Composition for whitening hair cover of fur hides

FIELD: light and fur industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition used for whitening hair cover of fur hides. The composition comprises sodium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, potassium persulfate, the composition based on mineral and organic acid salts - "Antikolor 1" or "Antikolor-2" as an agent for stabilizing pH value, and a mixture of primary saturated alcohols - "Antikolor-3" as a protective additive. The composition provides reducing the negative effect of leather and hair cover of hide. The composition can be used in raw-dye manufacture in treatment of hides with pigmented hair cover, for example, hides of karakul group.

The present invention relates to light industry, in particular the fur sub-sectors, and can be used in Cyrano-dye production in the processing of skins, with pigmented hair, such as Karakul pelts group.

Known composition for whitening of the fur of Karakul pelts group containing, g/l: sodium chloride - 40,0; sodium pyrophosphate - 3; pH stabilizer (ammonia 25%) - 7,0; potassium persulfate - 15,0; catalase - 0,15-0,23 (× 10-2); hydrogen peroxide 30% - 20,0 - 30,0; protective additive (apnapan AS or vorapol W) - 3,0 (Report R & d to Develop and implement progressive processing technology Karakul raw materials”. M: VNIIMP, 1991, № state registration 01880063060 - prototype).

The main challenge we address the claimed composition is achieving the desired effect whitening of the fur skins while reducing negative impacts on the strength characteristics of the fur and leather.

This object is achieved in that in the composition for bleaching hair fur skins, including sodium chloride, hydrogen peroxide, potassium persulfate, a pH stabilizer and protective additive according to the invention as a stabilizer pH and protective additives it contains, respectively, a composition based on mineral salts is s and organic acids the drug Anticolor 1” or “Anticolor 2” and a mixture of primary fatty alcohols - preparation “Anticolor 3” in the following ratio of components, g/l: sodium chloride 30,0-40,0; potassium persulfate 5,0-10,0; composition based on mineral salts and organic acids“Anticolor 1” or “Anticolor 2” 10,0-15,0; a mixture of primary fatty alcohols “Anticolor Z 1,0-2,5; hydrogen peroxide 30%10,0-35,0 and water to liters.

Considering the whole set of essential features of the claimed composition for bleaching of pigmented hair fur skins meets the condition of “novelty.”

The pH stabilizer - based composition of mineral salts and organic acids are produced on the basis of the technical conditions under the trademark “Anticolor 1” and “Anticolor 2 (TU 2484-22/01-00302474-03. Amendment # 1. “Drugs “Anticolor 1” and “Anticolor 2”). Drugs Anticolor 1” and “Anticolor 2” is a composition based on mineral salts and organic acids, namely compositions based on ammonium salts of mineral acids of General formula HnPmO(m+n-1)where n=1.4; m=1,2 and organic acids of General formula NOSE(CH2COOH)nCOOH, where n=4-6 at a ratio 9-12÷1, in the preparation Anticolor 1” this ratio is 9-10÷1, and in the preparation Anticolor 2” - 11-12÷1. Protective additive on the basis of p is vichnyh fatty alcohols are produced under the trademark “Anticolor 3” (TU 2484-25/01-00302474-03. Amendment # 1. “Drug “Anticolor 3”). The drug Anticolor 3” is a composition based on the primary fatty alcohols, namely a mixture of primary fatty alcohols fraction C16-C18and their derivatives.

Comparative analysis of the proposed technical solutions to the prototype (table 1) allows us to highlight the distinctive features of the proposed structure, both qualitative and quantitative in nature, namely as a pH stabilizer and protective additives it contains, respectively, a composition based on mineral salts and organic acids - drug “Anticolor 1” or “Anticolor 2” and a mixture of primary fatty alcohols “Anticolor 3” in the following ratio of components, g/l: sodium chloride - 30,0-40,0; potassium persulfate - 5,0-10,0; composition based on mineral salts and organic acids “Anticolor 1” or “Anticolor 2” - 10,0-15,0; a mixture of primary fatty alcohols “Anticolor 3” - 1,0-2,5; hydrogen peroxide 30% - 10,0-35,0; water to liters.

The mentioned set of features in comparison with the prototype achieves the claimed technical result. The inventive composition parameters are optimal for the achievement of the technical result, which is confirmed by the data shown in table 2.

Prepare the bleach composition and the coat of fur skins, as follows:

The proposed composition for bleaching hair fur skins tested under production conditions. The test results are positive.

The proposed structure allows to achieve a desired effect whitening of hair, significantly reducing the negative impact, in comparison with the prototype, on the leather (load with cod obverse layer increases on average 2.6 times) and fur skins (abrasion hair less than 38%, the solubility of the hair-in-leach below average 43%).

Based on the above we can conclude: the proposed technical solution is new and meets the condition of “inventive step”, as known from the prior art revealed no effect of distinguishing essential features of the present invention to

the achievement of the claimed technical result. The use of the proposed structure provides the claimed technical result is that the army is there about accordance of the present invention the condition of “industrial applicability”.

SUBSTANCE: proposed washing machine consists of radical generating system 300 combining bubble and ozone generating units 302,304 and 308 and radical replacement units in housing 310. Bubble generating unit 302 includes air pump 312 and working compartment. Air contained in working compartment is compressed and expanded under action of diaphragm 312a of air pump 312 made from elastic material forming mixture of air and air bubbles which is admitted to gas mixing chamber 306. First check valve 311 excludes return flow of mixture from gas mixing chamber 306 to bubble generating unit 302. High voltage is formed in ozone generating unit 304 for forming ozone from mixture contained in chamber 306. Second check valve 313 located between gas mixing chamber 306 and radical replacement unit 308 lets mixture pass selectively preventing it from return flow. Radical replacement unit 308 contains catalyst 308a in form of main, auxiliary and carrier catalysts. Main catalyst is TiO2, MnO2 or CuO2, auxiliary is catalyst Pt or Pd and carrier catalyst is Al2O3, SiO2 or MgO. Under action of catalyst 308a, ozone is decomposed into active oxygen radicals of first raw which react with water forming active oxygen radical of second raw containing OH group.
