Control drives are installed on hot and cold air and distributing gates.

The invention relates to the equipment for manufacture of building materials. It can find application in plants for the production of ceramic products.

The disadvantage of this device is that it does not provide the required quality of drying of ceramic products.

The closest in technical essence is a device containing a drying chamber, trolley feeder brick in the drying chamber, the duct hot air duct to supply cold air mixer of hot and cold air ducts supply air directly into the drying chamber, valve supply x the cold air, flap blowing hot air, distributed flap (asscr No. 1497015, IPC428 In 15/00, bull. The disadvantage of this device is that it does not provide the uniformity of drying bricks.

Object of the invention is the improvement of performance and quality of ceramic products by automating the process of drying.

Selected three-layer structure of concrete mass in products provides accelerated by 1.5 - 2 times period of product solidification in air due to thermostat-resonance temperature effect of self-heating of concrete mixture. Manufacturing line for making concrete and ferroconcrete products includes successively arranged and technologically matched equipment units for preparing composition type binder, concrete mixture and for vibration compaction of products.

EFFECT: improved strength, cold resistance and operational characteristics of concrete and ferroconcrete products.
