SUBSTANCE: device comprises rod and hollow bush connected thereto and enclosing ends of longitudinal composite reamer sections. Radial cut is formed in hollow bush. Rod is composed of sections having equal lengths. Each section comprises outer conical thread created from one section end and inner thread corresponding to outer one formed from opposite section end. Each section has annular groove with length equal to hollow bush thickness. Hollow bush cut encloses outer annular groove. Each section of composite reamer is installed on rod section and supported in two points spaced along section length. Each support point is formed as two mating hexahedrons.

The invention relates to mining and construction, in particular to equipment for trenchless laying of pipes under roads and other engineering structures.

Known gruntoobrabatyvajushchaja device made in the form of stepped surfaces, each stage represents a truncated cone, of which the latter is connected with the pipe. Cone sequentially formed in the ground well, which fits the pipe (see USSR author's certificate No. 899790, E 02 F 5/18, 1980).

The disadvantages of this device are difficulties attaching cones bolts in the narrow space of the pipe and unreliability of the bolt in the borehole without preventive examinations, which complicates the design and makes it unreliable.

A device for formation of wells containing a spindle fixed to the end of the spindle tip and an eccentric mounted on the spindle for rotation of the conical rollers, the diameter of which decreases towards the top of the conical tip (see the patent of Russia № 1833451, E 02 F 5/18, 1991).

This device allows a good seal with the soil in the hole and improves the performance of the borehole. However, significantly complicates the design because of the need to transfer torque to the rollers, and a large number of bradauskas the parts reduces the reliability of the device.

You know, finally adopted for the prototype, a device for expanding holes in the ground, containing the rod and its associated hollow sleeve covering the shank longitudinal sections of a composite two-stage expander streamlined shape (see patent of Russia № 2109910, E 21 7/28, 1996). The prototype disadvantages are the need of mounting the extender on the rod by means of a thread, and their extraction from the well to perform rope, which complicates the design and makes it inconvenient in operation and reliability.

The technical result of the present invention is to create a device for the expansion of wells in the ground, which has a simple and reliable design.

The essence of the invention as a technical solution is expressed in all of the following essential attributes.

Device for expanding holes in the ground includes a rod and an associated hollow sleeve covering the shanks of the longitudinal sections of the composite extender streamlined shape.

In the hollow sleeve a radial slot, a rod composed of compartments of equal length, and each compartment has one end of the outer tapered thread, and on the opposite side in response to her inner thread. In addition, each compartment is made of the outer annular groove, its length equal to the thickness of the sleeve, the groove which Oh is ativam outer annular groove.

Each longitudinal section of the composite expander installed on the compartment rod supported in two places along its length, and each support place is a two reciprocal to each other hexagon.

Figure 1 shows the diagram of a device with two levels of extenders. Figure 2 shows two-piece expander in a longitudinal section along the length of the rod. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of the extender a-a (see figure 2), figure 4 shows the cross section 1-1 of figure 2.

Device for expanding holes in the ground includes a rod 1 and its associated hollow sleeve 2, covering the shank longitudinal sections 3 composite expander 4. The device operates as follows.

The widening of the borehole is oceanaut usually after perforation of the pilot hole. In this case, the tip of the rod 1 is in the pit, and in another pit are the cylinder, remote control and other necessary equipment (not shown). On the rod 1 perform the installation of the composite expander 4.
