SUBSTANCE: robotic apparatus comprises system to provide self-defense thereof against fire hazard and means to prevent twisting of fire-extinguishant delivery hose connecting fire-extinguisher with nozzle over the full circular operating range when nozzle is aimed at fire site.

The invention relates to the field of fire, in particular for fire mobile technology.

There is a method of extinguishing fires (RF application for invention No. 95121487/12), lies in the visual guidance of the aircraft to the fire and the discharge of fire extinguishing fluid.

This method is primarily intended for use in open areas.

Known mobile robotic complex localization forest fires (RF patent for useful model №29857), comprising a platform with rotary-screw propulsion and manipulator.

A disadvantage of known construction robotic complex is the design complexity and the inability to use it on hard and smooth surfaces, in particular in the premises.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase the reliability of the robot.

The objective is achieved by the fact that the fire-fighting robot includes a movable platform with a fire extinguisher and a pointing device, made in the form of double-hinged node with mutually perpendicular and non-intersecting axes of motion, the axis of mobility associated with the platform hinge parallel to the reference plane of the robot, and the second fixed hinge socket of the fire extinguisher. In addition, the platform an additional fire extinguishers, aimed at key nodes and elements R the bot.

Distinguishing the essential features of the claimed invention in comparison with analogues is that the manipulator is made in the form of a double-hinged node with mutually perpendicular and non-intersecting axes of motion, the axis of mobility associated with the platform hinge parallel to the reference plane of the robot, and the second fixed hinge socket of the fire extinguisher, in addition, on the platform of an additional fire extinguishers, aimed at key nodes and elements of the robot.

Fire-fighting robot includes a platform 1 wheeled with two drive 2 and two caster 3 wheels, the arm 4, is made in the form of two drive hinges 5 and 6 with the brackets 7 and 8 and secured to the platform by brackets 7 and the bracket 8 is fixed to the socket 9 of the fire extinguisher is located inside the platform of the robot. The robot placed additional fire extinguishers 10, aimed at key nodes and elements of the robot, such as the drivers of the manipulator 4.

The proposed robot has a system of self-defense against fire, which ensures efficient operation in extreme conditions. In addition, the proposed robot hovering socket main fire extinguisher in elevation and in azimuth around the circular sector is excluded twisting of the hose supplying the fire-extinguishing agent from the fire extinguisher to the cowl, which increases the reliability of the whole system with a relatively simple design.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes combination type mechanism including transmission mechanism with outlet link; actuating mechanism with outlet links provided with jaws for clamping articles and joined with outlet link of transmission mechanism; and drive unit. Outlet link of transmission mechanism is in the form of driving link of actuating mechanism. One outlet link of actuating mechanism is rigidly secured to outlet link of transmission mechanism and its other link is jointly connected with transmission mechanism. The last is in the form of cam mechanism having pusher arranged in center, performing reciprocation motion and provided with roller for engaging with cam shaped portions. Articulation joint of outlet links includes pin rigidly secured to free end of outlet link of transmission mechanism. SUBSTANCE: device has combined mechanism made of transporting mechanism with output link made of pusher, actuating mechanism with master cams and output links having jaws for clamping articles and kinematically connected with the output link of the transmitting mechanism, and drive. The kinematical connection comprises movable connection of the output links of the transmitting and actuating mechanisms and flexible member which is movably connected with the output links of the both mechanisms. The flexible member is made of spring mounted on the pin secured to the pusher. Each end of the spring is pivotally connected with the corresponding output link of the actuating mechanism. The pivoting connection of each of the spring end with the output link of the actuating mechanism has pin secured to the free end of the output link. The pin is provided with roller for engaging the master cam.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises stabilizer and vessel, both formed of thermoplastic material, as well as dispersing charge and fire-extinguishing substance located into vessel. The device also has explosive means and suspension system including cover plate with eyes and members enclosing vessel. Suspension system is connected with stabilizer bottom by means of flexible tie and is provided with releasing mechanism and with members providing forced detaching thereof from vessel.

EFFECT: prevention of scattering fragments of fire-extinguishing device after its operation, increased surface of fire-extinguishing substance contact with burning matter.

SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying fire-extinguishing gas from turbojet plant compressor nozzle to fire site, wherein gas is directed to burned-out and unburned matter along with simultaneous blowing off thereof in burned-out areas. Gas is delivered through removable compressor nozzle head flattened from both sides thereof. Nozzle head may rotate through 90° to divide fire front into parts to be separately extinguished.

FIELD: fire fighting equipment with the use of helicopters with rotary propellers, which create powerful descending air flow, particularly to extinguish forest fires.

SUBSTANCE: method involves suspending conical case with fire-extinguishing devices under helicopter and using powerful descending air flow produced by helicopter propellers. If necessary air flow may be mixed with mechanical particles (sand) or chemical additives for extinguishing fires. The case is produced of high-strength and light-weight material to provide case weight of not more than 2 tons.

EFFECT: possibility to use air flow going from helicopter propeller, reduced fuel consumption due to prevention of helicopter usage in shuttle mode, possibility of continuous fire extinguishing, increased helicopter park.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming intermittent strips; supplying water to intermittent strips and forming wetted area. Wetted area is formed by arranging mole drains along intermittent strip lengths and supplying water to them to moisture peat bed through the whole thickness thereof. To perform preventive water conservation intermittent strip surfaces located above mole drains are loosened for 0.15 - 0.2 m depth and 1.0 - 1.5 m width and intermittent strip surfaces above mole drains in fire vicinity are rolled up. Fire inhibitors are added to water before supplying thereof in mole drains.
