FIELD: mining industry, particularly devices for trenchless pipeline laying under roads and other engineering structures.

SUBSTANCE: rig comprises power cylinder with hollow shaft and support, hauling mechanism connected to cylinder and executive tool cooperating with ground and rig operation control means. All above components are put into a pit. Executive mechanism is formed as conical tip connected with rod separated into several chambers and passing into shaft. Power cylinder is made as hydraulic one, hauling mechanism comprises washer with slot and slider arranged in the slot. Washer is rotary installed on the shaft and is restricted from longitudinal displacement. Slider has control arm and figured orifice including hexahedron part and circle part. Each rod chamber is provided with outer groove with hexahedron cross-section mating to hexahedron part of slider orifice. Roller is installed on washer periphery. Secured to support is cam cooperating with roller. The rig is provided with transportable container installed in the pit and having body, bottom and hinged lid. The body comprises orifice for rod receiving and rod guide arranged inside the body. Each rod chamber has outer tapered thread formed on one end part thereof and inner tapered thread formed on opposite end thereof and mating outer one. Rig operation control means is provided with control panel. Conical tip includes radio transmitter to transmit signal indicating rig location in ground. Radio signal receiver linked with control panel is installed above ground surface.

EFFECT: simplified structure and increased reliability.

The invention relates to mining and construction, in particular to equipment for trenchless laying of pipes under roads and other engineering structures.

A device for puncture horizontal wells containing unit with hydraulic power cylinders, pressure crossbeam and a push rod in the form of a pipe with a working tip, a base plate mounted in the sump, and control rod carried by two pins with the cylinders and screws with handles (see USSR author's certificate No. 242057, E 02 F 5/18, 1967).

The disadvantages of this device are the big power cylinders required for advancement in the soil pipe, the design complexity, the difficulty in installation, dismantling and operation.

A device for the trenchless laying of pipelines static puncture, consisting of a conical tip, a tube-holder of the power cylinder and the thrust wall, placed in a pit (see USSR author's certificate No. 876877, E 02 F 5/18, 1980).

However, in this device, the tapered tip has an additional hydraulic cylinder, hoses which pass through the entire length of the pipe, which complicates the design and resistant wall, perceiving efforts puncture, bulky, MATERIALICA and inconvenient for installation and transportation.

It is also known device found is ugenia conical tip in the ground, consisting in the fact that at the tip near or in the hole install the radiator and on the surface of the earth is placed perceiving device that reproduces the coordinates of the tip is required for directed construction of the pipeline (see the patent of Russia №2132428, E 02 F 5/18, 1997).

Such a device provides a fast and reliable determination of spatial coordinates of the tip angle and improves the performance of the puncture hole.

Famous adopted for the prototype installation for perforation pilot hole containing lowered in the sump of the power cylinder with a hollow piston rod and support of the traction mechanism associated with the cylinder, and a working body that interacts with the ground and made in the form of a linked between a conical tip and rod, divided into compartments and passed through the cavity of the stem, the device control unit (see U.S. patent No. 4694913, NCI 175/61, 1987).

The disadvantages of this setup is the design complexity, the large dimensions of the pit, the difficulties in managing work due to the lack of the cab.

The technical result of the present invention is to create a setup for perforation of the pilot hole, which is of simplified and rugged construction, small size and good handling.

Installation to pierce the pilot hole containing lowered in the sump of the power cylinder with a hollow piston rod and support of the traction mechanism associated with the cylinder, and a working body that interacts with the ground and made in the form of a linked between a conical tip and rod, divided into compartments and passed through the cavity of the stem, the device control unit, characterized in that the power cylinder is made hydraulic, traction mechanism consists of a washer with the slot of the slide, is placed in the groove, and the washer is installed on the rotary shaft and is restricted from longitudinal movement, the slider has a control knob and performed shaped hole in the form of interconnected hexagon and circle, each compartment rod made outer groove having in cross section of a hexagon, the response to the hexagon of the slide, on the periphery of the washer is placed a roller, and a support attached to the copier installed with the possibility of contact with the roller, the plant is equipped with the transportable container, the latter is installed in the sump and has a body, a bottom and a lid on the hinges, and the shell - hole for the rod and its guide placed inside the case.

In addition, each compartment rod has at one end an outer tapered thread, on the opposite side of the internal thread, the answer is left outside.

The device control unit is equipped with a remote control, conical tip has the transmitter position in the ground, and above the earth's surface has perceiving the signal device associated with the console.

Figure 1 presents the scheme of installation in a vertical plane, figure 2 - diagram of the traction mechanism, figure 3 shows a diagram of the slide with shaped groove, and figure 4 shows the section a-a in figure 3.

Installation to pierce the pilot hole contains the power cylinder 1 support 2, is omitted in the pit 3, the traction mechanism associated with the cylinder 1, and a working body that interacts with the ground, and the control device installation.

