SUBSTANCE: filtering material is made of piping knitted fabric produced by slicking . The invention relates to the purification of liquids and gases from solid particles and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, automotive, and other industries that use filters in the main and auxiliary production, ecological processes of wastewater treatment and flue gas, while oil spills from tankers, pipelines and tank farms, as well as to collect oil from the surface of the water.

Known filter material made of synthetic fibers in the form of a tubular knitted fabric single weave surface, in which the synthetic fibres used highly elastic polyurethane filament spandex when the tension in the loops of 1.5-4 N/mm (Patent of Russia № 1438825, 01 D 39/08, BI No. 43, 1988).

However, such filter materials are of low quality surface cleaning water from oil products, as well as the low degree of purification during the filtration of liquids and gases.

Known means for cleaning the surface of the water from oil and oil products in the form of a plate based on the composition of crumb rubber and powdered polyethylene composition further comprises shredded fibrous cellulosic material in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: crumb rubber 100, polyethylene 15-25, shredded fibrous cellulosic material-30. (Patent of Russia № 2148025, 02 F 1/25, B N 12, 2000).

The disadvantage of such tools is the difficulty of manufacturing, lack of absorption, a great complexity in the collection of the sorbent with the surface of the water, low buoyancy in the collection of the sorbent, as well as the low degree of purification during the filtration of liquids and gases.

Known filter material for purification of gases and liquids in the form of a tubular knitted fabric of the extensible and inextensible threads weave eraser 1+1, which is provided with a looped series weave surface of raznousadochnyh bicomponent fibers with a melting point of not lower than 150°performed alternating loops of the eraser, and it contains at least 20 ranks surface. (Patent of Russia № 2062635, 01 D 39/08, BI No. 18, 1996).

However, such filter materials have low buoyancy on the surface of the water in the collection of the sorbent, as well as ineffective during the filtration of a liquid or gas.

The drawback of such filter materials is their low buoyancy on the surface of the water in the collection of the sorbent, as well as the insufficient degree of purification during the filtration of a liquid or gas.

The objective of the invention is to provide a filtering material with a high filter capacity when cleaning liquids or gases, buoyant, providing a high quality surface cleaning water from oil products.

Using the proposed filter material receive the following technical result: increased quality of filtration in the process of purification of liquids and gases, as well as increasing the buoyancy on the surface of the water purification from oil products.

The technical result is achieved in that the filter material consisting of synthetic fibers in the form of a tubular knitted fabric, made plated weave in which dirt thread made of synthetic filaments, and Platonovna from rubber thread forming on the front side of the pile surface, the length of the rubber strands in the loop 1.2-1.8 times greater than the length of a synthetic fiber in the loop, and inside the tubular knitted fabric is placed cellulosic fibrous m is a material predetermined, rubber fibers or crumb rubber and polyurethane foam crumb in a volume ratio of 1:(2-4):(1.5 to 3), respectively.

The use of crumb rubber or rubber fibers inside the tubular knitted fabric increases the quality of surface cleaning water from oil and the filtration of liquids and gases.

The use of polyurethane foam chips inside the tubular knitted fabric allows you to increase the buoyancy of the filter material on the surface of the water at the maximum swelling of the rubber crumb.

The reduction in the content of cellulosic fibrous material in relation to the rubber fibers or rubber crumb and polyurethane foam crumb reduces the volume of the filter mater is Ala, which leads to the formation of lumps of crumb rubber, which reduce the degree of purification.

Example 1
