FIELD: means for organic and chemical fertilizers obtaining, particularly to extract sapropel silt from lake and lagoon bottom and for water ponds cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises water-craft with executive tool and with extraction tool of suction type, transportation mechanism and optional equipment. Executive tool comprises turbofan, bell-shaped case with serrated lower edge and at least two pipelines mounted in the case and used for feeding compressed air and driving extraction tool. Optional equipment includes hoisting means and seriously connected accumulator vessel, bin, sump, evaporator, disperser, pelletizer, drying chamber, metering device and transportation mechanism.

EFFECT: reduced sapropel mass losses, reduced time of sapropel preparation to use.

The invention relates to the production of organic and mineral fertilizers, and more particularly to a device for the extraction of sapropel predominantly silt from the bottom of lakes and lagoons.

The known device for the purification of water and extraction of sapropel muds, representing the technical means of dredging, including dredgers equipped with lifting mechanisms sapropel mass, which are used in various combination of screw compressors, equipped with the boot devices, conical scraper, the scraper installations, installations in the form of jelonki, centrifugal groundwater pumps, rippers (hydrometrie, machining, milling, vibration), slurry pipeline, gidrootvalov - sumps installed both on shore and on boats, including pontoon [1-11].

The principle of operation of the known devices consists in the extraction of sapropel deposits, hydrotestosterone pulp by slurry pipeline to the gidrootvalov - sumps for dewatering with the constant pumping of water with further transportation to the place of drying.

The disadvantages of the known devices are of high energy and intensity of the work in combination with disabilities, due to technological and environmental factors, such as the cyclical process of production (the benefit is retnia climatic conditions) and exclude the rehabilitation field (violation of hydro-ecological balance), respectively.

Known analogues closest in essence to the claimed technical solution is the device described in [7], including the pontoon with movement mechanisms mounted on the bottom of the pontoon working body with elements of loosening and capture sapropel, in which the intake worker body in the form of two tori, covered in endless ribbons, while the lower belt scrapers installed, and on the top of the ribbon drive rollers mounted on the pontoon bottom and to pick up a tool from the impending scraper adjacent the discharge working body of the suction type, forming a production machine line, the principle of which is loosening and capture sapropel mass from the bottom of the reservoir through the working body, transporting captured sapropel mass to discharge the working body of the suction type, the absorption decay of the mass of the working body of the suction type with further transportation to the shore on a special area for dewatering and drying. The willingness of sapropel to use (humidity 50-60%) depending on weather conditions achieved after 2-3 months after delivery to the site. To improve product quality top layer of crushed mainly milling drums or disk lumiliximab.

Development of the sapropel what's deposits by means of the known device is associated with the inevitable losses during transportation, and the use of elements loosening leads to the fact that the field for many years is not subject to rehabilitation.

The purpose of this proposal is to reduce losses sapropel mass during production due to the increasing level of automation of the production process with preservation of environmental balance and reduce the readiness period of sapropel.

This object is achieved in that the device for extraction of sapropel, including floating working body adjacent the outlet body of the suction type, the transport and ancillary equipment, in which the working body consists of a turbofan, the bell-shaped housing with sawtooth edging at the bottom, mounted it at least two pipelines for compressed air and the outlet of the suction body type and accessories includes sequentially United accumulation tank, hopper, tank, evaporator, dispersant, granulator, drying container and the dispensing device.

The combination of the new features of the prior art have been identified that allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solution the condition of patentability "inventive step".

7. The evaporator 10 includes a housing 45 with loading 46 and outlet 47 craters. On the bottom wall 48 of the housing 45 has a duct 49, and the top wall 50 of the ventilation channels 51 to exhaust air-dust mixtures. Through the duct 49 is served warm air.

11. The dosing device 14 consists of a housing 69 with feeding hopper 70 and outlet 71. The transport mechanism 15 is a conveyor and is designed to provide containers for loading and transporting it to a storage hold.

Hoisting-and-conveying mechanism 16 is a gantry crane and designed for lowering and lifting the outboard body and loading the finished product.

The device operates as follows. The craft disaterous on the waters of the reservoir at the bottom of which are sapropelic deposits. By means of the hoisting mechanism 16 is lowered working body at the bottom of the reservoir. After working body will take its original position, i.e. bury in the ground with sapropel formation, by means of compressed air from the turbo fan 2 through the piping 5 start under case 3 pan sapropel mass, through which outlet the body 6 of the suction-type will begin to enter the holding tank 7, and then through the hopper 8 into the sump 9. In the hopper 8 is mixing sapropel mass.

In the sump 9 is sucks sapropel mass. After a settling tank 9 through the discharge funnel 42 sapropel mass is fed to the evaporator 10, where under the action of warm air is wysu is Ivana.

The dispenser 11 is grinding sapropel mass, and in pellet 12 is converted sapropel mass into granules and sorting granules.

After granulator 12 sapropel mass in the form of granules is fed into the drying tank 13 where it is dried to a state with a moisture content of 12-15%. The dosing device is designed for packaging of the finished product in the container.

Packaged in containers sapropel is sent to the storage hold.

Device 7-15 installed in the bilge areas of the watercraft 1 and form a serial production line and provide a continuous process, and in conjunction with the devices 1-6 represent a fully automated production process and convey it to the suitability of the use of the finished product.

The absence in the working body of the cutting sites, and the device in General mechanisms of open type reduces the possibility of violations of environmental and natural balance. The use of this device eliminates the cyclical production sapropelic muds and accelerates the process of obtaining sapropel, suitable for use with a moisture content of 12-15%, which is well-known devices is provided.

The proposed device consists of elements and units of production, which allows to make a conclusion on compliance with savse the CSOs technical solutions to the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".

The inventive device can also be used when conducting pubically operations in the shallow waters of the lagoon.
