The invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for the treatment of urogenital chlamydia.

Known methods of treatment of urogenital chlamydia include:

- oral or parenteral use of antimicrobial drugs that selectively accumulate within cells (Sderophene “Diagnosis and treatment of chlamydial genital tract infection in women,” Obstetrics and gynecology, No. 5, 1997, p.60-63; “guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common sexually transmitted infections, and skin diseases, disease management protocols, Moscow, 2001, p.39-43);

- combined use of antibiotics and ozone therapy in the form of intravenous infusion enriched with ozone autologous blood or rectal injection of ozonized distilled water (Spelina, Tgerman “Ozone therapy: clinical and experimental aspects”. Nizhny Novgorod, 2003, s, Saaleha “Influence of ozone therapy on the pharmacokinetics of clindamycin in the treatment of urogenital chlamydia trachomatis”. Disadvantages of methods used:

- the use of high doses of antibiotics long courses to achieve complete rehabilitation of intracellular infectious lesion leads to disturbed the Yu microbial ecosystems of the body, forming dysbiotic state, and also causes the development of allergies, immunodeficiencies, thereby increasing during the infection process;

- there is a lack of effectiveness of antibiotic therapy in achieving clinical effect, which increases the risk of developing chronic persistent forms of infection;

- forced polipragmazie, dictated by the necessity of immunomodulators and enzymes;

- expensive method.

A prototype of the proposed method is much autohemotherapy (Mladonov, Aigasec “the Use of ozone therapy in the treatment of sexually transmitted infections”, STI, No. 5, 2002, s.43-44 ).

The disadvantages of the prototype: the complexity of the technique, requiring special conditions for work with blood, the risk of iatrogenic infection of the patient and occupational exposure to personnel, revisionist method.

The invention is aimed at solving problems: improving the effectiveness of the treatment, reducing the risk of complications.

These tasks are achieved using ozone therapy by intravenous infusion of ozonated saline solution in combination with intravaginal applications of the ozonized vegetable oils.

These methods are General and local effects of ozone on the body have:

- direct the effects on chlamydial calf due to the destruction of the integrity of their membranes due to oxidation of phospholipids, penetration of ozone inside the microbial cells, entering into the reaction with DNA cytoplasm and disorders of proliferation of chlamydia; however, toxicity to infectious agents, but not for the patient, due to the lack of enzymatic antioxidant mechanisms in bacteria, which have higher organisms;

In General, ozone therapy has an impact on the chain of pathogenesis with urogenital chlamydiosis, which allows to use this method as monotherapy without combination with other medicines.

The method is carried out using ozonoterapiya installation WATA-60-01 “Madison as follows.

Patient M., 22 years. The treatment was carried out on an outpatient basis. The diagnosis of Chronic endometritis. Polimenoreya. Chronic chlamydial infection. Diagnosis objectivesyou clinical laboratory methods and ultrasound of the pelvic organs. Chlamydia is diagnosed by ELISA (IgG -1:160) and the reaction PIF (more than 10 elementary cells). A course of 12 intravenous drop infusions of ozonated 0.9 % solution of sodium chloride (200 ml, with a concentration of ozone in solution 2.5 mg/l, in combination with intravaginal applications of the ozonized vegetable oils daily No. 14.

During the control study, one month after the end of the treatments decreased IgG titer to 1:32, the reaction of P is f - negative after 2 months - reduction in antibody titer in ELISA to 1:16. The patient stopped pathological vaginal discharge and lower abdominal pain, decreased the duration of menstruation.

Patient A., aged 30. The treatment was carried out on an outpatient basis. Diagnosis: chronic genital infection. Endocervicitis. Adhesions in the pelvis after tubectomy about ectopic pregnancy. Hypermenorrhea. Chronic chlamydial infection. Diagnosis objectivesyou clinical laboratory methods and pelvic ultrasound. The presence of chlamydial infection was confirmed by ELISA (IgG - 1:128), the reaction is usually negative. Conducted 12 intravenous drop infusions of ozonated 0.9% solution of sodium chloride (200 ml, with ozone concentration of 2.7 mg/l, in combination with intravaginal applications of the ozonized oil daily No. 10. 3 months after the end of treatment antibodies to chlamydia ELISA is not detected, the results of the reactions are usually negative. The positive effect from the use of ozone therapy in the form of intravenous infusion of ozonated saline solution in combination with intravaginal applications of the ozonized vegetable oils in the treatment of patients with urogenital chlamydiosis is ostoic in:

Treatment of urogenital chlamydia trachomatis by intravenous infusion of ozonated saline solution can be used in the treatment of urogenital chlamydia trachomatis in men.
