The invention relates to railway transport and related structures of triangle lever transmission brakes of railway rolling stock.

Known design triangle brake linkage bogie of a rail vehicle [A.S. USSR №1006293, 61 N 13/36, 60 T 11/04, publ. 23.03.83, bull. No. 11], containing interconnected beam with shoes, string and spacer with holes for mounting vertical lever, made in alignment with the eyelets of shoes, the axis of which is aligned with the center of gravity of triangle.

The disadvantage of this design is to fix the shoes in the longitudinal plane by means of the threaded connection. During operation, the connection is weakened and needs braces within each depot repair. The result has been a distortion of the Shoe during braking, which leads to increased wear of the brake pads.

Also known Triangel brake linkage [U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2199458, 61 N 13/34, publ. 27.02.03, bull. As a prototype of the selected design of the brake triangle [A.S. USSR №1437281, 61 N 13/34, publ. 15.11.88, bull. The task, which is aimed by the invention is the creation of a design triangle for reliable fixation of the brake Shoe from longitudinal movement and quick disassembly of the given node.

The problem is solved as follows.

The transfer site efforts secured from longitudinal movement by means of an elastic element located between the thrust surface of the tip and wedge ring. The wedge ring is fixed from the efforts of the elastic element by means of crackers, inserted into the tapered groove on the end portion of the cylindrical surface of the strings.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the brake triangle contains a beam with a string, separated in the middle part of the spacer, and the terminal parts connected via a node is transmitted, consisting of a series set supporting brackets, tabs, brake Shoe to Shoe and tip, pinned through the device, containing an elastic element made in the form of a cylinder and races is than necessary, between the support surface of the tip and wedge ring. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at manufacturing of bushings of any purposes, including and for lever braking system of transit vehicles and also of passenger and freight stocks. Distinctive features of manufacturing method is that reinforcing fibers of polymer composite material of working and damping layer of bushing is impregnated each in the capacity of binding agent of phenol-formaldehyde or cresol formal resin in the form of novolak or resol form, containing adhesive and anti-adhesive. After drying fibers are cut for rope strands and it is implemented performing of chaotically located in mould of rope strands with application to tablet material of pressure and with receiving of two different semi-finished products in the form of horizontal semicircles. There are located semi-finished products in vertical mould with dimensions of manufactured bushing, matching to each other at first two semi-finished products for manufacturing of damping layer. There are laid into mould two semi-finished products for manufacturing of working layer, herewith docking interfaces of semi-finished products are located in mould crosswise relative to each other. Finishing hot pressing of bushing is implemented with application of compressing effort lengthwise the axis of manufactured bushing, additionally bushing during compressing is isolated under pressure during particular time.

EFFECT: increasing of bushing operation life, reduction of total linear wear in friction pair by contour-body of steel, providing of specified ultimate compression strength and impact elasticity at simultaneous keeping of steadiness to interleaving during operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to railway vehicle braking cylinder rod automatic retainers. Proposed automatic retainer consists of two wedge clamps, two air drives of braking clamps communicated via unions with braking line pipelines, brake cylinder and lines of braking valve cylinder. Wedge clamps serve to lock brake cylinder rod in braked position by engagement between brake cylinder rod rack and locking clamps. SUBSTANCE: sleeve is made from composite polymer antifriction polyamide-based material containing a mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre, as well as a powder filler as a fibrous filler. As a material base, it contains polycaproamide or mixture of polycaproamide with 20-40 wt % of polyethylene caproamide. As carbon fibre, the material contains carbon fibre obtained from high-molecular hydrocellulose fibre; content of glass fibre in the mixture is 3.48 to 10.5 wt %. As powder filler, the material contains colloid-graphite solution with particle sizes of 400 to 4000 nm, or silicon oxide in the form of marshalite or colloidal silica with particle sizes of 400 to 8000 nm.
