Pulp for manufacturing packaging material

FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry.

SUBSTANCE: pulp for manufacturing mainly packaging cardboard contains sulfite cellulose, wood-pulp, and secondary fiber. Sulfite cellulose is, more particularly, bisulfite cellulose having rigidity 40-50 Kappa units, tear resistance 390-450 mN, and punching resistance 580-620 mN. Such bisulfite cellulose is obtained by pulping softwood at pH of cooking liquor 2.4-2.9, SO2 concentration 5.0-5.5%, and temperature 155-157°C. Wood-pulp is the one subjected to chemical, thermal, and mechanical treatment and characterized by whiteness 60-65%. Secondary fiber is ground paper waste with specified degree of grinding, optionally in the form of blend of differently ground marks.

EFFECT: improved strength characteristics and reduced manufacturing expenses.

The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular the production of packaging material, mainly to the production of containerboard.

Known fibrous material for the manufacture of corrugated paper containing hardwood pulp with the release of 69-72% and coniferous bisulfite pulp with the release of 60-62% (see EN 2057227, C1, D 21 H 11/06, 27.03.1996).

Corrugated paper of known fibrous mass has a sufficiently high resistance to in-plane compression.

However, the known fibrous mass does not provide sufficient strength characteristics of containerboard.

Known composition for the manufacture of cardboard, including sulphate pulp, paper and shredded synthetic knitted waste of polyacrylonitrile, caprolactone, capaacity or caprolactone and polyester fibers (see SU 1687690 A1, D 21 H 27/10, 30.10.1991).

Known composition can be used in the manufacture of corrugated containerboard and box cardboard.

However, the known composition does not allow containerboard with the required level of resistance to bursting.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention to the technical essence is a fibrous material for the manufacture of the packaging material containing sulfite pulp, wood pulp and the WTO the ranks fiber in the following ratio of components (wt.%):

sulfite cellulose

speed cooking 25,0-55,0

wood pulp 20,0-30,0

waste from 15.0-20.0

scop 0,5-3,0

(see SU 1564241 A1, D 21 H 11/06, 15.05.1990).

At the same time as sulfite pulp using cellulose speed cooking with increased output (60-76%).

The use of high-strength cellulose speed of cooking gives you the opportunity to use in the composition cheaper fibrous components.

However, containerboard known fibrous mass is not a high strength characteristics.

New technical result from the use of the described invention is to improve the strength properties of containerboard while reducing its cost and increased content in the composition of waste paper due to use as sulfite pulp strength bisulfite high-yield pulp, and as a wood pulp - chemical-thermomechanical pulp with higher strength.

This new technical result is achieved in that the fibrous material for the manufacture of the packaging material containing sulfite pulp, wood pulp and recycled fiber, as sulfite pulp contains bisulfite pulp hardness 40-50% Kappa, resistance to tearing, 390-450 mn and resistance prodavlivanie the 580-620 kPa, as wood pulp contains chemi-thermomechanical pulp with whiteness 60-65%, and as a secondary fiber paper contains brand MS-5B with the degree of grinding of 30 to 43°SHR, in the following ratio of components mass (wt.%):

bisulfite pulp 40-50

chemical thermo mechanical pulp 10-20

the paper marks the MC-5B 30-50

Used bisulfite pulp, characterized by a hardness of 40-50% Kappa, resistance to tearing, 390-450 mn and resistance to bursting 580-620 kPa has access to 56-58% and obtained by cooking wood of coniferous species at pH boiling solution of 2,4-2,9, the concentration of SO25,0-5,5% and the temperature 155-157°C.

And as a secondary fibers offer fibrous material for the manufacture of the packaging material may further comprise a paper brand MS-6B with a beating degree of the pulp 33-38°SHR in the following ratio of components recycled fiber (wt.%):

the paper marks the MC-5B 80-90

paper brand MS-6B 10-20

Used paper brand MS-5B and MS-6B manufactured and complies with GOST 10700-97.

The paper marks the MC-5B belongs to the group B and contains the waste of production and consumption of corrugated cardboard, paper and cardboard used in its production. In this paper grade 5-B may have a mass percentage of impurities is not more than 1.0%

MA is ultura brand MS-6B belongs to the group B and contains the waste of production and consumption of cardboard of all types (except electrical insulation, roofing and footwear) with black-and-white and color printing. This paper marks MS-6B may have a mass percentage of impurities is not more than 1.0%.

Bisulfite pulp, proposed for use in the composition of containerboard, has a higher mechanical strength compared to conventional sulfite cellulose - 20% and sulfite cellulose from two-stage cooking, 15% and higher whiteness.

Chemical thermo mechanical pulp are also significantly more durable compared to conventional wood mass and has a high whiteness.

The use of high-strength bisulfite pulp and chemi-thermomechanical pulp gives the opportunity to use in the composition of containerboard increased amount of waste and thus reduce its cost, but also greatly improve the strength properties.

wood pulp 20

paper 15

the rest 15

and cast paperboard weighing 150 g/m2. The quality indicators listed in the table.
