Method for carrying out primary drug addiction psychoprophylaxis among 13-15 years old teenagers

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves giving session-lesson with sociogenesis, motives, origin and development mechanisms of drug addiction. The order of stage-by-stage disease symptoms manifestation is explained to the smallest details. Using the explained data, the students are convinced in fatal danger of drug addiction in terms of formal logic. Next to it, semantic content of premises is represented as video film that is used for introducing drug information into subconscious level by means of audiovisual means. Suggestion is carried out 2-5 times during film presentation directed to prohibition of drug consumption. Key suggestion formula composed of two words is concurrently shown on the screen. The video film being over, the students do dynamic physical exercises composed of rhythmically repeated movements coordinated with breathing. The students are induced to repeat key formula of suggestion concurrently with exercises done. The first word is said is pronounced when inhaling and the second one when exhaling.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to addiction, and can be used to conduct an initial psychological prevention of drug use among adolescents.

In recent years there has been a significant worsening drug situation in the country. In this regard, the prevalence of drug addiction is considered as one of the indicators of the moral and physical health of the nation.

According to a survey conducted by questionnaires at the Technological Institute in St. Petersburg, it was revealed that more than half of the respondents (81%) indicated that adolescent age of onset of drug use; the lower age trait - 8 years. The majority of consumers - those aged up to 30 years. By occupation consumers are pupils, students, students, artists, workers, the unemployed; the last time there was a new group of businessmen, traders, employees of banks [1]. The presented data strongly suggest the need for preventive measures among adolescents, since the beginning of anesthesia in most cases it is the age.

Most modern approaches to the psychological prevention of drug abuse is limited to providing information about drugs, about the reasons for the development of addiction to him and about the negative consequences of their pack is consumption. The program focuses mainly on cognitive aspects of behavior that is justified for compelling information about drugs, of course, affect the behavior and, to some extent, can prevent their sample. We can distinguish three different versions of the information approach: 1) providing information about the impact of drug use on the body and behavior; 2) intimidation with awesome information that reveals the ugly side of drugs; 3) submission of information on the degradation of people who use drugs and the problems connected with it. These approaches partially combined with each other and with other types of preventive interventions [2, 3]. Any of them can be considered as a prototype of the proposed method.

The program will certainly increase the level of psycho awareness, but it can be just one of the factors that reduce the risk of abuse to the drug. Most of them do not include objectives aimed at real behavior change, and not intensive enough.

The technical result of the claimed solution is to increase the efficiency of psychoprophylaxis, which is achieved by inclusion in the program of techniques psychotherapy and in particular, suggestions, and so is E. the obtained information by linking its kinesthetic anchor with neuromuscular system and respiratory system.

To achieve the specified result of the session-the lesson begins with an explanation of creativity, reason, origin and mechanisms of drug development. With a high level of detail set out the phasic symptoms of drug dependence. Then, based on the submitted information, the method of formal logic convince fatal addiction. In the next step, the semantic content of the above present in the form of music beautifully illustrated video and audiovisual tools perform impact on the subconscious. Using the psycho-emotional effect of the music and the beautiful illustrations in the course of the movie occasionally (3-5 times) provide suggestive interventions aimed at the prohibition of drug use. At the same time on the screen each time have the key formula suggestion, consisting of two words. After the video, students propose to perform several dynamic exercises in the form of rhythmically repetitive movements synchronized with the breath, meaning to breathe when the voltage and extensor muscles, efferent limb, and exhale when the voltage of the flexors and muscles of the leading limb. Simultaneously with the exercise of teenagers are encouraged to pronounce the formula of suggestion: the first word on the inhale, the second - on the exhale.

JV the property is as follows.

Session-the lesson begins with an explanation of the causes, origin, Genesis and mechanisms of drug development. Lead students to the understanding of the underlying commodity-money relations and anti-culture. Emphasize that disease drug profile developed mainly for psychological reasons, therefore, knowing the cause of the disease, you can either step aside from it, or to build a defense. Not to see the causes of disease, not to know is to constantly expose themselves to the risk of becoming dependent on the drug.

Pay special attention to the details of the sequence of appearance of symptoms of dependence and description of the stages of addiction. Simultaneously with this method of formal logic convince fatal drug addiction.

The purpose of psychotherapy lecture is the message comprehensive information about drugs so that after the session the student knew how to avoid the psychological moments, threat coming from the social environment, and how not to be dependent on the drug, not to become a victim of social programmed.

To ensure that the information was perceived not only consciously but also unconsciously (which is very important), the semantic content of psychotherapeutic lectures present in the form of music beautifully illustrated video, education is built using audiovisual and music at the same time and to the consciousness and subconscious level. In the video everything about drugs, are in dark colors and accompanied by musical means, transmitting the alarm. Awesome paintings in the demonstration can be, for example, cemetery, skull, pose a suffering addict, combined with types of blood, syringes, quick thud hours amid disturbing music. Life-affirming positions are in bright, cheerful colours, accompanied by a optimistic music.

Given the importance of the introduction of information on a subconscious level, the film further comprises a suggestive part. While a psychotherapist (in the way important person - a teacher) from the screen periodically (3-5 times) provides suggestive interventions aimed at the prohibition of drug use. Simultaneously on the screen presented the key formula suggestion, consisting of two words [4]. An example of such a formula may be the phrase: “drug-pain”, or “drug-poison”or “drug-death” etc.

After viewing the video, citing the need to perform warm-up after prolonged sitting, students bring in a spacious room (this can be a sports hall, corridor or Playground on the street and offer to perform dynamic exercises in the form of rhythmically repetitive movements synchronized with the breath, i.e. perform the breath when the voltage of the flexors and muscles, leading limb, and exhale when the voltage and extensor muscles, efferent limb. As such exercises it is advisable to use the most simple of them, for example: coercion and abduction of the extremities, squats, etc. At that encourage students simultaneously with exercises to pronounce the formula of suggestion: breathe in the first word, on the exhale - second.

The introduction of physical exercises in the program, allows you to secure the information and associate it kinesthetic anchor simultaneously with the neuromuscular system and with the system of respiratory organs [5].

The sessions-“practice” with students described the program allows you to bring to them comprehensive information about drugs, to convince them of the danger and to record the received information not only on the level of consciousness, but also unconsciously. The solution to this problem is based on the knowledge of the basic mechanisms of the formation of addiction, understanding what personal and environmental resources help to maintain health and cope with pathogenic influences, including to overcome temptation anesthesia.

Primer Method of prevention was tested in two schools in St. Petersburg in 9th and 10th grades. All course prevention listened to 168 students in four classes. Before the sessions - “practice” p. the prevention of psychological testing were selected students 1) with low self-esteem, and 2) with poorly developed skills in decision-making. These characterological features according to the literature are interpersonally risk factors for drug abuse.

The testing of 168 students were selected 29 students who had a risk factor of drug development. These disciples we watched for two years. The observation was that once in six months each student was tested using computer psycho-semantic analysis [6], which allows to reveal the hidden signs of addiction and also signs of interest in narcotic drugs.

During the observed period, signs of addiction to narcotic drugs there was not one student, two students showed evidence of interest in drugs that were repeated sessions - “lessons” on prevention.

The results can indicate the effectiveness of a prevention.
