The present invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of bedded deposits of minerals.

Known technological scheme gross excavation layers [Normative and methodological documents for the conduct of mining operations on the Starobin potassium salt Deposit, Soligorsk, Minsk, p.118, 1995], including the delineation of the mining panel preparatory workings, mining stocks panel a love leaving midpanel pillars.

A disadvantage of this scheme is the low recovery rate of sylvinite ore, as a significant part of the fossil remains in midpanel the pillar.

There is a method of testing midpanel supporting pillars, taken as the analogue of [A.S. 1689622, CL E 21 41/22}involving separation of the pillars on two excavation strip, holding midpanel develop and races, drilling pillars rising fans wells, the breaking of ore reserves blowing wells, mechanical ore and mined-out space.

The disadvantage of this method is that to preserve the carrying capacity of the pillar use of filling materials, which leads to significant costs for the implementation of this method.

The technical result of the invention is to eliminate shown the deficiencies, namely the creation of a more economical and safe method of processing midpanel supporting pillars that allow to extract minerals.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that when mining midpanel supporting pillar method, including the pillar mines and mining part of the pillar, in which, according to the invention, determine the width of the edge zones of the pillar, which are exposed to the reference pressure, then hold preparatory development on the borders of these zones and erect them in permanent rigid roof support, and then lead the development of the mines to the center pillar.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 presents left in mined-out space of the pillar, marginal zone which is loaded with a reference pressure; figure 2 - rear sight with the reference pressure after a failover.

In the drawings:

1 - midpanel pillar;

2 - stope;

3 - zone high bearing pressure;

4 - zone uniform load;

5 - preparatory development;

6 - hard lining;

7 - zone load intensity after a failover pillar;

8 - bearing part of the pillar after testing;

b - width midpeninsula pillar (m)

bkr- the width of the edge zones of the pillar, loaded reference pressure (m);

qmax- maximum intensity of the load on the pillar;

LB- the width of the notch.

The method is as follows.

When developing midpanel pillar 1 first, choose the place of laying mines 5, by determining the width bkr- regional zones of high bearing pressure 3 midpeninsula pillar 1 (apply the method of determining the stress state on the yield of chips "instruction research Institute"). In a place where the influence of the goaf 2 in the boundary zone midpeninsula pillar 1 is damped at the boundaries of these zones are conducting preparatory generation 5, after which they erect a permanent rigid roof support 6 at the border zone of high bearing pressure 3 and zone uniform load 4. Hard lining 6 is necessary in this case to ensure that after testing midpeninsula pillar 1 does not have a sharp redistribution of bearing pressure caused by the formation of new goaf, on the supporting portion of the pillar 8.

Thus, practicing midpeninsula pillar 1 is not in the marginal zones, where the working environment is highly disturbed due to the impact zone of high bearing pressure 3 (Borisov A.A. rock Mechanics and arrays, M., Nedra, 1980, str), and in the Central part of the pillar, in the zone of uniform load 4 of preparatory virobot the 5 to the center displayimage midpeninsula pillar 1.

The width of the notches Linpillar will be equal to the area of the uniform load 4 and load-carrying capacity of the pillar will continue because of the maximum load intensity qmaxthe remaining parts 8 midpeninsula pillar 1.

The proposed invention allows to increase the rate of extraction of minerals and safe to work midpanel supporting pillars, without violating their carrying capacity and without the use of filling materials.

Method of mining midpanel supporting pillars, including the pillar mines and mining part of the pillar, wherein determine the width of the edge zones of the pillar, which are exposed to the reference pressure, then hold preparatory development on the borders of these zones and erect them in permanent rigid roof support, and then lead the development of the mines to the center pillar.

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes separating resources of all levels on blocks, in form of upwardly elongated hexahedrons. Blocks on adjacent levels are positioned in staggered order with displacement of some of them relatively to others for half of blocks width. Resources of each block within limits of hexahedron are divided on two portions: hexagonal chamber inside the block and block itself of same hexagonal shape on all six sides of chamber. Preparation and cutting of chamber resources is realized by driving field level drifts and mines, intermediate sub-level drifts and mines, and also level and sub-level orts and drifts, driven through mineral resource, from which resources of chambers and blocks are drilled and exploded. Extraction and outlet of mineral resource is performed in three rows - first chamber resources, than inter-chamber blocks under protection of ceiling blocks, after that ceiling blocks deposits. Outlet of resources from chambers and blocks is performed trough ends of level orts and mines, an also through ends of intermediate sub-level mines.

EFFECT: better use of mineral resources, lower laboriousness, lower costs, decreased block preparation time.

SUBSTANCE: method includes extraction of mineral resource by underground mine method in liquid environment, under protection of water-resistant rock massif. Full flooding of auxiliary extracting and preparatory mines is performed, which provide for start of wiping operations, with working liquid, neutral relatively to mineral resource and enveloping rocks and being under pressure, matching value of pressure at depth of mine. Process of removal of separated rock beyond underground flooded space is synchronized with replenishment of working liquid volume in this space. Working liquid pressure can be formed by effecting it with force liquid, which is placed either in mine shaft, hydraulically connected to lower flooded auxiliary extracting mine, or in mine shaft and force column, placed on earth surface, above mine shaft, and hydraulically connected thereto. Required height of force liquid column is determined from mathematical expressions. After mineral resource extraction is finished within mine field, flooded extracted space is used for placement of toxic and non-toxic wastes of industries or strategic objects, while process of transfer of wastes or strategic objects into liquid environment is performed synchronously with removal of working liquid beyond flooded space in volume, equal to volume of transferred wastes or strategic objects.
