SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth-wheel coupler gear mounted on its frame and coupled with semitrailer through pivot movable in longitudinal plane of semitrailer frame, main wheels connected to semitrailer frame by means of spring suspension, and spare wheels. At least pair of spare wheels is installed for rotation on pins rigidly secured on semitrailer frame, being movable arranged for transmission of traction force from prime mover to semitrailer between guides. Said guides are rigidly secured on frame of prime mover in its cross plane and they have wavy profile in horizontal plane.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of trailer-train owing to increased load capacity at existing overall dimensions of prime mover and semitrailer.

The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of semi-trucks.

Known truck road train consisting of the towing vehicle and semitrailer (Min. Hitch cars and trucks. The motor cycle", M-L., 1961, p.50, Fig). The trailer included in the trailer, the king pin interacting with the saddle fifth wheel of the tractor unit rigidly mounted on the supporting sheet of the ledge of the frame and on the last set leaf suspension with wheels. A significant drawback of such trains is their lack of capacity at existing their dimensions due to the fact that between the cab of the towing vehicle and the front-end part of the semi-trailer leave a space of 1.5 meters and more necessary for maneuvering combination with the relative movement of the links it with respect to each other. This drawback significantly affects who I am on the efficient use of trucks.

Also known combination, described in the patent England No. 1247014 class. B 7 J, 1971, in which the semi-trailer king pin is fixed movably in the guide. Such design of the trailer if it is aggregated with car-truck has the same disadvantages as described for the similar.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of truck-train by increasing its capacity at the existing dimensions of the tractor and semitrailer.

This objective is achieved in that at least a couple of spare wheels mounted for rotation on the fingers rigidly mounted on the frame of the trailer, and mobile posted with traction from the towing vehicle to the trailer between the rails rigidly mounted on the frame of the towing vehicle in its transverse plane and having a horizontal wavy profile.

Figure 1 shows a General view of truck-train side, figure 2 is a partial cross-section AA and figure 3 is also part of the combination in the cross-section BB.

Truck road train consists of the towing vehicle 1, on the frame 2 which is rigidly fixed to the saddle device 3 with lock 4 fixing pins 5, located movably in the frame 6 of the semi-trailer 7. On the frame 6 is rigidly fixed to the fingers 8, which with the possibility of rotation system-easy installation which I installed spare wheel 9, fixed by nuts 10. Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solutions in comparison with known obviously, because using it will increase the load of the semitrailer by eliminating the dead space between the cab of the towing vehicle and the front part of the trailer that takes place in serial constructions.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in trailers. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.
