The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in clinical practice and research to solve diagnostic problems and planning treatment.

The number of known methods of the spine that require saving the patient a vertical stationary position. Oscillatory movement, which makes the human body in a vertical position, can influence the outcome of the study. When studying the shape of the spine by inspection and palpation (Marx V.O. Orthopedic diagnosis: a Guide - book. - Minsk: Science and technology, 1978) doctor visually assess the shape of the spine, running fingers along the line of the spinous processes and on the basis of their own views about the normal shape of the spine concludes. Vibrations of a body of a patient by a doctor are ignored. The resulting data may not be objectivesyou and expressed in absolute values. Famous instrumental method forms the spine radiography (Marx V.O. Orthopedic diagnosis: a Guide - book. - Minsk: Science and technology, 1978). When using this method, the patient is placed between the x-ray tube apparatus and film, after which x-ray is performed. When using x-ray and optical topography the shooting time of the image is significantly less than the period of oscillations of the body, therefore, these oscillations of the body do not affect the results of the study. When studying the shape of the spine using a scanner (Gladkov A.V., E.A. Cherepanov, Skorov DS., Materials of international scientific-technical conference "Information systems and technologies". Novosibirsk, 2003) the researcher with the tip of the scanner notes point acromiale-clavicle joint, front upper and rear upper iliac spine bones, conducts tip along the spine line of the spinous processes of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, additionally marking the border of the spine. Research takes time 3-5 minutes, during this time the patient's body oscillates in space, which leads to errors in the measurements.

Closest to the claimed is a device for fixation of the pelvis (Joseph K. F. Ng with co-workers. Range of Motion, and Lordosis of the Lumbar Spine SPINE 2001; 26: 53-60), which status is it from the base and the column, which is a metal frame consisting of four vertically arranged tubes. The tubes are interconnected by crossbeams. Also the tubes are attached to the two clamping element representing a horizontal movable slats, placed opposite each other. One strap may be moved vertically along the tube, the second both vertically and horizontally in the direction of rapprochement with the first strap. For the study, the patient is installed inside the device. The first plank is placed at the level of the front upper iliac spines, and the second strap at the level of the posterior iliac spines, by moving the second strap pelvis of the patient is clamped between the slats, which limits its fluctuations during the study.

The disadvantage of the described device is the inability durable fixation of the whole body of the patient. The lack of fixation of the head and thorax is not possible to eliminate the fluctuation of the upper body during the time of the survey. The device restricts access to the body of the patient due to the fact that the latter is surrounded by a metal frame. The device does not allow examination of the position of the traction. The movable frame may not be shifted or rotated that limiting who has the opportunity to conduct research under the strain of the body.

The objective of the invention is to propose a device which will securely fix the body of the patient when conducting long-term research.

When using the device has positive effect by expanding diagnostic capabilities by accurate estimation of the shape and spatial orientation of the spine that allows you to limit the radiation exposure to the patient by reducing the number of x-ray studies to substantiate the optimal tactics and predict treatment outcomes. The device can be used for screening studies. Using a device research are accurate due to the absence of errors induced by the oscillations of the trunk, less time consuming and less laborious by reducing the number of erroneous measurements. The device is convenient in operation and inexpensive in manufacture.

The fixation device body (see drawing) represents a rack (1), fixed on the base (2). On a vertical pole (1) has three sliding bracket: for fixation of the head (3), breast (4), pelvis (5). Each sliding bracket 3, 4, 5 has the likelihood of back-and-forth movements up and down turns in the horizontal, frontal and axial planes. On the rack (1) also set a ratcheting winch (6) cable (7) and blocks (8), to the E. allow, if necessary, to produce the traction of the spine. On the basis of (2) there are adjustment screws (9)that allows you to set the base (2) in the horizontal position. At the site of the base (2) has a separating device (10)that allows the feet to take a categorical position. The device is designed to capture the patient's body any body type and if there is any deformation of the body.

The technical result is achieved due to the design features of the rack containing the fixation of the head, chest and pelvis, which eliminates fluctuations in the body during the time of the survey.

The problem is solved due to the fact that at the front there is a fixation of the head and chest of the patient, each of the fixation elements made in the form of brackets with 6 degrees of freedom and the possibility to rotate 360° around the longitudinal axis; hour also includes a system of blocks, rope and ratchet winch for stretching of the spine, and the base has a dividing ledge.

The device operates as follows.