The power cylinder 1 is made in the form of a cylinder with the rod 4, and the latter has an internal end-to-end cavity, the working body is connected between a conical tip 5 and 6 bar, filtered through the cavity of the stem 4. Traction mechanism consists of a washer 7 and a groove 8, the RAM 9, is placed in the groove 8, and the washer 7 is installed on the shaft 4 rotatable and is restricted from longitudinal movement, the slider 9 has a control knob 10, and the slide made shaped hole in the form of interconnected hexagon and circle, the rod 6 is divided into compartments 11, and each compartment 11 is executed, the outer groove having in cross section of a hexagon, the response is styrannik of the slide 9 and cooperating with the limitation of the RAM 9 from longitudinal displacement, on the periphery of the washer 7 is placed a roller 12 and the support 2 is fixed to the copier 13 in contact with the roller 12, the installation is equipped with transportable container 14, the latter is installed in the pit 3 and has a body 15, a bottom 16 and the lid on the hinges 17 and the housing 15 - hole 18 for the rod 6 and the guide 19, is located inside the housing 15.

In addition, each compartment 11 of the rod 6 has at one end an outer tapered thread 20, and on the opposite side of the internal thread 21, the response of the outer and each outer groove is limited by the shoulder 22, is arranged to contact with the slider 9, and the diameter of the circle of the slide 9 is larger than the diameter of the flange 22 of the cover 11 of the rod 6.

The device control unit is equipped with a remote controller 23, a conical tip 5 has a transmitter (not shown) the provisions in ground and above ground installed perceiving the signal device 24 associated with the panel 23.

Inside the housing 15 is placed a seat 25 for the operator (not shown) and fixed vertical step 26.

To ensure operation of the power cylinder 1 from the outside is placed, for example, oil station 27, which in the pit 3 and further to the hydraulic cylinder 1 is laid pressure hoses (not shown). Figure 1 shows the obstacle (road) 28, which carry out the construction of the well.

Installation for which rotaliana pilot hole works as follows.

If necessary, the construction of the well under the obstacle 28 dig two pit 3 (one pit not shown) and in one of them down using a hoisting crane container 14. As a consequence, the tip 5 by the force of the rod 4 of the cylinder 1 is embedded in the ground, which moves apart, thickens and strengthens the walls formed by horizontal wells. After the end of the stroke of cylinder 1 on the guide 19 put another compartment 11, the handle 10 raise the slider 9, return the rod 4 with a washer 7 back, connect with tapered R is siby compartments 11, lower the slider 9 and again move the piston rod 4 to the right. There is a further puncture hole.

If on the panel 23, a signal will appear from the device 24 about the deviation of the tip 5 from the given direction, the operator using the handle 10 enters into contact with the Cam 13 of the roller 12, when the movement of the rod 4 will cause rotation of the rod 6, and the tip 5 will change the angle of inclination, and the rod 6 will take a specified direction. Thus shall pass all wells, and the lug 5 extends into the second pit. Further, depending on the technology works, produce widening of the borehole further reverse the feed rod 6, which is equipped with extenders and pipelines. After completion of the rod dismantled into sections and place in a container, which provides warehouse (not shown), and the container with the aid of the crane is removed from the pit and transported to another object.

Installation to pierce the pilot hole is made, successful tests in the firm "ecoprom" and is currently widely used in trenchless pipeline with a diameter of 630 mm in soils of the first or third categories of strength. With this setup, you can lay the pipelines at a depth of 10 m and in a predetermined path, including gravity, to work without drilling mud, which is especially important in the winter the time, to work in very cramped conditions, including from the working pit with a diameter of 1.5 meters

Installation is simple in design, maintenance and repair.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises screw pivotally connected with the conical working tip without permitting mutual rotation. The tip receives vibrator for generating circular vibrations. The vibrator is made of unbalance mounted on rotating bearings inside the conical working tip and is connected with the motor through a flexible shaft. The motor is mounted inside the additional housing connected with the working tip through a flexible link.

FIELD: trenchless underground pipe laying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trenchless laying of underground pipelines of considerable length and preset trajectory. Proposed punch includes body accommodating reciprocating striker with bore in rear part, spool getting into bore by larger diameter step with sliding. Spool consists of branch pipe secured in rear part of body and sleeve connected with branch pipe for sliding and spring-loaded relative to rear part of body with at least one radial pin getting into ring zigzag slot made on part fixed on body. Sleeve of spool encloses front part of its branch pipe, being spool larger diameter step, and said ring zigzag slot is made on outer surface of branch pipe. According to first design version, at least one radial hole is made on front parts of branch pipe and spool sleeve. According to second design version, flats are made additionally on outer surface of branch pipe displaced towards rear part of branch pipe. According to third design version each second cavity on rear side of ring zigzag slot is extended to side of rear part of branch pipe.

EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life owing to making of pneumatic punch of closed type with reversing of delivery of compressed air simply by switching off and on.

FIELD: mining and building equipment, particularly to drive pipes and form holes in ground for following underground service pipeline laying.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body, reciprocating hammer arranged in the body and having throttle channel and orifices for air inlet and discharge, as well as elastic valve. Body and hammer define forward stroke and reverse stroke chambers communicating with air supply pipeline through connection pipe. Collar with longitudinal slots is created on rear hammer end and adapted to communicate reverse stroke chamber with atmosphere. Body interior has several ledges. Elastic valve is installed on hammer between collar and above orifices. When the hammer is in its extreme front position inner cylindrical surface of body ledge having lesser diameter is in contact with outer cylindrical surface of elastic valve.

EFFECT: reduced compressed air consumption and increased stroke power due to decreased reverse stroke chamber size and prevention of air compression inside the reverse stroke chamber during forward hammer movement.
