SUBSTANCE: proposed articulated vehicle contains two track bogies, load platform body with fitted on cabin, power plant, hydromechanical and propeller shaft drivers installed on crawler track bogies by means of slewing circles with rocking limiters. Front slewing circle is made in form of horizontal cross with three degrees of freedom. Cross necks of cross are hinge-coupled with track bogie frame and longitudinal necks are hinge-coupled with pedestal of load platform body through chuck plate.

EFFECT: improved reliability, increased service life, high cross-country capability.

The invention relates to transport machinery, namely to vehicles on tracks.

Known vehicle (Min. Hitch cars and trucks. Publishing the motor cycle", Moscow, 1961, p.64...66), in which the traction on the trolley through the anchor hitch, called in this case the support and traction. In this reference-traction device torque from the transfer case through the propeller shaft is transmitted to the lower conical reducer, then torque through a splined connection, the upper bevel gear and the propeller shaft is transmitted to the host bridge truck vehicle. Top gear rigidly mounted on the plate semi-trailer, and the lower gear rigidly mounted on the base plate hitch of the tractor. The support plate together with gearboxes can swing in a transverse plane around a longitudinal axis of the hinge, providing a vehicle the necessary flexibility in a transverse vertical plane. In a longitudinal vertical plane flexibility of the vehicle is provided by the swing base plates around the transverse axis of the hinge. Limiting the amplitude of the swing is provided a rigid support metal on metal. The technical result of the proposed articulated vehicle is ensuring its reliable performance, durability and high permeability in field conditions.

The technical result of dostigaetsya, that front bearing slewing device with three degrees of freedom in the form of a horizontal cross members, transverse cervical which is pivotally connected to the frame of the crawler tracks, and longitudinal cervix through the face-plate pivotally connected with cupboard loading platform.

Socl the United vehicle contains two caterpillar truck (front 1 and rear 2), cargo platform 3 on which are mounted the cabin 4, the power unit 5, hydromechanical 6 and shaft 7 of the transmission (see figure 1). A cargo platform 3 mounted on both of the crawler tracks 1 and 2 by a rotation device (SDA) 8 and 9 are respectively front and rear bogies. SDA 8 the front of the truck 1 is made with three degrees of freedom in the form of a horizontal cross 10 (see Fig.6, 7), transverse cervical which is pivotally connected to the frame 11 of the caterpillar truck, and longitudinal cervix through the faceplate 12 are connected with the pedestal 13 of the cargo platform 3 (see figure 2,3). Transverse and longitudinal cervical cross 10 provide respectively the longitudinal and transverse rocking of the truck 1 relative to the loading platform 3 when moving the machine on rough terrain (see Fig.9,10). The faceplate 12 has a friction lining 14, which is inserted into the Cabinet 13, the flange of which also have pads 15, to reduce friction during rotation of the bogie 1 relative to the loading platform 3 around the vertical axis. In addition, between the faceplate 12 and the pedestal 13 is installed antifriction ring 16 made, for example, of brass or bronze. Rotate the faceplate 12 is provided by two hydraulic cylinders attached to the faceplate and to the cargo platform with eyelets. To limit the swing of the rear truck 2 in the vertical longitudinal plane of the frame of the truck set the limiter 22.

Articulated vehicle operates as follows.

When driving on rough terrain front trolley 1 is able to swing relative to the loading platform 3 with three degrees of freedom in the vertical transverse and longitudinal planes and rotated about her around the vertical axis. The rear truck 2 relative to the loading platform can swing in a vertical longitudinal plane and can rotate around the vertical axis. When you swing the front of the truck 1 relative to the loading platform 3 drawer 13 of the cargo platform is in contact with the faceplate 12 by means of its friction linings 15 and the pads 14 of the faceplate. Their contact with the rotation around the vertical axis is also cylindrical surfaces of the ring 16. Faceplate 12 includes a crossbar 10, pivotally connected with her through the longitudinal cervical and transverse cervical cross 10 pivotally connected to the frame 11 of the truck. Swing the rear of the trolley relative to the loading platform 3 is possible only in a vertical longitudinal plane. Such design front and rear SDA provides the adaptation of the machine to the terrain when moving with the preservation of its sustainability. The rear truck 2 relative to the loading platform 3 around the vertical axis is the same as in the front of the cart 1. Swing the front of the truck 1 relative to the loading platform 3 limited buffer limiters 18 mounted on the frame 11 of the truck on a contour similar to the contour of the invalid contacts caterpillars trucks and cargo platforms.

Thus, the technical effect of the proposed articulated vehicle is to ensure its reliable performance, durability and high permeability in the field.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of pulling vehicle out of water. According to proposed method, prior to moving the tractor, pontoon with platform held by wire rope is hinge mounted on tractor tube-manhole and ladder is hinge secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is fastened on pontoon. Other end of rope is connected with wire rope arranged on tractor. Towing ropes are secured on towing hooks of vehicle, and free ends of towing ropes are connected by ropes with floats. Tractor is moved under water to vehicle. Wire rope is released and pontoon is rigged out. Pontoon remains afloat. Operator passes from tube-manhole along ladder to pontoon, end of wire rope arranged on tractor is pulled out by rope and is secured on pontoon. Tractor is stopped at bogged vehicle. Standing on pontoon, operator pulls out of water the float, rope and end of vehicle towing rope, connects ends of wire ropes of tractor and vehicle and drops connected ends of wire ropes in water, and tractor is moved out of water to bank. Device for implementing the method contains tractor equipped for moving under water and provided with wire rope, pull winch and tube-manhole. Pontoon with plat form held by wire is hinge-mounted on tractor tube-manhole. Ladder is hinge-secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is secured on pontoon whose other end is connected with end of tractor wire rope.

EFFECT: improved reliability, reduced cost of preparation of vehicle for pulling out of water.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of recovery of bogged vehicles using pulley blocks and tractor, slides with pulley blocks are placed on ground in front of tractor. Pulley-block is assembled, and slides with pulley-block and wire ropes is moved to vehicle. Wire rope of pull winch is reeved through block, and its free end is secured on towing hook of tractor. SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain has links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes to receive connecting pins. Large and small grousers are made on outer side of links. Said grousers are essentially straight-line ribs arranged parallel to holes for connecting pins. Links are provided additionally with two hydraulic cylinders of small and large cross-section, with pistons of small and large areas, springs of pistons of small and large cross-section, separating valve and pipeline. Both cylinders are interconnected by pipeline accommodating separating valve. Large grouser is rigidly secured on small-area piston, and small grouser, on large-area piston. Spring of small cross-section cylinder loads small-area piston from top, and spring of large cross-section cylinder loads large-area piston from bottom. Grousers are made so that large grouser-to-ground contact area considerably exceeds similar area of small grouser, and separating valve opens when liquid pressure from side of small cross-section hydraulic cylinder reaches definite value.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain contains links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes of edges to receive connecting pins. Grousers in form of straight-line ribs arranged in parallel with pin axis are made on outer side of link. Track chain is furnished additionally with axle for fastening grousers, two floating bearings and two rubber bands. The latter are arranged in body of links and connected to provide rigid fastening of grousers on their axle. Said axle is installed by ends on two floating bearings, each secured on its rubber band. Grousers can freely rotate around axle within the limits of space.