The patient is installed in the neutral vertical position on the base (2) so that the feet tightly to the separation device (10) with two sides. Sliding bracket (5) is mounted and fixed so that densely cover the pelvis using the stop (11) on the level the of the pubis and through the side grippers (12) at the level of the wings of the Ilium. Sliding bracket (4) is mounted and fixed so that densely cover the front and sides of the chest using the stop (11) and side grippers (12) at the level of the middle third of the sternum. Sliding bracket (3) is mounted and fixed so that densely cover the front and sides of the head using the stop (11)placed in the frontal area and side grippers (12)placed in the temporal areas on both sides. If necessary traction by means of a cable (7). Due to the dense coverage of head, thorax and pelvis with three sides, during the study achieved a xed position of the patient.

From the side of sole foot surface plate is put and loaded in proximal direction with system of weights, which causes displacements in sole joints characteristic of non-fixed planovalgus deformity. CT table together with patient and system of weights modeling load is placed into working part of CT with soles at specified angle of inclination and layer-by-layer scanning in horizontal plane is carried out.

EFFECT: method ensures increase of accuracy of diagnosing non-fixed planovalgus deformity and allows to select optimal method of operative intervention.

X-ray attachment consists of plate, which is rigidly connected with two posts with placed on them two sliders with stops, connected with swivel joint hip support and shin support with fixing elements, mechanism for regulating angle of inclination of shin support with graduated scale and fixer, threaded holder of frame for cassette with X-ray film. Threaded holder of frame for cassette with film is installed in middle part of shin support, and in front of it, fixed is bracket with shin fixing elements. Hip support is made in form of two mutually perpendicular rectangular panels with stiffening ribs, vertical panel of hip support being rigidly connected with four sliders, placed on posts, additional two of which are located in the middle part of posts. Mechanism for regulating angle of shin support inclination is made in form of set bar of round section with graduated scale on its length and fixer, installed on bar with possibility of travel and fixation with cramp screw of fixer. Bar is connected with shin support by swivel joint of bar and shin support, and via its lower end it is connected with the middle of lower part of vertical panel of hip support by means of swivel joint of bar and vertical panel. Feet stops are installed on shin support with possibility of travel and are made in form of pair of mutually perpendicular board with stiffening ribs and three slots on horizontal board in each, in end slots guiding pins are installed, in the middle slot - securing bolt of foot stop.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in traumatology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vertebrology and radiology for evaluating deficit of spinal canal lumen. From a series of images two images of axial section in uninjured zone and zone with the most expressed deficit of spinal canal lumen are selected. On each of said images additional plotting is carried out, on axis of vertebra symmetry and further, at equal distance from each other. Straight lines, parallel to axis of vertebra symmetry, are drawn, crossing with these lines contour of spinal canal from each side. On each of two selected images determined are lengths of segments of drawn straight lines, limited by spinal canal contour. After that deficit of spinal canal lumen is determined.

EFFECT: method allows to determine deficit of spinal canal lumen and volume of surgical intervention.

SUBSTANCE: radio-opaque enema technique following incomplete colonoscopy involves the stages: plan radiography of abdominal cavity organs is performed in a prone patient to assess a position features of an air-inflated colon, then in a left lateral position, barium diluted 1:3 or 1:4 is introduced to the patient, while introducing, the patient is repositioned taking into account the detected position features of the colon so that barium travels in a colon lumen under its own weight. After barium comes through a blind intestine or an ascending colon, the patient turns around by a right side. Then standard roentgenograms are performed.

EFFECT: method enables estimating the colon condition following failed colonoscopy, provides information completeness of diagnostics and differential diagnostics of colon diseases, extends possibilities of an X-ray technique without complications and demand of additional implementation resources.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to combined system of obtaining images. Hybrid system of obtaining images includes magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact, separated from magnetic resonance scanner with some space. In the first version of implementation, said space is less than four metres. In the second version magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact are located in a room with radio-frequency insulation. Bed for patient is located, at least, partially, in the space between magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact and includes base, located between magnetic resonance scanner and system of obtaining images of the second method of impact, movable linearly table for supporting patient, installed for selected travel in the area of examination by magnetic resonance scanner and in the area of examination of system of obtaining images of the second method of impact. In the first version of implementation, area of linear table travel constitutes less than five-fold length of table for supporting patient in direction of linear travel. In the second version table is provided with radio-frequency device or port of device, radio-frequency cable being connected to them. Method of hybrid system modification lies in placement of system of obtaining images of the second method of impact in a room with radio-frequency insulation, which contains magnetic resonance scanner together with system of obtaining images of the second method of impact, separated from magnetic resonance scanner by some space smaller than seven metres and with areas of examination of respective systems of magnetic resonance scanner and obtaining images of the second method of impact.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce total size of hybrid system of image obtaining and increase efficiency of scanning.
