SUBSTANCE: plain bearing comprises segment inserts mounted inside the race and adjustable with the use of a wedge pair. The first wedge surface is made on the insert, and the second one is made on the housing. According to another version, the plain bearing comprises segment inserts adjustable by way of a wedge pair and having a bearing sphere. The first wedge surface is made on the insert. The second wedge surface made of a bearing wedge bears on the race via the bearing surface.

The invention relates to bearings and can be used, in particular, in the turbines.

Known bearings of turbines, containing mounted in the housing with a clearance relative to the shaft segment inserts, adjustable by means of the wedge pair and having a control field [1].

A disadvantage of the known bearing design is the complexity, lack of rigidity and stability of the inserts.

The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the bearing and the simplification of the structure.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the sliding bearing containing installed in the housing segment inserts, adjustable by means of wedge pairs, one wedge surface is made on the liner, and the second wedge surface is made on the case.

This goal can be achieved also by the fact that in the sliding bearing, containing installed in the housing segment inserts, adjustable by means of the wedge pair and having a control field, one wedge surface is made on the liner, and the second wedge surface, made in the form of a support wedge, based on the body by the reference sphere.

Moreover, the adjustment element of the liner can be installed either on the housing or on the supporting wedge. In addition, the anchor wedges can be a single ring e is ement.

The preferred implementation of the invention is that the wedge surfaces interact on rails. While the guides are mating shapes, which, in particular, made in the form of bars with a cross section of a dovetail mounted on the support wedge and covering the ear.

The bearing contains installed in the housing 1, the segment inserts 2, adjustable in relation to the shaft 3 by means of the wedge pair 4 and the mechanism of regulation 5. One wedge surface of the wedge pair 4 is performed on the liner 2 and the second wedge surface of the wedge pair 4 is made on the housing 1. Or if in the sliding bearing of the reference sphere 6, the second wedge surface, made in the form of a support wedge 7, based on the body 1 by means of the reference sphere 6. Moreover, the mechanism of regulation 5 of the liner 2 can be installed either on the housing 1 or on the supporting wedge 7. In addition, the anchor wedges 7 may be a single annular element 8. The wedge surface of the wedge pairs is 4 interact with each other along the guide rails, which can be a cylindrical surface 9, prismatic surface 10, or any other complex shaped profile 11. The bearing is as follows.

Before working with wedge pair 4 and the regulating device 5 pads 2 are mounted around the shaft 3. In the presence of the reference sphere 6 liner 2 is set either relative to the housing 1 with the orientation of the reference wedge 7 on the reference sphere 6, or relative to the reference wedge 7 with the orientation of the liner 2 and the base of the wedge 7 together on the reference sphere 6. If the wedges 7 are a single ring element 8, the inserts 2 are installed in the annular element 8 and the orientation of the annular element 8 with inserts 2 is the reference sphere 6, performed on the ring. Moreover, the inserts 2, focusing moved along the guides 9, 10, 11 or 12, enabling the gap between the liners 2 and the shaft 3.

In the process, the inserts 2 and the support wedges 7 are as solid sliding bearing, perceiving in frame 3, 4 beats of the shaft 3 by means of the reference sphere 6.

The proposed design is simple, reliable, ensures that required the particular guaranteed clearance, appropriate perception of the beating shaft, nevypadenie liners and their easy replacement.
