SUBSTANCE: proposed large-capacity trailer-train includes prime mover with pneumatic brake system and fifth wheel coupler engaging with pivot rigidly secured on frame and semitrailer also provided with pneumatic brake system connected with pneumatic brake system of prime mover. Frame of semitrailer in hinge-connected with rod of pneumatic cylinder arranged coaxially with longitudinal axis of its symmetry. Cylinder is hinge secured on pivot movably arranged in guides of semitrailer frame and spring-loaded relative to frame. Underpiston space of cylinder arranged from side of pivot is connected to pneumatic brake system of said semitrailer by means of pipeline.

EFFECT: improved safety in operation of large-capacity trailer-trains.

The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the iterative trains.

Known combination consisting of a truck tractor MAZ-V and semitrailer MAZ G shown and described on Fig and p.93 books MS Vysotsky and other "Automobile and tractor trailers". - M: motor cycle", 1962, the Coupling parts of this combination is performed by use of the fifth wheel device attached to the tractor in contact with the bolt rigidly mounted on the supporting sheet of the ledge of the frame of the trailer (see p.88-91, Fig and Fig the same workbook). The truck-tractor and semi-trailer equipped with United pnevmotormoznyh system. So, on the tractor (see the book "Handbook of automotive mechanics" L.L. Also known combination consisting of a fifth wheel of a truck tractor Volvo F 89-32 (6x2), designed to transport semi-trailers by weight of 30.5 tons (see "a Brief automotive Handbook 10th edition, revised and enlarged extra - M.: Transport, 1983, p.140-141). The design of such trains are generally similar to those described above and therefore their disadvantages.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the safety in the operation of heavy trucks due to the exclusion of folding during abrupt or emergency braking.

This objective is achieved in that the frame of the trailer pivotally connected with the rod of the pneumatic cylinder located coaxially to the longitudinal axis of its symmetry, and its cylinder is also pivotally mounted on the king pin, slidably accommodated in the guide frame of the semitrailer and a spring-loaded relative to the last, and podpornega the cylinder chamber located on the side of the king pin, connected to the via pipeline to pnevmotormoznyh system mentioned trailer.

Figure 1 shows a General view of a heavy-duty trailer (side view), figure 2 is a part longitudinal section along a - a-trailer trucks in place of coupling the fifth wheel of the tractor unit with the king pin of the trailer and the 3 - point folding units heavy combination (top view).

Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods.
