Known activated mineral powder does not provide when it is used in asphalt concrete mixtures required strength of asphalt concrete under compression at 50°and water resistance.

The closest analogue is activated mineral powder obtained in the processing of mineral material from carbonate rocks activating mixture, taken in an amount of 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of the mineral material. Problem to be solved in this invention is the production of activated mineral powder that provides when using the improvement of complex physico-mechanical characteristics of asphalt concrete, in particular, to reduce the water saturation, increase long-term water resistance of asphalt concrete, increasing the tensile strength of asphalt concrete under compression at 50°With, reduced brittleness, increased fracture toughness at 0°With the expansion of the range of surfactants used.

The formulated problem is solved due to the fact that in the activated mineral powder for asphalt mixture comprising mineral material from carbonate rocks and a mixture of petroleum bitumen and surfactant - surfactant as the surfactant used a mixture of products of the pulp and paper industry - crude tall oil, distilled tall oil and tall oil pitch in their mass ratio 1:(0,4-0,66):(0,6-1,66), and shale oil or settling pyrolysis of wood resin in the amount of 0-50 wt.% from the above-mentioned mixture of the products of the pulp and paper industry, the content of mineral material is 97-99,5 wt.%, a mixture of petroleum bitumen and surfactant is 0.5 to 3 wt.%, when the mass is m the ratio of bitumen and surfactant is from 1:0.5 to 1:3.

We offer activated mineral powder differs from the most similar analogue /2/ qualitative and quantitative composition of the used surfactant, the ratio of the amount of the activating mixture and the mineral material and the ratio of the quantities of bitumen and surfactants in the composition of the activating mixture.

Upon receipt of the proposed activated mineral powder use:

distillirovannoi tall oil (DTM) (TU 13-00281074-26-95) - oily liquid brown, clear at 80°With; the composition of the distilled tall oil consists of fatty and resin acids and unsaponifiables, acid number 170-195 mg KOH per 1 g of the product; the composition can be characterized by the following main content, wt.%: abietic acid 15-30, levopimaric acid 5-20, palmitic-20-3 5, oleic 10-20, linoleic 10-15, neutral substances 5-10;

tall oil pitch (TA) (TC 13-400177-184-84) - viscous-fluid substance of a dark brown colour, is a non-volatile part of tall oil separated in the rectification process at a temperature of 220-250°C; softening temperature 15-30°C, acid number 20-55 KOH per 1 g; it is compatible with petroleum bitumen;

as surfactants also use:

shale oil is a mixture of resins thermal processing of oil shale, with a density of 980-1040 kg/m3at 20°C;

settling the wood tar is a viscous oily liquid from dark-brown to black color, raft the awn 1000-1200 kg/m 3; is a complex mixture of phenols (10-25%), resin fatty acids (20-40%) and neutral substances (30-45%); obtained by sedimentation of aqueous distillate thermal processing of wood of coniferous and deciduous.

For the manufacture of activated mineral powder carbonate breed specific fractional composition (0-5, 0-10, 0-20, 5-10, 10-20 mm) supplied from the hopper drive in a clothes dryer, dried to a moisture content of not more than 0.5%, is heated to a temperature of 120-140°and served in the mixing plant. Activated mineral powder prepared according to example 1, but the activating mixture consisting of 0.5 kg petroleum bitumen, 0.25 kg of products pulp & paper and 0.25 kg (50% of the products PPI) of shale oil.

Activated mineral powder prepared according to example 1, but the activating mixture consisting of 0.5 kg petroleum bitumen, 0.25 kg of products pulp & paper and 0.25 kg (50% of the products PPI) settling pyrolytic wood tar.

The obtained activated mineral powders meet the technical requirements of GOST 16557-71 presented to the activated powders of carbonate rocks.

Prepared activated mineral powders used in the manufacture of standard samples of asphalt concrete type “G” according to GOST 12801-98.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the stabilizing additive based on the cheaper components and capable to sorb the binding in the macadam-mastic asphalt concretes at the technological temperatures during storage and transportation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to the method of production of the stabilizing additive for the macadam-mastic asphalt-concrete mixture. The technical result: the invention ensures the optimum temperatures and the time of laying, increased efficiency of the macadam-mastic asphalt-concrete mixture laying and compaction due to improvement of the quality of the stabilizing additive. The method of production of the stabilizing additive used for the macadam-mastic asphalt-concrete mixture production provides for usage of the substance with the fibrous structure and its granulation. At that in the capacity of the substance with the fibrous structure use the fibrous hydrosilicate of magnesium; before the granulation it is mixed with water, and after the granulation the granules are structurized on the vibrating inclined tray at the vibration amplitude of 24-26 mm high and at the vibration frequency of 230-250 per a minute with the subsequent drying.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the macadam-mastic asphalt-concrete mixture optimum temperatures and the time of laying, increased efficiency of the mixture laying and compaction due to improvement of the quality of the stabilizing additive.
