The present invention relates to hydraulic construction, mainly to technology strip road tunnel or tunnel other purposes under the river bed or underneath other shallow water areas. Mainly they can be used to form temporary fencing closed in the plan section of the bottom waters and located over him space throughout the water column.

Known USSR author's certificate No. 1067142, MKI E 02 D 5/20, published in BI - 2 - 1984 issued by the system for temporary drainage area of the bottom. In this known invention disclosed is a method of construction of the tunnel is shallow on the bottom. The above method involves the creation of temporary fencing hydraulic fence from a collection of shells formed by, for example, from a metallic sheet, each of which increases the depth of the waters erected element along the perimeter of the closed in terms of the chosen section of the bottom. In the closed form in terms of the fenced area, then from the enclosed space to remove the water and then inside it on the bottom of the dry method produces construction work on the construction of the tunnel. Upon its completion, hydraulic fence element is removed with subsequent use of its elements.

This is a known technical solution is selected as a prototype. It solves the problem, similar to the claimed invention, because it contains with it the greatest number of total essential features and is one of the latest developments in this field.

However, the prototype has significant drawbacks, which are that:

- use a variety of elements having a different form, and from which in the aquatic environment form a closed envelope directly on the bottom site that requires a long construction period;

- formed a temporary hydraulic fence may not be used as a vertically loaded structures to support the process of construction of the tunnel inside the fence.

Known technical solution under the title “System for temporary drainage area of the bottom (see USSR author's certificate No. 1067142, MKI E 02 D 5/20, published in BI - 2 -1984,). It implements the aforementioned known method of construction of the tunnel is shallow on the bottom and is a closed plan submerged at the bottom of the waters of the temporary hydraulic fence. This fence consists of a set of different forms of shells formed, for example, from a metallic sheet, which have an elliptical, circular or parabolic shape in the plan.

However, the prototype has a significant who's shortcomings, such as:

- consists of a set of variety in form and design, separate from each other elements that require to assemble them into a single structure in the water a long construction period, as well as high accuracy in their Assembly into complex hydrological conditions and, accordingly, a lot of work;

- this is a temporary hydraulic fence may not be used as a vertically loaded structures to support the process of construction of the tunnel inside the fence.

The first objective of the present invention to provide a novel method of construction of the tunnel is shallow on the bottom, which would be easier, more reliable and would allow us to build the tunnel is shallow for a short period of time.

This problem is solved by modifying the well-known method of construction of the tunnel is shallow on the bottom, which includes the formation of the provisional hydraulic fence around the perimeter of the closed-in area of the seabed and removing water from the enclosed space, running inside construction dry method, followed by its removal. According to the present invention initially create one with buoyancy-driven hydraulic fence without the bottom part, transported it to the bottom site prittlewell to bottom by decreasing the th buoyancy and fixed at the bottom, and upon completion of construction works within this enclosed space of the hydraulic barrier return the original buoyancy, separated from the bottom and transported to the next site of erection of the tunnel.

There is a version of the improvement of the proposed method, which for the manufacture of the hydraulic fence as a workpiece using a floating dock that is made without a bottom.

This new technical solution to all your set of essential features allows you to create a new method of construction of the tunnel shallow waters, which, compared with known similar purpose ways has the following advantage: a single reusable hydraulic barriers, performed in the factory. Significantly, the above-mentioned hydraulic fence has the property that are not in the prototype, namely to be load-bearing structure, which can be placed, for example, crane equipment and sites for temporary storage of construction materials.

Conducted by the applicant, patent information search showed that the proposed set of essential distinctive features is not detected. Compared with the prototype of the proposed method has the beings who nnye differences. They are that temporary hydraulic fence closed in the plan section of the bottom is formed in advance, and it is made in the factory that is not in the prototype. Therefore, the proposed method of construction of the tunnel is shallow in the water area can be considered as a relevant criterion of “novelty”.

The proposed method involves an inventive step, because for the average it professional qualification this method does not follow logically from the prior art. So, for example, from a prototype known creation in temporary water hydraulic fence from a set of constituent elements. The patent of Russia №2044117 issued by the method of formation of the new land area at the bottom, we offer hydraulic fence bottom to produce by forming it in the water from a set of component parts. In our case the situation is opposite:

- used hydraulic fence, made industrially in the form of a floating dock, which is made without a bottom;

- this fence is delivered to the installation site and by reducing the buoyancy placed at the bottom;

- upon completion of construction works within the enclosed space this hydraulic barrier return the original buoyancy and transported it to the next is castac the construction of the tunnel.

