Method for removing paraffin precipitations in tubing pipes of oil wells

FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes washing tubing pipes using solvent - condensed light hydrocarbons, produced using centrifugal forces of hydraulic cyclone, with insertion of it through behind-pipe space into said tubing columns and circulation with down-pump operating in towards-self mode. Said solvent contains admixture in form of special surfactant, washing is performed at temperature close to temperature of melting of paraffin with loss of said solvent 5-10 m3 in one well.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.

The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to remove paraffin deposits, mainly in the tubing.

There are various ways to prevent the formation and removal of oil deposits (see Lusin SF, Rogulin, VA Feasibility study for the application of ways of dealing with deposits of paraffin (Proceedings of Bashneft. - 1982. - VIP. - S-133) using mechanical thermal, chemical, and their various combinations.

The disadvantage is the low efficiency of application of the known methods.

The known method (see Babalian GA, Akhmadeev - study of the process of coalescence of droplets in emulsions by the method of high-speed filming. DAN USSR, 1968, CH, No. 1. - P.123-125), consisting in the use of solvents, paraffin, carbon disulphide and carbon tetrachloride.

The disadvantage of using the above-mentioned solvents is limited by their high fire resistance and toxicity, and chlorinated hydrocarbons adversely affect the process of refining: “poison” the catalyst, degrade the quality of the oil.

The closest analogue is the method of removing paraffin deposits in tubing oil deep pumping wells, which consists in washing them using the dissolve is Italia, which is used as the condensed light hydrocarbons, obtained by using the centrifugal force of the cyclone, putting them through the annulus into the tubing of the well (see USSR author's certificate No. 1832714, SC 7/02, 10.06.1996).

The technical result of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method by the intensification of the process of removing paraffin deposits due to partial dissolution.

In the method of removing paraffin deposits in tubing tubing of oil wells, which consists in washing their solvent - condensed light hydrocarbons, obtained by using the centrifugal force of the cyclone, with input it through the annulus in the specified tubing and circulation while working on” deep pump in the specified solvent injected surfactant - deproxin-M, washing is carried out at a temperature close to the melting point of paraffin, at the rate specified solvent 5-10 m3per well.

It is known that asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits are formed in the main on the walls of the tubing and when the movement of oil to the treatment plants is the process of their deposits, therefore, we carried out the experiments, which aim at monitoring hillshade TSA is with the metal surface and dissolving them under stirring. The experiments were conducted with two samples:

1) washing with a metal blade;

2) dissolution of balls, made of paraffin various fields.

One sample was prepared. Well washed and fat metal plate covered with a layer of paraffin, pre-melted in the Cup. Then the plate was kept for 4 hours and weighed up to 4 digits. Another sample - ball from ASPO weight of about 3 g, seated in the copper ring.

The samples were placed in a measuring glass thermostatic glass light hydrocarbon or with a composition consisting of light hydrocarbons and surfactants of various types. After a certain period of time qualitatively (visually) and quantitatively (weighted samples) was determined by the degree of removal of deposits. From these data, evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning deposits from a plate or dissolution and destruction balls of ARPD. The basis for laboratory studies on the dissolution and destruction of ASPO condensed light hydrocarbons obtained by using the centrifugal force of the cyclone, was the fact that hydrocarbon solvent, good wetting deposits of paraffin, was partially dissolved. To reduce the surface tension of the solution and the dispersion of paraffin crystals in with the Tav light hydrocarbons is injected surfactant, for example, deproxin - M.

It is well known that the decisive link in the crystal formation is the emergence of centers of crystallization. Therefore, inhibition of this process using deprecatory modifying and dispersing paraffin crystals, inhibiting the crystallization of paraffin. To prevent the formation of paraffin sediments on the crystallization centers and improve the process of cleaning them was studied the influence of additives of depressor ENA 4242 (USA).

For laboratory studies dissolve paraffin deposits in the lungs hydrocarbons used are not pure paraffin, and paraffin selected fields in different regions of the country. For example, in ASPO Samotlor and made deposits contain a relatively large amount of paraffin waxes with high melting temperature. And high-melting waxes trudnorastvorimy in light hydrocarbons, and therefore the need for raising the temperature of these solvents.

Dissolving paraffins is also being hampered by a high content in the sediments of asphaltenes, as required for their initial washing.

Light hydrocarbons, selected by using the centrifugal force of the cyclone on UCPN-2, have the following mass hydrocarbon composition, %: C1- 0; C2- 0,95;3- 10,15; iC4- 4,73; nC4- 19,8; iC5- 15,22, nC5- 10,38; nC6+3 - 38,07.

Studies have shown that the deposits made by the Deposit laundered and more soluble than ASPO Samotlor oil field. The increase of treatment temperature to 323K affect the solubility of paraffins slightly, so the processing temperatures should be close to the melting point of paraffin.

Further tests were conducted in the natural environment.

In NGDU "Oktyabrskneft" were industrial tests were conducted for washing the wells to remove paraffin.

The experiments were conducted on wells, the period of formation of paraffin sediments which after heat treatment ranged from 10 to 30 days.

In tubing deep-pumping borehole through the annulus is pumped light hydrocarbons obtained by using a hydrocyclone installation. Circulation was conducted on each well for 2 days while working on" deep pump.

Consumption of light hydrocarbons was 5 - 10 m3per well. Processed 30 wells. The duration of the effect after one treatment wells ranged from 30 days to 200 days.

The use of the proposed method will allow highly efficient to apply light hydrocarbons for paraffin control in the collection system and production of oil and, on the other hand, will destroy booking the shell of the droplets of the emulsion, and thus to intensify the process of oil treatment.

Method of removing paraffin deposits in tubing tubing of oil wells, which consists in washing their solvent - condensed light hydrocarbons, obtained by using the centrifugal force of the cyclone, with input it through the annulus in the specified tubing and circulation while working on” deep pump, characterized in that the specified solvent injected surfactant - deproxin-M, washing is carried out at a temperature close to the melting temperature of the wax at the rate specified solvent 5-10 m3per well.
