The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the deck floor, elevated above the base and mounted on adjustable supports for the education of underground space intended for posting different kinds of communications.

Known panel raised floor, consisting of an inner supporting layer made of particle Board, concrete, cement and other materials, surrounded on all sides by a metal sheath. The upper surface of the plates are connected with decorative vinyl covering (WO 03/064786 A1, class E 04 F 15/024, 2003).

Metal casing in a well-known solution provides conductivity of electrostatic charges generated by the movement of people or the movement of different types of equipment, with the upper surface of the floor, which is especially important when using such panels in computer rooms. However, the manufacture of the upper layer panels made of metal, though, and quickly removes static electricity, but in contact with other metal objects may cause fire. In addition, the panel has considerable intensity and, consequently, value.

The closest analogue to the claimed invention is a panel flooring raised floor, including the inner bearing layer of particle mater is Ala, the top decorative layer of vinyl plastic and the bottom layer of sheet metal (GB 990491, class E 04 F 15/024, 1965).

Known panel solves the problem of removing electrostatic electricity from a floor surface, and the absence of its lateral faces of the frame elements reduces its rigidity.

The technical task of the present invention is to increase the strength of the panel, the rigidity of its end faces with providing antistatic properties of the floor, collected from such panels.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in panel flooring raised floor, including the inner bearing layer of particle material, the top decorative layer of vinyl plastic and the bottom layer of sheet metal, at least two side faces of the inner base layer impregnated with primer and then applying them water glue and cover polyvinychloride, and primer and water adhesive made of an acrylic base with the addition of graphite dust, and the inner layer has at least two layers of high density in contact with the top and bottom layers of the slab, while the electrical resistance between the outer surfaces of the opposite ends of the plate, covered with polyvinyl chloride is not more than 0.1 Ohm.

The connection cover is made from PVC with internal chosen to replace the m-layer panel is implemented by timepressure under the pressure of 6-8 kg/cm 2up to 150-300°and exposure within 3-5 C.

Panel flooring intended for ustanovka on adjustable legs sex, consists of massive internal base layer 1 made of fiber material, the lower layer 2 is made of sheet metal and the top decorative cover 3 from vinyl plastic.
