SUBSTANCE: drilling rig comprises guiding grill mounting, spinner movably installed on drill mounting and extending in longitudinal direction thereof, spinner feeding device and release mechanism for uncoupling kinematical connection between rope and feeding device. Feeding device includes lead drum on which rope is wound. Lead drum end is connected with drill mounting body. Lead drum is made as a friction pulley. Release mechanism is operated rope tightening means and is installed on the drill mounting.

The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the structures of devices designed for drilling when drilling and fastening mining.

A device made in the form of rotator with the feed drive, including leading a drum on which is wound a rope, the end of which is fixed, for example, any element mounting production or special anchor installed in pre-drilled hole [1].

A disadvantage of the known device is a very high volume of work involved in drilling holes when the height of the roof.

The closest technical solution is a drilling machine that contains the guide column mounted on it is movable in the longitudinal direction of the rotator with the feed drive, including leading a drum on which is wound a rope, the end of which is connected to the housing of the column, and the tripping mechanism kinematic connection of the rope with the feed drive [2],

Means of drilling completed on the principle that technical solutions are of small weight and dimensions. In addition, the mechanism of release submission to these tools, drilling provides high speed return stroke rotator down under the action of its weight.

Along with the above-noted advantages for these drilling tools are markedly with the significant deficiencies, the essence of which consists in the following.

1. Due to the fact that the handle control mechanism for tripping the feeder is located on the rotator (mining drill ABD-2M), then return the last after drilling down, you must get a hand to the handle, which is not always easy due to the large height of the output.

2. In the drilling process when the rope winding on the drum "in bulk" arbitrarily changing the radius of the winding, and then randomly changes the feed rate, which leads to violations of drilling and breakage of the drilling tool.

The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of drilling holes in the roof framing.

This objective is achieved in that the leading drum is made in the form of a friction disk, and a tripping mechanism made in the form of managed tensioner rope and installed on the column.

Unlike well-known in the recommended design of the drilling machine control handle mechanism attachment is always at the bottom of the column and does not move up with the rotator, it provides the convenience of working at any height output. Rewinding of the rope through the pulley friction occurs at a constant diameter, which provides a uniform feed rate, and therefore, the normal drilling mode.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a schematic diagram of drilling the tank.

The drilling rig includes made of pipe column 1 mounted on it by means of the carriage 2, the rotator 3, the spindle of which is mounted the drill rod 4, supported by a steady rest 5. The carriage 2 is a cylinder having a through groove "a", which provides for the free movement of the carriage through the brackets 11 and 12. On the bracket 12 pivotally mounted lever 6. The latter is connected to a rod 7 by a bracket 11 that moves inside the groove "B", is made in the case of column 1, the Upper end of the rod 7 rests against a stationary installed inside the column 1 spring 10, and the bottom is equipped with a special bracket 13 that moves inside the slot "C", made in the lower part of the column 1. The rope 9 and its upper end fixed to the column 1, covers the turns leading the friction disk 8 mounted on the drive shaft of the rotator 3 and the lower end fixed to the bracket 13. The rope under the action of the spring 10 is taut, ensuring tight contact with its coils with a friction disk 8. The tension force of the rope 9 is regulated by the handle 6.

The operating procedure and principle of operation are as follows. The machine is oriented on the axis of the alleged hole in the roof framing. Arm 6 should be at this point is pressed down and be in the position indicated on the drawing by the dotted line. While the rod 7 with the bracket 13 are in the top position, the spring 10 is compressed, and the rope 9 is correspondingly weakened. The inclusion of the rotator 3 are rotated, the spindle of the drill rod 4 and the pulley 8.

Due to the fact that the rope 9 is weakened, the rotation of the pulley 8 is empty, without rewinding of the rope. The rotator is in place and drilling does not occur. To enable filing the operator releases the handle 6, whereupon the spring 10, is recovering, shifts the rod 7 with the bracket 13 down, and the rope 9 is stretched tightly covering his coils of the friction disk 8. The pulley 8 starts to rewind the rope through itself, than delivery of the rotator with the drill rod is in the process of drilling. After drilling the hole, when the rotator reaches the extreme upper position, the operator presses the handle 6 down (arrow), which rotate around the axis "0", moves the bracket 11 and connected with it the rod 7 upwards, compressing the spring 10. Mounted on the rod 7, the bracket 13 is also moved upward, loosening the tension of the rope 9. This reduces the contact friction turns of the rope with the drive pulley 8, and the rotator 3 with the drill rod 4 under the action of its own weight instantly goes down. Cycle drilling of the borehole is completed.

Comparison of the recommended drilling rig with a base object, namely the one used in the present machine for the erection anchor lining UVAC-2, showing the characteristic, the application of the recommended design provides higher performance drilling and the ability to establish effective attachments for roadheaders.
