Invention is designed for adjusting size of screen cells in grain harvesters. Proposed adjuster is installed in harvester tailer unit and it executes vibratory motions together with screen. Sizes of screen cells are adjusted by electromechanical drive power action of electromechanical drive is directed at angle to direction of vibratory motions of screen. In process of adjusting, size of cell is changed in one direction and control signal is generated to set required size of cell. Actual size of cell is determined automatically by measured value of adjustment.

Grain heap distributor Grain heap distributor / 2261582
Distributor has feeding branch pipe and guiding cone arranged at base of branch pipe. Plates defining separating surface are provided on cone base. Separating surface of plates is made in the form of truncated cone with plate inclination angle of 15-20°. Plate thickness to plate width ratio is 0.03-0.05. Fraction discharge trays are disposed at truncated cone base. Grain heap is fed from feeding branch pipe onto guiding cone and is further delivered by gravity onto separating surface of truncated cone. Small-sized fraction passes through plates of separating surface of truncated cone and large-sized fraction is discharged from separating surface. Fractions distributed among trays are delivered for further processing.
Self-propelled grain combine harvester (versions) Self-propelled grain combine harvester (versions) / 2264074
Proposed self-propelled grain combine harvester includes front reaper and inclined conveyer located behind it. Mass treated by inclined conveyer is fed to intermediate threshing apparatus at tangential direction of mass being treated which is then divided into two flows. Both flows are directed to axial-type separating apparatus consisting of two housings with rotors mounted inside them. Each housing is asymmetric towards receiving end for smooth and unimpeded delivery of mass to separating apparatus.
Self-propelled grain combine Self-propelled grain combine / 2264702
Self-propelled grain combine comprises displacement mechanism, frame and working tools for receiving, transporting, processing and discharging of processed mass, said working tools being equipped with drives. Each of working tools has at least one threshing or feeding drum and two rotating separating rotors arranged rearward of said drum and providing axial direction of displacement of processed mass. Separating rotors are furnished with transportation means and are incorporated within bodies equipped with lateral sheets, whose front receiving parts are made in plan converging to respective separating rotor for defining receptacle zone narrowing in direction of transportation relative to rotor body. Portion of receiving zone is embraced in active manner by transportation means.
Grain cleaning installation for grain combine Grain cleaning installation for grain combine / 2265311
Grain cleaning installation has fan and shake mills. Fan wheels are positioned in two housings. Each of said housings accommodates two working wheels mounted on single shaft, and radial partitions. Separating shield is provided between housings. Fan housing has two discharge branch pipes defined by shells. Air flow rate in shake mills of grain cleaning installation of combine is adjusted by changing position of radial partitions. Grain cleaning installation is effectively used under different harvesting conditions.
Method of sunflower seeds cleaning and a production line for its realization Method of sunflower seeds cleaning and a production line for its realization / 2265487
The invention is intended for realization in agriculture. The method provides for feeding of sunflower seeds in canisters and their preliminary cleaning with separation into fractions. Then each fraction of seeds is separated by density on a pneumatic sorting table and conduct the further primary seed cleaning of each fraction of seeds with the subsequent storing separately of each fraction in containers. The production line for sunflower seeds cleaning includes a conveying device with an elevator and a supplied with the sieves machine of the preliminary cleaning of the seeds. Sieves are supplied with outputs for each fraction of seeds. The pneumatic sorting table is mounted after a precleaner and in front of the primary cleaner. For installation of the containers above the machines of both preliminary and primary cleaning and over the pneumatic sorting table there are slewing trestle bridges. The inventions allow to increase outcome and quality of the seed material and to diminish expenditures on sunflower seeds cleaning.
Method for postharvest treatment of castor bean heap and line for effectuating the same Method for postharvest treatment of castor bean heap and line for effectuating the same / 2265987
Method involves charging castor bean heap into containers, followed by drying; subjecting castor bean heap to shelling by directing thereof through pairs of roll-deck type working tools and simultaneously cleaning from fruit coat by means of air flow; performing shelling operation in "mild" operating mode, with roll-to-roll rotational velocity increasing in the course of shelling operation; separating castor bean heap into standard seeds and non-standard seeds on seed cleaning machine; subjecting non-standard seeds produced after separating of caster bean heap to additional shelling in "hard" operating mode and simultaneously cleaning with air flow. Line for postharvest treatment of castor beans comprises drying apparatus and main shelling apparatus with air column and pairs of roll-deck type working tools. During shelling procedure, fruit coats are separated by means of air column. Shelling products are delivered into containers and directed onto seed cleaning machine equipped with screens. After passage through seed cleaning machine, seeds are delivered into container and further directed for storage. Another shelling apparatus is located downstream of seed cleaning machine and provided with air column and pairs of roll-deck type working tools for additional threshing of non-standard seeds, with all of said rolls operating at equal rotational velocity. During additional shelling, shell is separated by means of air column while seeds are accumulated in container.
Method for cleaning of sunflower seeds from white mold sclerotia and line for effectuating the same Method for cleaning of sunflower seeds from white mold sclerotia and line for effectuating the same / 2265988
Method involves primary cleaning of sunflower seeds followed by size separation of seeds into fractions; sorting out individually each fraction by density on pneumatic sorting table for separating seeds from light fraction; providing secondary cleaning of main seed yield and sorting it out by density for separating main seed yield from heavy fraction on other pneumatic sorting table, with white mold sclerotia being separated in conjunction with heavy fraction. Sunflower seed line has primary seed cleaning machine and machine for size separation of seeds into fractions. Pneumatic sorting table for separation of light fraction and secondary cleaning machine are positioned downstream of machine for separation of seeds into fractions. Other pneumatic sorting table is positioned downstream of secondary cleaning machine and adapted for separating heavy fraction and white mold sclerotia. Said method and line allow optimal operating mode to be selected for secondary cleaning machine and second pneumatic sorting table.
