The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and can be used for the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases in cows and sows.

Known drug anti-inflammatory action for the prevention and treatment of obstetric complications in cows and other farm animals on the basis of the tissues of the placenta. The disadvantages of drugs is that they have not used a dedicated lipophilic fraction of porcine placenta. Besides the disadvantage of the first drug is the use of expensive human placenta requiring screening for AIDS, hepatitis and other diseases.

The closest analogue is pre the Arat - emulsified denatured placenta, which is made from human placenta. The drug is a sterile emulsion of white or white with a yellowish tint, a specific smell /Irakleiou, Nagaremono): Selhozizdat, 2000, - s/.

Its disadvantages is the use of raw materials - human placenta, resulting in low satisfaction veterinary medicine, as well as species incompatibility protein and polysaccharide components of the drug. The disadvantages of drugs PDE are low efficiency actions, the cause of which is the use of obsolete technologies of its receipt. The basis of the methods of receipt of the drug on the process:

- denaturing tissue of the placenta oxidizers

- hydrogen peroxide

These processes are aimed at the destruction of valuable biologically active substances contained in the placental tissue.

The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency, the expansion of raw materials to obtain high biogenic stimulators in veterinary practice and the exclusion of specific incompatibilities.

This goal is achieved by the use of the drug consisting of lipophilic fraction of the placenta pork and vegetable oils in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The drug is manufactured as follows.

Porcine placenta is washed with running water, fragmenting and subjected to quick freezing of vapor of liquid nitrogen to a temperature of -80° - -120°With a speed of 30 degrees per minute.

The decrease in the preparation of lipophilic fractions of porcine placenta reduces the effect of the application, and the increase does not increase therapeutic and preventive effect.

The formula contains a complex of biologically active substances: amino acids, peptides, hexuronic acids, polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals. The drug has immunostimulating action, normalizes the cellular and gumor inogo immunity, anti-inflammatory, stimulates enzyme system and normalizes the microbial composition of the digestive tract, has adaptogenic and stress-protective effect, increases the nonspecific resistance of the organism.

The preparation is applied as follows.

As a result of the trials received a high therapeutic effect, which is not inferior to the drug-similar, and in some cases surpasses it. Experiments to study the effectiveness of the drug for prevention of postpartum diseases in cows from 20 March to 30 July 2003 held in JSC AK “Sloboda” Chuguev rayon, Kharkiv oblast on three groups of animals, formed on the principle of paired counterparts. Animals were housed under identical conditions and feeding. The diet is balanced on the basic nutritional components, the animals enjoyed the active physical exercise. Cows first group (175 heads) used the claimed drug intramuscularly immediately after birth (separation of placenta, abortion or assist with complications and pathological childbirth) in a dose of 0.001 ml/kg of body weight twice with an interval of 48 hours. Before the introduction of the drug pre-warmed up to a temperature of 36-37°C. Animals of the second group (156 goals) was applied subcutaneously PDE in a dose of 20 ml twice with an interval of 48 hours. Cows of the third group (138 goals) drugs were not used (control).

The results of the experiment are shown in table 2. As can be seen from table 2, the best preventive effect achieved with the use of the proposed drug. The data suggests that the proposed drug is an effective preventive tool for postpartum obstetric diseases and prevents diseases of cows postpartum endometritis.

The second experiment to study the effectiveness of the proposed drug for the prevention and treatment of postpartum diseases in cows was conducted from 10 may to 30 July 2003. Industrial tests of effectiveness for prevention of generic and postpartum diseases in cows held at 864 cows, divided into experimental (head 404) and control (460 heads). Experimental cows prophylactically immediately after birth intramuscularly twice with an interval of 48 hours was used claimed the drug in a dose of 0.001 ml/ kg of body weight.