The second objective of the present invention is to provide a system for temporary drainage area of the bottom, capable of implementing the proposed method of construction of the tunnel shallow waters and to perform additional functions when the tunnel.

This problem was solved by modifying the known systems for temporary drainage area of the bottom, which contains closed in terms of temporary hydraulic structure. According to the present invention in the proposed system temporary hydraulic structure designed as a single structure without bottom with controlled buoyancy.

There is an option to improve this system, which as a temporary waterworks applied floating dock located along the vertical walls of the movable clamps, for example, in the form of knives.

This new technical solution to all your set of essential features allows you to have a system for temporary drainage area of the bottom, eliminating the process of the element mounting enclosing structures.

Compared with the prototype of the proposed system has significant differences, which are, first, that as a temporary fences closed in the plan section of the bottom, use the same design, produced in the factory.

<> The proposed system involves an inventive step, as it is for the average it professional qualification does not follow logically from the prior art. The prior art system of temporary hydraulic barriers that are created in the aquatic environment in the area of the bottom waters of sequentially mounted set of elements of different shapes. In our case, a temporary hydraulic fence made industrially, for example in the form of the dock, which gives the function of temporary hydraulic fencing section of the bottom.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

Figure 1 - cross section of temporary hydraulic fencing during the construction phase of the tunnel;

Figure 2 - General view of the hydraulic fencing is a perspective view, in the transport position;

Figure 3 - General view of the hydraulic fencing is a perspective view of being printablepage on the bottom of the waters;

4 is a General view of temporary hydraulic fence installed on the bottom, in the execution stage of the tunnel is shallow.

Practical application of the proposed invention is illustrated below by the following description.

The proposed method of construction of the tunnel is shallow on the bottom is as follows:

Originally industrially manufactured avleat single with temporary buoyancy-driven hydraulic barrier 1, in particular, in view of the dock from which the bottom is missing. (1, 2, 3, 4). It may have, for example, the following geometrical dimensions. The width of the dock is 30 meters (for wiring through the draw-spans of the existing bridge), length 60 m, height - 15 meters. The side of the tower dock comply with a closed perimeter with the width of each 3 meters. They are the tanks 2 buoyancy transport dock 1 and landing it on the bottom of the 3 areas. When such hydraulic enclosure 1 is made in the factory, then it towed (Figure 2) through the draw-bridges (not shown), the output of the track tunnel, prittlewell to bottom by decreasing its buoyancy, fixed with the help of retractable knives 4 and is securely fastened to the ground by a system of anchors. The upper part of the dock 1 level on the horizon, so you can put on this fence crane equipment 5, and sites for temporary storage of construction materials. The alignment of the upper part of the dock can be done by the layout of the bottom waters and the extension of knives 4 (figure 1). The upper part of the dock 1 rises above the water level 10. For the development of bottom soil within the fenced dock 1 space around the perimeter of the future pit build sheet pile walls 6 (Fig 1, 4). Then remove the water from the enclosed space (Fig., 2, 4) and dry open way leading tunnel construction work (1, 4). While such hydraulic barrier can be moored floating cranes, concrete Plemzavod, barge (not shown). Upon completion of the construction of hydraulic barrier 1 return the original buoyancy, separated from the bottom and transported to the next site of erection of the tunnel (Figure 2).

The proposed system for temporary drainage area of the bottom, which is used to implement the above method, consists of a closed in terms of temporary hydraulic structures 1. This structure is designed as one, with controlled buoyancy design without the bottom part, for example in the form of the dock. On the inside the walls are movable clamps, for example, in the form of knives 4 (figure 1). Using such a system as described above. And after drainage of enclosed space on the bottom tear off the pit (Figure 4), create a support pile 7 field (Figure 1) tunnel, on which is erected a grillage 8 and place precast or monolithic reinforced concrete section 9 of the tunnel, ensuring reliable connections and waterproofing. Then occiput bottom protective cushion above the ceiling of the tunnel and turn the system on new construction site of the tunnel.
