4 are presented in Appendix 4). They are almost opaque, which is unacceptable in the shelter of plants. In addition, they nakonachny and inconvenient for storage and all performance characteristics are fixed.

Known from [1, 2] material, which is a two - or three-layer polyethylene film, one layer of which has a mesh shape, and in conjunction with one or two other forms sheets with sealed cylindrical or hemispherical cavities with a diameter of 10 mm and thickness up to 5 mm (industrial sample No. 5 is given in Appendix 4). Disclosure of the invention.

Features covering material, which is a three-layer polyethylene film. Two layers formed in the form of elongated along the axis of symmetry sealed cylindrical cavities, welded together by forming lines. - the permeability of solar radiation and greenhouse effect;

- improvement of the mechanical and structural properties;

- change thermal insulation and mechanical properties by changing the degree of filling and pressurization of the cylinder.

Implementing tweenie of the invention.

Using the proposed material to solve the following practical tasks:

- Cover the soil with seedlings in the spring. When this material with a thickness of 100 mm, spread on the soil surface flat layer upwards, due to the improved thermal insulation and good greenhouse effect provides a positive temperature on the covered surface to 10 days at ambient temperature -5°C. Comb-shaped bottom surface eliminates the use of an additional frame to prevent contact with the surface and injured shoots.

- Receiving wall and opaque panels for building three-dimensional temporary shelters [3]. Complete filling and a slight pressurization of the cylinders attached to the sheets of material strength and elasticity sufficient to build a temporary shelter from cold temperatures, rain, dust and mechanical damage without additional supporting frames. The simplest shelter has a square base, four vertical walls and sloping ceiling with the outer flat layer. Panels are fastened along the edges of the shelter. Height can reach two meters at a wind speed of 20 m/S. the Length and the width of the overlap can reach three meters when the slope along the cylinder is not less than 10 degrees (see figure 2).
