The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetic dentistry and can be used to normalize the height of the lower section of the face and the spatial position of the lower jaw, in preparation for prosthetics patients with dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

One of the urgent problems in prosthetic dentistry is the timely implementation of the complex of therapeutic measures aimed at restoring the dentition with partial absence and pathological starosti teeth, reducing the height of the lower part of the face, the spatial displacement of the mandible and the development of pathological disorders of the TMJ. Necessary rehabilitation measures aimed at restoring the height of the lower section of the face, the spatial position of the lower jaw, are using special medical structures - Nakonechnyj trays. Despite numerous publications, the authors have not found a way to quickly and accurately produce nakonechnyi mouthguard.

A known method of manufacturing Nakonechny mouthguard to normalize the spatial position of the mandible, which includes the following laboratory stages of manufacturing:

1. making plaster models of the jaws;

2. modeling wax blanks on pochnoi mouthguard;

3. mounting wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard in the dental cuvette;

4. melting out the wax after the hardening of the plaster;

5. preparation of acrylic base plastic;

6. fill the plastic free from wax place in a plaster form by the method of compression molding;

7. polymerization of the plastic in a water bath;

8. the disclosure dental cuvette;

9. exemption from plaster plastic reproductions Nakonechny Kappa;

10. grinding and polishing plastic reproductions Nakonechny mouthguard (Kopeikin V.N., Demner L.M. Prosthodontic appliances; M, Medicine, 1985, 303 S.).

The closest achieved a positive result is a method of manufacturing Nakonechny mouthguard, which includes the following steps:

1. making plaster models of the jaws;

2. modeling wax blanks Nakonechny Kappa;

3. install the wax preform Nakonechny mouthguard in a dental syringe into the cuvette with the formation of the Gating system;

4. mounting wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard in a dental syringe into the cuvette;

5. melting out the wax after the hardening of the plaster;

6. preparation of acrylic base plastic;

7. filling free from wax place in a plaster form flowable acrylic plastic by the method of injection molding using a special W the RIC-cell;

8. polymerization of plastics in a dry environment at a temperature of +120...+130°C;

9. disclosure syringe cuvette;

10. exemption from plaster plastic reproductions Nakonechny Kappa;

11. cutting sprue;

12. grinding and polishing Nakonechny mouthguard.

(Vares AA, Pavlenko A.V., Shevchenko V.I. Injection pressing of dental prostheses made of plastic, L., Medicine, 1984, 128 S.).

However, a disadvantage of the known manufacturing methods Nakonechny mouthguards are large on the complexity and duration of the laboratory stages. In addition, a large amount of laboratory stages and dental manipulations in technology Nakonechny mouthguards can assume the appearance of errors in the final result, which will naturally affect the accuracy of the fit Nakonechny Invisalign the teeth, the patient's adaptation to Nakonechny the Kappa and the duration of treatment of dental pathology.

The authors suggest a method of manufacturing Nakonechny trays, allowing replacement of the wax on the plastic, without resorting to multi-laboratory technology.

A positive result of the invention is to simplify the technology, reducing the time of manufacture Nakonechny mouthguard.

A positive result is achieved in that the silicone form produced by the method of hand-made with continuous lit ecovie channels, through making filling plastic space formed after removal of the wax preform Nakonechny mouthguard.

The method is as follows.

The drawing shows the stages of manufacturing Nakonechny mouthguard. After receipt of the medical office impressions jaw produce the manufacture of a plaster model of the jaw 1, modeling wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard 2 on the plaster model of the jaw 1. On wax harvesting Nakonechny mouthguard 2 by the method of hand-made form silicone form 3 with the help of basic silicone impression mass groups “With” or “And” layer 2 cm with simultaneous overlapping of the vestibular surface of the existing teeth and the alveolar ridge on the plaster model of the jaw 1. After curing, the silicone mass of loose plaster model of the jaw 1 and a wax blank Nakonechny mouthguard 2 obtained from the silicone mold 3, the internal surface of which negatively displays the terrain Nakonechny mouthguard. Conduct the removal wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard 2 with a plaster model of the jaw 1 by melting the wax under running hot water. In silicon shape 3 perform 2-3 end-to-end Gating 4 holes with a diameter of 5 mm and set free from wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard 2 plaster model of the jaw 1, focusing on the existing C is ikonomou form 3 prints contours of the teeth and relief of the alveolar ridge plaster model of the jaw 1. Knead and prepare the acrylic base self-hardening plastic, for example “Redont” (“Stoma”, Ukraine), and put the necessary portion of the flowable plastic material in a disposable syringe, such as “Record”. Then spend filling free from wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard 2 space in silicon shape 3 basic plastic cold hardening through available in silicone form 3 Gating holes 4 injection method. Then a plaster model of the jaw 1 is filled with a basic plastic silicone form 3 set for 15 minutes in polymerization, where the curing of the plastic. After polymerization basic plastic loose plaster model of the jaw 1 and rests on the plastic reproduction Nakonechny mouthguard from silicone molds 3. Cut off the sprues and prikreplena zapolirovan.

In the manufacture Nakonechny mouthguard of the inventive method there is no need for finishing and polishing the entire surface Nakonechny mouthguards - the inner surface of the silicone mold has a glossy surface and therefore the surface Nakonechny Kappa turns out smooth.

Clinical example: In the clinic of orthopedic dentistry the patient approached with complaints about the crackle and clicks in the TMJ. Physical examination is determined by the severity of the chin folds. P and examination of the oral cavity: a partial absence of teeth, pathological abrasion of hard tooth tissue, deep traumatic occlusion. X-ray examination TMJ allowed to determine the violation of the anatomic-topographic relation of its elements, as evidenced by the narrowing of Vernisage joint space.

The diagnosis of dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint, caused by a partial absence of teeth, pathological abrasion of hard tooth tissue, decreasing the height of the lower section of the face and distal displacement of the mandible.

Treatment: preliminary preparation of a dental system for prosthetics. To normalize the height of the lower part of the face and the spatial position of the mandible made on the proposed method Nakonechna Kappa. The fitting mouthguard did not require additional grinding of its surfaces. Adaptation of the patient to Nakonechny the Kappa was held for 4 days. Rational prosthesis conducted in a constructive occlusion after fixing persistent miotaticheskogo reflex and the normalization of the spatial position of the lower jaw, under the control of the x-ray anatomical-topographical relation of the elements of the TMJ.

Clinical effect: the normalization of the height of the lower section of the face, the spatial position of the lower jaw and the anatomic-topographic relationships element is in TMJ contributed to the elimination of symptoms of TMJ and creation of favorable conditions for rational prosthetics.

The inventive method allows to save material and technical means during manufacture Nakonechny mouthguards reduce the time of manufacture and to increase the efficiency of treatment of diseases of the dentition of the TMJ in the total rehabilitation measures.

A method of manufacturing Nakonechny mouthguard, which consists in making a plaster model of the jaw according to preliminary impressions, followed by modeling wax blanks Nakonechny mouthguard, characterized in that it is made of silicone form method hand-made with continuous Gating channels through which carry out the filling of the plastic space formed after removal of the wax preform Nakonechny Kappa; after curing plastic silicone form is removed, cut off the sprue and places of their attachment zapolirovan.
