The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for operative treatment of patients with bone fractures, mainly of the neck of the femoral or humeral bone.

Known locking device fractures of the femur in children copyright certificate №1593644 (MKI And 61 In 17/56), including two rods formed by bending the spokes, one of them pointed for insertion into the bone and the other for attachment to a perforated plate above the additional bone plate with a screw.

A disadvantage of this device is the lack of constructive features that improve surgical treatment and reduce the risk of complications by reducing the injury to body tissues and reduce the likelihood of migration of the device.

It is also known a device for implementing the method of the cervical osteosynthesis of the femur on the patent of Russian Federation №2062960 (MKI And 61 In 17/56. The author of the Old B.C.). According to this method, the fixation carry out several fan-shaped spaced spokes with pointed working end and hooked the other ends fastened after the introduction of total bone hat.

A disadvantage of this device is the lack of constructive features that improve surgical treatment and reduce the risk of complications by when to achieve injury to body tissues and reduce the likelihood of migration of the device.

It is known, furthermore, the device described in the method according to the patent of Russian Federation №2152763 (61 17/56. The authors of the Old B.C., Wave A.A. and Statsenko O.A.), including divergent pointed two ends, is made of bent double spokes.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed device is the device described in the patent of Russian Federation №2152763 that we take for the prototype, and the drawbacks set forth above.

The technical result consists in increasing the quality of surgical treatment and reduce complications by reducing the injury to body tissues and reduce the likelihood of migration of the device.

The technical result is achieved in that the latch for osteosynthesis consists of bent in half elastic spokes arranged in parallel with sharpened at the working ends of the rods. This plane cuts the ends of the rods are made to face each other their inner surfaces at equal angle relative to the axis of the rods, while the angle between the two bisectors, held between the cut plane and the outer surface to the each rod, does not exceed the maximum divergence angle of the spokes in the bone.

The significance of differences between the invented device is as follows. The execution of a plane oblique slice of the working end of each rod on the inside surface facing toward the other rod, creates resistance of bone tissue sections of the ends of the rods and provides for the introduction of the discrepancy between their ends in the bone. Implementation of sections at both ends of the rod at the same angle relative to the axis of each rod promotes uniform divergence of the ends of the rods in the bone, while in the rods occurs bending and internal pressure, contributing to more reliable retention of the rods from migration from the bone. Implementation of sections at the ends of the rods so that the angle between the bisectors conducted between the cut plane and the outer surface of the rod, does not exceed the maximum divergence angle of the ends of the rods in the bone, prevents the output ends of the rods beyond the head of the bone, while also improving the accuracy of installation of the lock.

In a preferred variant embodiment of the device the distance between the parallel rods of not less than twice the thickness of the spokes provides sufficient strength bone gap, remaining between the holes, in which are introduced the rods. The dimensions of the parts of the latch, over the remaining cortical layer, however small, which reduces the trauma to body tissues and subsequently does not lead to significant connective tissue to increase over him.

Thus, the claimed device in all of its signs provides quality surgical treatment and reduce complications by reducing the injury to the tissues of the body and the likelihood of migration of the release, reducing the periods of inpatient treatment and creating economic effect.

The application of the invention is possible in children and military surgery.
