The composition comprises the following mass ratio of the parent components, %: film-forming mixture comprising oligomeric carboxyl-containing butadiene-nitrile rubber, 10.9-28.1 and epoxy-diane oligomer, 7.0-10.9 in the mass ratio of epoxy-diane oligomer and rubber from 19.9:80.1 to 50.0:50.0; hardening agent, 5.9-18.1; solvent, 41.0-51.1; filling agent, 1.4-1.6, and pigment, 13.6-16.4. Film-forming agent is heated preliminary at temperature 90-120°C to the conversion degree of carboxyl groups 8.8-25.2%. Mixture of γ- and β-aminopropyltriethoxysilanes is used as a hardening agent in the mass ratio = (67-75):(25-33), or 45-55% solutions of products of hydrolytic condensation of mixture of γ- and β-aminopropyltriethoxysilanes in cyclohexanone or toluene. Invention provides enhancing the strength of cover in direct/reverse impact, adhesion in moisture media, resistance to defoliation in storage and bending, to reduce swelling capacity in water.

The invention relates to polymer compositions, including corrosion-vodotoplivnoy coatings on nonferrous metals, concrete and ceramics, with the possibility of operation in wet and aggressive environments.

Known composition EP-0109, including suspension of pigments and fillers in solution Dianova epoxy resin ED-20, in combination with polyamide hardener No. 2 [Paint materials: specifications and quality control. - M.: Chemistry. - 1984. - P.72-74]. Also known pigmented composition EP-0136-based epoxy resin EA, liquid rubber SOPS-ZACK and aminophenols hardener AF-2 [Paint materials: specifications and quality control. - M.: Chemistry. - 1984. - P.74-75]. Coating on its basis is characterized by resistance to humid environments and enhanced mechanical performance, but not sufficiently high adhesive properties, as well as prone to delamination.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed composition of the invention is the composition of the [Patent RU 2047632, CL 09 D 5/08, 163/02 (09 D 163/02, 109:02). - 1995], includes film-forming (Dianova epoxy smo is), the hardener of amine type, modifying additive (NBR), plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate), filler (kaolin, chalk), pigment (iron blue, chromium oxide) and the solvent (toluene). Coatings on the basis of this composition have a high adhesion after aging in humid environments and satisfactory mechanical characteristics, but also prone to delamination during storage.

The objective of the invention is to increase the resistance to delamination when storing rubber-epoxy film-forming, as well as the improvement of the mechanical properties of the coating, in particular an increase in strength in direct, reverse punch, strength in bending and reduction of swelling in water.

This object is achieved by the development of compositions comprising film-forming with a high content of oligomeric rubber, filler, pigment, solvent and organosilicon amine hardener. The invention is illustrated by the following example.

Example 1.
